Definitions

  • the invention provides a packaging for optimized cleanliness of the products and said packaging.
  • This conditioning comprises the means of obtaining optimal cleanliness in order to neutralize and correct the propagation of the polluting particles emitted by the various products used in particular in cosmetology and graphic arts.
  • Said means prevent any sequence of pollution since successively the first storage, transport, handling, repeated use, until the ultimate safe storage of pollutants. They involve the user and his tools as well as products and packaging, so that an unpolluted surface does not become a polluted and contaminating surface.
  • kits constitute with optimized cleanliness packaging (A) an optimized cleanliness system (S) ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness without hindering either the user or the use of optimized cleanliness packaging (A).

Description

Conditionnement de propreté optimisée concernant des produits divers, utilisés notamment en cosmétologie et arts graphiques Optimized cleanliness packaging for various products, used in particular in cosmetology and graphic arts
The invention provides a packaging for optimized cleanliness of the products and said packaging. This conditioning comprises the means of obtaining optimal cleanliness in order to neutralize and correct the propagation of the polluting particles emitted by the various products used in particular in cosmetology and graphic arts. Said means prevent any sequence of pollution since successively the first storage, transport, handling, repeated use, until the ultimate safe storage of pollutants. They involve the user and his tools as well as products and packaging, so that an unpolluted surface does not become a polluted and contaminating surface.
A).Said means of obtaining cleanliness optimized both in terms of flexibility of use and flexibility of configuration make it possible to make kits evolutive. These kits constitute with optimized cleanliness packaging (A) an optimized cleanliness system (S) ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness without hindering either the user or the use of optimized cleanliness packaging (A).
Known technologies, including the cited technologies, have favored the protection of the purity of the materials or products to be applied, but have neglected, or even forgotten, the agents likely to become pollutants in the immediate environment of said materials (such as: mirror, inner surface of the lid of the packaging comprising a mirror or not, handle and active part of any means of application or withdrawal, the hand of the operator, purse, etc.). The risk of a succession of successive pollutions by the contamination of surfaces and objects in contact or in close proximity (or having been in contact) with said products has been underestimated. Thus, as a first example, in any case with a clasp, the surface of the materials (products) to be applied is covered by a puff, an application sponge, a mobile membrane, but the other internal surfaces of the case, including the surface of a mirror, are not protected, even though 97
Le conditionnement de propreté optimisée proposé selon l'invention apporte une solution aux défauts et lacunes des moyens de conditionnement antérieurement connus et apporte de nombreux avantages déterminants, considérés encore à ce jour comme inaccessibles.2 that the powder residues transmitted by the application tools on the surface of said mirror can only prohibit accurate vision in the ice. Thus, in the second example, the known technologies have abandoned the constitution of means (s) storage so that the (s) product (s) of application, the tool (s) of application and / or withdrawal having served and thus becoming pollutants can not transmit pollution to the tools of application and of virgin withdrawal, to the virgin materials and products of application then, in cascade, to the fingers of the user and to the environment close to the place where were the last pollution will be carried out. This introduces the concept of successive linking and inseparability between the direct pollution of the purity of the products and the tools and the indirect pollution which can have repercussions and extend. Thus, in the third example, the known technologies have abandoned the constitution of pollution neutralization means for the replacement of tools and polluted materials, (whether they were in a group or not) and receptacles or empty cups of products consumed. Known technologies offer refills, but these have only direct restricted protection of their material and provide no optimized protection for other products and other tools. Thus, in the fourth example, the known technologies have favored the presence of a mirror without protecting it against pollution or neglected the presence of a mirror when the medium seemed very polluting, for example, the screw cap of a housing with the cream of facials. The optimized cleanliness packaging proposed according to the invention provides a solution to the defects and shortcomings of previously known conditioning means and provides many significant advantages, still considered to this day as inaccessible.
: direct contamination (basic and by vocation) of objects and surfaces coming into contact with pollutants and indirect contamination of the fingers of the user and surfaces that have been in contact with pollutants. The system according to the invention takes into account: several forms of pollution: transmitted, received, transmitted and retransmitted (for example: received by shock exerted on the conditioning and consecutive vibrations), a sequence of successive pollution steps provoking a direct contamination or indirect surfaces and objects in contact or near presence (or having been in contact) with said various products, and particularly the pollution stage occurring after a R2006 / 002,797

A) of a group consisting of a base (B), a cover (C), a hinge (C2) and a cavity (D) with its flanges (D1) . "Group conditioning" means that the packaging concerns in this representation (Figure 1) several products. The optimized packaging (A) combines: - the receptacles or cups (4 and 5) directly containing several products to be applied (4a, 5a) placed in a reservoir (3i) of a refill variant (H) as in FIG. 4, nested and housed in the cavity (D) with or without a bottom,
A means of application or withdrawal: applicator (8) with its handle (8a) housed in a cavity (8b) and - a mirror (7) located on the inner surface (Cl) of the lid (C).
