Abstract

A personal homepage content sharing and sale method using a P2P and a system of the same are disclosed, in which when a personal terminal having an application is connected with a personal homepage, a motion image, music, text, image or something may be shared or sold through a form created by the application, and a community is formed, and a content may be shared or sold between the communities using a P2P. The contents can be shared or sold between the registered personal homepages using a user interface form created in a personal terminal having an application for thereby avoiding repeated work of the conventional art, and it is possible to prevent a worry due to a content hacking and to avoid inconveniences occurring as the user uses an exclusive content sale site.

So, the user can upload his content within a service scope provided by the member's registered large portal site and can share a certain content with other Internet users.

<<λ> Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a personal homepage sharing and sale method using a P2P and a system of the same which overcome the problems encountered in the conventional art. <J(L> It is another object of the present invention to provide a personal homepage content sharing and sale method using a P2P and a system of the same in which the contents can be shared or sold between the registered personal homepages using a user interface form created in a personal terminal having an application for thereby avoiding repeated work of the conventional art, and it is possible to prevent a worry due to a content hacking and to avoid incotrveniences occurring as the user uses an exclusive content sale site. <ii-> To achieve the above objects, in a content sharing and sale method using a personal terminal and a management server connected through an Internet, there is provided a personal homepage content sharing and sale method using a P2P which comprises (a) a step in which a personal terminal is connected with a management server, and a member information is inputted for a member registration, and the inputted member information is transmit led to the management server, and an application is downloaded from the management server, and is installed into the personal terminal: (b) a step in which the application installed in the personal terminal is executed, and an Internet browser is executed, and a website is connected, and a website connection information is obtained in real time with the help of the application, and is transmitted to the management server^; (c) a step in which the management server searches and extracts the previously stored member information using the received website connection information, and transmits the same to the personal terminal, and the application of the personal terminal analyzes the received member information, and a user interface form matching to a corresponding website is created^; and (d) a step in which when a content setting information for a sharing setting or sale setting is inputted or a purchase information for a purchase request is inputted using a user interface form created in the personal terminal, the content setting information or purchase information is transmitted to the management server.

To achieve the above objects, in a content sharing and sale system using a personal terminal and a management server connected through an Internet, there is provided a personal homepage content sharing and sale s> stem using a P2P which comprises a plurality of personal terminals in which when a management server is connected, and a member information is inputted, the inputted member information, a website connection information obtained b\ the application by connecting the website after an application downloaded from the management server is installed and executed, a content sale-set or sharing~set content setting information, and a purchase-requested purchase information are transmitted to a management server with the help of a form created by the application, and a content is stored into a specific storing position using the form created by the application; and a management server which receives a member information, a website connection information, a content setting information and a purchase information from the personal terminal, and the searched and extracted member information is transmitted to the personal terminal . <π-> As described above, in the personal homepage content sharing and sale method using a P2P, and a system of the same according to the present invention, it is possible to share and sell various contents using a user interface form from a personal terminal having an application, so that a community can be activated and promoted based on a content sharing and sale between communities.

<7Ss In the step S410, when the content sharing setting information is not inputted, it is judged whether the content sale setting information is inputted or not (S414). ^hen the content sale setting information is inputted, a corresponding content is sale-set, and the sale-set content setting information is separately stored in the personal terminal 100 and is transmitted to the management server 300(S416).

<76> In the step S414, when the content sale setting information is not inputted, it is judged whether the storing position designation information for storing the content is inputted or not (S418). When the content storing position designation information is inputted, the content is stored in the inputted storing position (S120). For example, the storing position may be a storing space of a hard disk (HDD) of the personal terminal 100, a content D/B of the management server 300, and a web storing space of the web hard provided from the hosting provider server 500.

<77> In the step S418, when the content storing position designation information is not inputted, the statistic content query state is judged (S122). When the statistic content query is requested, a statistic content form is created for querying a content download number, a content query number, a content sale statistic information, a content sale statistic information, and a content sharing statistic information, and is shown on the screen of the personal terminal 100(S424).

_^78_^- In the step S422, when a statistic content query is not requested, it is judged whether there is a request of the notice service or not (S426). The visitor login information is a visitor ID and a visitor password, and does not include a registered website address information. When the visitor login information is inputted, it is judged whether the visitor is a member or not. When a website is connected using the personal terminal 100 with an application executed, as shown in Figure 6B, a content interface form is automatical h created on the screen of the personal terminal 100(S504. S508).

<S5> In the step S504, when the visitor is judged to be a non-member, a member registration is requested to the personal terminal 100, and the inputted member information is stored in the member information D/B 340 of the management server 300 (S506).

<S7> When a sharing content download is requested, a content interface form is created for requesting the position for storing the content selected from the sharing setting content, and the created form is shown on the screen of the personal terminal 100, and when the storing position is inputted, the selected content is downloaded into a storing position (S512, S514). The storing position may be a storing space such as a hard disk (HDD), and may be a web storing space such as a web hard provided from the hosting provider server 500.

<X8> When another sharing content download is requested at the time when the content download is finished or is in the middle of download, it may be downloaded before the requested other sharing content or at the same time as the sharing content being downloaded.

When a sale content purchase is requested, the sale-set content list is outputted on the screen of the requested personal terminal 100 using alist view menu of the content interface form with respect to the sale-set content. When a content to be purchased is selected from the sale-set content list, a purchase point information is provided with respect to the selected content (S520, S522).

When the payment process is performed, a payment object corresponding to a payment information, a payment time, a payment amount, a payment method or something are stored into the member information D/B 340 connected with the management server 300.

In a content sharing and sale method using a personal terminal and a management server connected through an Internet , a personal homepage content sharing and sale method using a P2P, comprising-^'

(a) a step in which a personal terminal is connected with a management server, and a member information is inputted for a member registration, and the inputted member information is transmitted to the management server, and an application is downloaded from the management server, and is installed into the personal terminal;

(b) a step in which the application installed in the personal terminal is executed, and an Internet browser is executed, and a website is connected, and a website connection information is obtained in real time with the help of the application, and is transmitted to the management server:

(c) a step in which the management server searches and extracts the previously stored member information using the received website connection information, and transmits the same to the personal terminal, and the application of the personal terminal analyzes the received member information, and a user interface form corresponding to a corresponding website is created: and

(d) a step in which when a content setting information for a sharing setting or sale setting is inputted or a purchase information for a purchase request is inputted using a user interface form created in the personal terminal, the content setting information or purchase information is transmitted to the management server.

The system of claim 8, wherein said personal terminal includes: a controller which controls the input and output of a member information and a website connection information in the personal terminal: a communication unit which is connected with an Internet through a wired or wireless method: a parsing unit in which when a personal terminal having an application executed is connected with the website, the connected website connection information is obtained, and the obtained website connection information is transmitted to the management server: an interface management unit in which when a personal terminal having an application executed is connected with a website, a content setting form is created, and when a share-set or sale-set content setting information is inputted using the created content setting form, the inputted content setting information is transmitted to an environment setting unit: and an environment setting unit which provided a content setting information from the interface management unit to the management server.
