Abstract
電子ビーム溶解による金属インゴットの溶製方法において、粉状の合金原料と顆粒状金属原料を歩留まり良く、また均一に電子ビーム溶解炉に供給する技術を提供する。電子ビーム溶解炉を用いた金属インゴットの溶製方法において、塊状酸化物と顆粒状金属とを混合し、これらの混合物を溶解原料として電子ビーム溶解炉に供給する。
