디스플레이부와 입력부가 구비되어 있어 상기 입력부를 통하여 입력된 게시물정보가 상기 디스플레이부에 게재되는 키오스크;
상기 키오스크와 유무선통신망을 통하여 연결되어 있으며 로그인정보를 포함한 회원정보가 저장된 회원정보DB(Data Base) 및 미리 설정된 구획에 따른 지역식별번호가 각 키오스크별로 저장되어 있는 키오스크정보DB(Data Base)가 구축된 관리서버; 및,
위치정보수신수단을 구비하면서 상기 키오스크와 유무선통신망으로 연결된 모바일단말기;
를 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 키오스크는 입력된 게시물정보를 상기 디스플레이부에 현시함과 동시에 상기 관리서버로 송신하고, 상기 관리서버는 상기 키오스크와 동일한 지역식별번호가 부여된 다른 해당 키오스크의 정보를 상기 키오스크정보DB로부터 추출하여 상기 해당 키오스크에 상기 게시물정보를 송신하며, 상기 게시물정보를 수신한 상기 해당 키오스크는 디스플레이부에 상기 게시물을 게재함으로써 일정지역 내에서 입력된 게시물이 그 지역 내에서 공유될 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 모바일단말기에서 입력된 게시물정보 및 상기 위치정보수신수단을 통하여 취득한 위치정보를 상기 모바일단말기가 상기 관리서버로 송신하고, 상기 관리서버는 상기 위치정보에 대응되는 지역식별번호의 키오스크를 상기 키오스크정보DB로부터 추출하여 해당 키오스크로 상기 게시물정보를 송신하며, 해당 키오스크에서 상기 게시물정보를 디스플레이부에 현시하는 것을 특징으로 하므로
