本发明实施例要解决的问题是提供一种模板更换方法、 系统和设备, 以 解决现有技术中机顶盒存储空间有限, 模板更换过程复杂、 资源占用率高的 缺点。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的一实施例提供一种模板更换方法, 包括以下 步骤:
用户终端向中心节点控制设备发送更换模板请求;
所述中心节点控制设备控制边缘节点设备为所述用户终端更换模板。 本发明的另一实施例还提供一种模板更换系统, 包括中心节点管理设备 和至少一个边缘节点设备,
所述中心节点管理设备, 管理各所述边缘节点设备和各所述边缘节点设 备上的模板 , 并控制各所述边缘节点设备为用户终端更换模板;
所述边缘节点设备, 在所述中心节点管理设备控制下存储模板并为用户 终端更换模板。
本发明的另一实施例还提供一种中心节点管理设备,包括管理单元和存储单 元,
所述管理单元, 维护和管理各边缘节点设备, 并控制各所述边缘节点设备为 用户终端更换模板;
所述存储单元,存储模板并在所述管理单元控制下向各所述边缘节点设备提 供模板。
本发明的再一实施例还提供一种边缘节点设备, 其特征在于, 包括模板存储 单元和模板加载单元, 所述模板存储单元, 存储中心节点发送的模板, 并对所述中心节点发送的所 有模板进行排序;
所述模板加载单元, 在中心节点设备控制下为用户终端更换模板。
与现有技术相比, 具有以下优点:
本发明实施例提供一种模板更换方法、 系统与设备, 由中心节点管理设 备进行各边缘节点设备的管理和维护, 在用户终端发送更换模板请求时, 由 中心节点管理设备控制边缘节点设备为用户终端更换模板。 从而提高了网络 侧对用户终端更换模板请求的处理速度, 节约了用户终端的存储空间和主干 网传输资源的损耗, 提高了整个系统的性能。 附图说明

本发明的核心在于将模板部署在各个边缘节点设备上, 并由中心节点管 理设备部署和管理各个边缘节点设备上存储的模板; 在用户终端需要进行模 板更换时, 由边缘节点设备向用户终端发送可选模板信息, 并在中心节点管 理设备控制下为用户终端更换模板。 这些边缘节点设备在现有 IPTV架构和双 向 DTV架构中是已经存在的, 如边缘 EPG服务器, 目前其主要用途在于存储 节目数据流、 频道列表以及与用户终端 STB进行通信等。
下面通过结合附图与实施例, 对本发明的实施方式做进一步说明。
本发明的实施例一中, 一种模板更换方法如图 1所示, 该方法具体包括以 下步骤:
步骤 S101 ,用户终端通过 STB向网络侧的中心节点管理设备发送更换模板 请求。
步骤 S102, 中心节点管理设备根据用户终端的位置信息, 指示该用户终 端所在边缘节点的边缘节点设备或距离该用户终端最近的边缘节点设备向该 用户终端显示可供选择的模板信息。 边缘节点设备通过 SOAP ( Simple Object Access Protocol, 简单对象访问协议)协议 , 查询目前边缘节点设备上可用 的 EPG模板信息,并将查询结果以缩略图的形式向用户终端发送,供用户终端 选择。
步骤 S103, 用户终端向边缘节点设备发送更换指定模板的请求。 用户终 端在缩略图中选定要更换的某个 EPG模板, 发送更换模板请求至边缘节点设 备。
步骤 S 104 , 边缘节点设备检测该 EPG模板在当前边缘节点设备是否存在 , 若存在, 则进行步骤 S105, 否则进行步骤 S107。
步骤 S105, 中心节点管理设备进行模板更换操作, 控制边缘节点设备向 用户终端发送被该指定模板,并将用户终端当前所使用的 EPG模板更换为上述 指定的 EPG模板。
步骤 S106, STB更新用户终端所使用的 EPG模板并结束。 中心节点确认更 换成功后, STB将当前使用的模板更新为从边缘节点设备上获取的该用户终端 新选择的 EPG模板并结束。
步骤 S107, 边缘节点设备提示用户终端该模板不存在并结束。 该种情况 中, 用户终端选择的 EPG模板不存在的可能原因包括: 网络通信故障、 边缘节 点设备故障或边缘节点设备上存储的模板文件损坏等原因。