In order to optimize, without hindering its use, the cleanliness of the mirror (7) of successive sources of propagation of pollutants, in particular: - products to be applied (4a, 5a), - used application tool (8) and - Its handle (8a), said conditioning (A) has an optimized partitioning (1), after introduction into its cavity (D) of an optimized recharge (H). Said refill (H) comprises three basic elements: - an optimized partitioning (1), - a hinge (2) including a folding axis (2a), - a reservoir (3) composed of: rims (3 a) apparent on FIG. 1, and walls (3b) and bottom (3c) apparent in FIG. 4. The flanges (3a) bear on the periphery (D1) of the cavity (D); such a flange (3 a) may or may not be provided with a gripping tongue (3d) which is not visible in FIG. in order to protect the user's fingers when removing from the packaging (A) polluted containers (4, 5) or optimized refill (H).
Optimized partitioning (1) comprises two faces (Ia and Ib) and vertical walls (Ic); it is of a length and width greater than that of the reservoir (3i) of the refill (H), and it is secured to said refill by a hinge (2) articulated along the axis of rotation (2a) on a limited part its length, said partition (1) covering in turn, or simultaneously the mirror, the products or the tool.
The upper face (1a) of the partition (1) in its open or closed position has a surface area greater than that of the mirror (7) to the extent that it covers said mirror (7) in an extended manner and protects it against polluting particles, even during the applications of the products (4a and 5a), forming a protective screen and thus ensuring a first optimized cleanliness function.
A).The lower face (Ib) of the partitioning (1) in its closed position, allows the neutralization of the emission and propagation of pollution by an extended confinement, ie optimized, sources of particle propagation from the agents pollution (4a, 5a, S, 8a) and surfaces adjacent or close to said polluting agents, thereby providing a second optimized cleanliness function. Said partition (1) also ensures the cleanliness of the fingers of the user likely to contact the aforesaid surfaces, thus ensuring a third function of optimized cleanliness. Figure 1 also illustrates two optional optimized partitions in two of its variants (Ibis and Iter); each is articulated with a hinge according to the respective axes of rotation, and can be deployed in the open position overflowing the packaging (A); said partitions (Ibis, lter) protect in this way the near outside environment: the user's hands, clothing, kits, ... ensuring a fourth function optimized cleanliness. An extension of optimized cleanliness is thus accessible to the elements outside the packaging (A).
The two partitions of the variants (Ibis and lter) are integral with the reservoir (3i). The partitions (1 and Ibis and lter) complement each other and their axes of rotation may be parallel or perpendicular to each other and to the axis (C3) of the cover (C), without calling into question the functions provided.
Les trois cloisonnements (1, Ibis, lter), la recharge (H), le conditionnement (A), en se complétant, constituent un système de propreté optimisée (S).The three partitions (1, Ibis, lter), the refill (H), the packaging (A), in complementing each other, constitute an optimized cleanliness system (S).
The product receptacle (4) to be applied (4a, 5a) is unique. The partitioning (1) is articulated in its hinge (2) along the axis (2a) and in its central part along the axis (2b) of 97
Le cloisonnement à l'état semi-plié, plié ou non, peut également être déployé vers l'extérieur du conditionnement (A) autorisant ainsi le maintien de l'outil d'application en- dehors dudit conditionnement.12 way to modify its shape, thus offering a means of folding / folding (MR) allowing it, once deployed, to confine and completely cover: - the products to be applied, - the edges (3a) of the tank (3) and, - all or part of the application tool (8, 8a). The semi-folded or folded state of the partition (1) along said axis (2b) makes it possible to constitute an application tool support (8, 8a) by introducing a portion of said tool into the means such as: perforations (9, 9a), skylights (10), arranged for this purpose to maintain the non-propagation of pollution with an applicator (8) that has already been used, to protect the fingers of the user, and to maintain any tool or accessory of the user other than those of the optimized package (A), for example a worn or clean cotton swab. Partitioning in the semi-folded state, folded or not, can also be deployed to the outside of the packaging (A) thus allowing the maintenance of the application tool outside said packaging.
The perforation profiles (9) can be any of the same type or have a shape (9a) adapted to provide a cleaning-scraping function of the ends of the application means (8).
