Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé in vitro pour le diagnostic notamment précoce d'un diabète à partir d'un échantillon biologique d'un patient caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : a. on extrait du matériel biologique de l'échantillon biologique, b. on met en contact le matériel biologique avec au moins un réactif spécifique d'un gène choisi parmi SEQ ID N° 1 à SEQ ID N° 299; 300 à 362, c. on détermine l'expression d'au moins un desdits gènes cibles, ladite expression étant une indication de la présence ou du risque de développer un diabète.