此外,该边缘节点设备和 STB还具有记忆功能, 能够记忆用户终端最新选 择的模板配置信息。 在重新开启机顶盒后, 可以将用户终端的模板直接显示 为最近一次更新的 EPG模板。 同时,如果用户终端使用的 EPG模板已被中心节 点暂停使用, 则边缘节点设备和 STB会自动将模板更换至默认的 EPG模板。 以上实施例一所述的用户终端更换 EPG模板的过程,是建立在中心节点管 理设备对边缘节点设备进行 EPG模板管理的基础上的,该管理包括 EPG模板的 发送、 删除、 更新等等。 本发明的实施例二中, 中心节点管理设备向边缘节 点设备发送 EPG模板的方法如图 2所示, 具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 S201 , 中心节点管理设备存储并压缩新的 EPG模板, 该中心节点管 理设备可以为 ECS ( EPG Control Sub-system , EPG控制子系统)等。
步骤 S202, 中心节点管理设备向边缘节点设备发送模板更新指令消息。 ECS根据边缘节点设备的分布, 向指定边缘节点设备,或所有边缘节点设备发 送该 EPG模板消息, ECS可以通过 SOAP协议发送模板更新指令消息, 消息中 包括模板名称、 模板物理存储位置、 获取物理文件的权限控制名称、 密码, 该消息的发送, 可选择加密发送和非加密发送两种方式。
步骤 S203, 边缘节点设备发送模板文件获取请求。 目标边缘节点设备收 到该消息后, 首先判断该模板更新指令消息是否需要解密, 如需解密则按照 预先设定的解密方式解密, 然后根据消息中指定的信息, 通过 FTP协议向中心 节点管理设备发出模板文件获取请求。
步骤 S204 , 中心节点管理设备向边缘节点设备发送模板文件。
步骤 S205 , 边缘节点设备接收模板文件并加载该模板文件。 边缘节点设 备在正确获取模板文件后, 首先解压缩该模板文件, 并校验数据的正确性; 当确认模板文件状态正确无误后, 边缘节点设备根据当前已有模板的使用状 态, 及待加载的模板队列, 对新模板进行优先级加载, 加载完成后, 对该模 板实施部署,最后将操作结果返回至中心节点管理设备如 ECS。该步骤中所指 的优先级加载, 是指边缘节点设备根据当前边缘节点下各用户终端使用模板 记录等信息, 预先设定新模板文件的优先级, 即在向用户终端进行缩略图显 示时新模板的位置以及推荐程度等。 另外, 若边缘节点存储空间有限时, 根 据对边缘节点下不同的用户终端使用模板记录, 边缘节点设备在部署新模板 的同时, 删除某些原有使用率较低的模板文件。
步骤 S206, 中心节点管理设备确认新模板可以启用。 待新模板均下发至 边缘节点设备且部署完成后, 由中心节点管理设备如 ECS,确认该模板可以启 用。
步骤 S207, 用户终端使用新模板。 在中心节点管理设备启用指定的 EPG 模板后,用户终端即可通过 STB选择喜好的功能风格,按照实施例一中所述的 方法使用新模板。
EPG模板的更新和删除过程与上述的流程类似,都是由中心节点管理设备 来控制, 不同之处在于中心节点管理设备向边缘节点设备发送的消息指令不 同: 需要对模板进行更新时发送 EPG模板更新指令, 更新时的具体操作与实施 例二中所描述的发送过程相似, 同样包括边缘节点设备从中心节点管理设备 获取模板时所需的必要信息, 如模板名称、 模板物理存储位置、 获取物理文 件的权限控制名称和密码。 中心节点管理设备需要对边缘节点设备存储的模 板进行删除时发送 EPG模板删除指令,边缘节点设备存储只需按照该指令将指 定 EPG模板删除即可。
此外,可在中心节点管理设备如 ECS上,通过与一个或多个边缘节点设备 定时通信, 如向边缘节点设备上的指定 EPG模板发送心跳(HEARTBEAT )请 求, 随时获取一个或多个边缘节点设备的运行情况、 以及边缘节点设备中各 模板的文件状态, 该文件状态包括文件名、 文件大小、 版本号是否正确等, 便于对出现问题的边缘节点设备或模板及时进行修复。
通过使用如实施例一与实施例二所述的方法, 由中心节点管理设备部署 和管理各个边缘节点设备上的模板, 在用户终端需要进行模板更换时, 由中 心节点管理设备控制边缘节点设备向用户终端发送可选模板信息并为用户终 端更换模板。 该方法使得用户终端可以直接从与本终端设备距离很近的边缘 节点设备直接获取模板信息, 提高了网络側对用户终端更换模板请求的处理 速度, 节约了用户终端的存储空间和主干网传输资源的损耗。
本发明实施例还提供一种模板更换系统, 包括中心节点管理设备、 边缘 节点设备和用户终端, 其中用于存储模板的边缘节点设备的部署位置和部署 数量可以参考网络中用户终端的分布而变化。 本发明的实施例三中, 以网络 中存在三个边缘节点为例, 如图 3所示, 模板更换系统包括中心节点管理设备 100、 边缘节点设备 200和用户终端 300。