A gripping means (6) of the tool support is temporarily incorporated in the cavity (8b) of the tool (8) to maintain the optimized partition (1) folded into the service position. Illustrated further optimized partitions (11 and 12) to ensure optimized cleanliness on specific areas and simultaneously enhance the achievement of cleanliness optimized by charging (E or F) of said conditioning (A). The first (11) can be held or withdrawn by engagement-disengagement of its base (11a) folded under the mirror (7), and the second (12) connected by its base (12a) to the base (B) of the packaging ( A), for covering a receiving cavity-cavity (13) (said cavity (13) can have any shape and capacity to serve for all purposes for example to constitute a place of reception of polluted components or used means of cleaning or a reservoir (13a) of products). The packaging (A), the partitioning (1) of the refill (H) and the two auxiliary partitions (11, 12), in complementing each other, constitute an optimized cleanliness system (S). FIG. 3 represents the concept of the partitioning variants (1) secured at its base (14) with at least a part of the body of the components of the optimized cleaning means such as: optimized multifunctional partitioning (1, Ibis, 1 ter), - optimally optimized partitioning (11, 12), - optimized charging (H), and / or with at least a part of the body or components of the optimized package
A) such as: base (B), cover (C), hinges (2, C2), cavities (D, 8), flanges (D1, 3a), walls (3b), bottom (3c), tanks ( 3), receptacles (4, 5), gripping means (6, 3d), ..., said joining being ensured by any means (MS) such as: repositionable bonding, magnetic effect, clipping, screwing, welding, riveting, sewing, gluing, axis engagement, axis displacement, etc., the illustration showing perforations (15) able to engage on pitons equipping the body of the packaging (A), small longitudinal axes (16a) or side (16b) being adapted to engage in bosses equipping the base (B) of the packaging (A), etc. Various arrangements (MA) allow to extend the configurations and the number of functions insured above page 8.
Optimized auxiliary partitioning (11) can be secured on one of the three sides of the optimized partition (1) by engaging the folded faces (11a) and (1 Ib) on the rim of said partition (1).
FIG. 4 illustrates an optimized charging variant (E or F) (H) equipped with a partition (1) pivoting and secured by the hinge (2) to the integrated reservoir (3i) provided with a bottom (3c) adapted to receiving the products to be applied (4a and / or 5a) directly or indirectly in buckets (4 and / or 5) containing said products. This variant is provided with a gripping tab (3d) which is an extension of the rim (3 a) and which may have a width or length different from that of said rim (3 a) of the reservoir (3). The rim (3a) of the refill (H) has the triple feature of being parallel to the partition (1) in the closed position, of acting as an enlarged joining plane with the rim (D1) of the packaging (A) and to act as a stiffener of said joining plane, which guarantees the best sealing conditions of closure and damping of vibrations and shocks for the entire package (A) group. The tank (3i) can have any shape, depth, and subdivision arrangement (3 e, 3f, 3 g, as in Fig. 8), to receive various materials or products (4a, 5a) and / or or tools (8) various indirectly or directly in the receptacles (4 and / or 5). Figure 4a illustrates a variant (E or F) of optimized recharge (H) of the same family as in Fig.4. whose reservoir device (3a) has no bottom (3c) is adapted to receive buckets (4 and / or 5) containing various products (4a, 5a, 8). 02797

Said refill is provided with a partition (1) pivoting according to the hinge (2), a floor (3c) shaped strip for receiving a receptacle (4). Said floor (3c) can have any shape, for example circular, annular, flower, ..., to accommodate a receptacle or bucket (4). The vertical walls (3b) connect the floor (3c) to the partition (1) framing the receptacle (4). An extension of the rim (3 a) serves as a seat on the surface of the partition (1) in the closed position and serves as a gripping means (3d) at its end (3d), possibly of greater width. It should be noted that the receptacle (4) can not slip out of the floor after introduction of the part (3) of the refill (E or F) in the cavity (D) of the optimized package (A), but that all (3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) facilitates removal of the receptacle (4) from the refill itself or from the package (A). FIG. 4c illustrates an optimized semi-autonomous recharge variant (E2 or F2) comprising a rim (2b) which extends the rim (3a) of the reservoir (3), said rim (3a) provides the additional function of means link / hinge (2). The flange (2b) is adapted to be threaded or introduced on an optimized partition (1) of the packaging (A) or a refill (H) comprising at least one optimized partition (1). The rim is provided with a notch (21) for passing a bumpy rib of said partition. The rim (2b) is open on its portion (2c) thus closely locating the pivot axis of the partition (1), the total width of the partitioning being much greater than that of said pivot axis. Alternatively, the partitioning (1) can rotate along the axis (2a). Figure 5 is a top view of a re-configurable blister (100) deployed whose body comprises a reconfigurable refill variant (E) as in FIG. 5a. Said refill (E) comprises a reservoir device (3b) as in FIG. 4b, after deployment of the two antitheft flaps (102, 102a), and before separation of said refill (E) out of the flaps / walls (100a and 100b) of the blister pack (100). The anti-theft shutters (102, 102a) act as separators. Said blister changes its initial packaging shape by yielding part of its body asset or part of one of the means of optimized cleanliness; this to secure (or insert) said means in the packaging (A) or in another means of optimized cleanliness (1, Ibis, Iter, 2, H, 3, 11, 12). The dotted perforations (104) in the re-configurable blister (100) make it possible to separate from the body of the blister pack (100) the reconfigurable refill (F) as in Fig. 5a (shown diagrammatically in Fig. 4b).
FR2006/002797Said blister (100) is respectively provided with three suspension holes (101) capable of forming a single orifice after superposition of the flaps (100a, 100b and 102). FR2006 / 002797

Or the perforations (104) of the flap (100a) are not superimposable (do not coincide with) to the perforations (104) of the flap (100b), - or the perforations (104) of the flap (100a) are superimposable on the perforations ( 104) of the flap (100b) but said flaps (100a) and packaged products are separated by flaps (102, 102a) integral with the blister or by movable flaps (foldable or not, not visible in Figure 5) disengaged from said blister.
- soit des volets rabattables (102, 102a) ou des volets mobiles neutralisent tout ou partie desdites perforations (104), les dits volets antivol étant placés par exemple entre produit et paroi du blister.- Folding flaps (102, 102a) or movable flaps neutralize all or part of said perforations (104), said anti-theft flaps being placed for example between product and blister wall.
Figure 5a is the top view of the reconfigurable refill (E) as in Figure 5 and (shown diagrammatically in Fig.4b), after separation of the blister pack (100) according to dashed lines (104).
Le cloisonnement (1) de plus grande taille est apte à couvrir d'autres produits ou d'autres surfaces du conditionnement (A).Figure 6 shows the top view of the useful part of a refill (E) deployed from a refill blister (100) of the same family as that of Figure 4; the partitioning (1) provides two optimized partitions (Ibis and 1 ter) integrated and separable by the perforations (104a). The complete tank (3i) (as in Figure 4, provided with flanges (3a), complete bottom (3c) and vertical walls (3b) not visible and tongue (3d)) of said refill (E) can contain direct application products (4a 3 5a) in its two compartments (3e, 3f) constituted by a separation curve (19) ._ The cutting (104a) of the same blister panel generates two optimized partitions (Ibis, lter) of different shape and provided respectively with a gripping tab (6), allowing the recovery of each of the aforementioned compartments and the overlap of a sufficient portion of the upper edge of the separation curve (19). The partition (1) of larger size is suitable for covering other products or other surfaces of the packaging (A).
., sans gêner la fermeture du conditionnement (A).Figures 7, 8, and 9 show the partial sectional view of three variants of optimized recharges (H, all autonomous) of types: reconfigurable (E) or non-reconfigurable (F), product to be applied after insertion into a packaging optimized (A). Figure 7 illustrates a refill variant (E or F) having a first partition (11) pivoting along the hinge (1 Ib) and a second partition (12) pivoting at a level slightly lower along the axis (X); these partitions are provided respectively with a gripping tab (6) and (3 d). Optimized partitioning (12) is an extension of the rim (3 a) of the refill (H) and can have dimensions different from those of the means (11, 3i, 3a, 3d) and two mirrors a normal (7) and an enlarger (7a) protected by transparent exfoliable films (MG). Uprights on vertical wall (18) equip the cavity (D), the reservoir (3i) and the receptacles (4, 5) of products, so that the latter are immobilized and protected against vibration and shocks. A boss on a horizontal wall (17) equips the partition (12) to immobilize the end of the application tool (8) housed in the cavity (8b). Figure 8 illustrates a refill variant (H) having a single partition (1) of great length pivoting along the hinge (2) and overflowing the closed package (A) to form a gripping tab (6). A variant of concave bosses (17) immobilizes the applicator (8) and its handle (8a) in several different places, but provides the additional functions of transverse stiffening and increasing the surfaces of the joint planes. The reservoir (3i) consists of three compartments (3e, 3f, 3g) of different products. The compartment (3g) can serve as a home for example for exfoliable layers (MG) covered with cleaner (wadding, sponge, ...) for all products such as products to be applied, virgin or polluted, or for another tank (3) and a bucket to ensure the same welcome, .... The curved walls (19) and curved cover portions (20), providing separate protection of each compartment and upper edges with increased surface optimizing the various compartments. Figure 9 illustrates an optimized packaging variant (A), the screwable lid (C) carries a mirror (7) protected by a set of exfoliable films (MG). Said conditioning (A) comprises a variant of an optimized refill (H) whose reservoir (3) can be reduced to a reservoir device along the horizontal planes Y, Y1, Y2, Y3, until it becomes a simple collar ( 3b) integral with said packaging (A) by any means such as: threading, ...., Without hindering the closure of the packaging (A).
The optimized cleaning system (S) demonstrates an almost unlimited adaptation flexibility between optimized packages (A) and ordinary or optimized refills (H), even the latter equipped with integrated tanks (3) or integrated reservoir devices (3bis , 3ter).