中心节点管理设备 100管理各边缘节点设备 200和各边缘节点设备 200上 的存储模板, 包括向各边缘节点设备 200通知 EPG模板的发送、 更新和删除消 息;还可以通过向指定 EPG模板发送心跳请求,随时查看所有边缘节点设备 200 和所有 EPG模板的健康状况和运行情况, 便于对出现问题的边缘节点设备 200 或 EPG模板及时进行修复。 另外, 在接收到用户终端 300发送的更换模板的请 求时, 根据用户终端 300所在的位置, 控制该用户终端所在边缘节点的边缘节 点设备 200或距该用户终端最近的边缘节点设备 200为用户终端更换模板。
边缘节点设备 200,响应中心节点管理设备 100的 EPG模板发送、更新和删 除指令,并将本设备存储的 EPG模板进行优先级排序,以供用户终端 300使用。 另外,在接收到中心节点管理设备 100发送的确认为用户终端 300更换 EPG模板 的消息时, 向用户终端 300发送本地存储的 EPG模板并为用户终端 300更换模 板。
用户终端 300,用于发送 EPG模板更换请求,并接收来自边缘节点设备 200 的 EPG模板。
本发明的实施例三还提供一种中心节点管理设备, 如图 4所示, 中心节 点管理设备包括管理单元 101和存储单元 102, 其中,
管理单元 101 维护和管理各边缘节点设备, 并控制各边缘节点设备进行 用户终端模板的更换; 该单元进一步包括边缘节点设备管理子单元 1011和用 户终端管理子单元 1012: 边缘节点设备管理子单元 101 1 , 维护和管理各所述 边缘节点设备, 定时获取各所述边缘节点设备和各模板的状态; 用户终端管 理子单元 1012处理用户终端更换模板的请求, 确认用户终端的请求并控制该 用户终端所在边缘节点的边缘节点设备或距该用户终端最近的边缘节点设备 为用户终端更换模板。 存储单元 102存储模板并在管理单元 101 的控制下向 各边缘节点设备提供模板。
本发明的实施例三还提供一种边缘节点设备, 如图 5 所示, 边缘节点设 备包括模板存储单元 201和模板加载单元 202, 其中:
模板存储单元 201, 存储网络侧发送的模板。 模板加载单元 202, 接收中 心节点的 EPG模板发送、更新和删除指令,将中心节点发送的所有模板进行排 序;在中心节点管理设备确认时向用户终端发送本地存储的 EPG模板并为用户 终端更换模板。
通过使用如实施例三所述的方法,在网络中的各边缘节点设备上存储 EPG 模板的信息, 并由中心节点管理设备部署和管理各个边缘节点设备上存储的 EPG模板, 同时对各个边缘节点设备和各 EPG模板的工作状态进行实时监控, 从而实现了 EPG模板的分布式部署与管理,使得网络侧处理用户终端更换模板 请求的速度得到了提高, 同时节约了用户终端的存储空间和主干网传输资源 的损耗。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例, 但是, 本发明并非局限于此, 任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种模板更换方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
接收用户终端发送的更换模板请求;
控制边缘节点设备为所述用户终端更换模板。
2、 如权利要求 1所述模板更换方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制边缘节点设 备为所述用户终端更换模板的步骤具体包括:
控制所述边缘节点设备向所述用户终端发送可选的模板信息;
控制所述的边缘节点设备在接收用户终端发送的更换指定模版请求时向 用户终端发送用户终端指定的模板。
3、 如权利要求 2所述模板更换方法, 其特征在于, 在所述控制边缘节点 设备为所述用户终端更换模板之前包括:
在边缘节点设备上存储模板。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述模板更换方法, 其特征在于, 在所述控制边缘 节点设备为所述用户终端更换模板之前包括:
更新所述边缘节点设备上的模板; 和 /或
删除所述边缘节点设备上的模板。
5、如权利要求 2所述模板更换方法,其特征在于, 所述方法进一步包括: 获取各边缘节点设备的运行状况和 /或各所述边缘节点设备上的模板的状 态;
修复异常的边缘节点设备和 /或所述边缘节点设备上的异常模板。
6、 如权利要求 4所述模板更换方法, 其特征在于, 所述更新所述边缘节 点设备上存储的模板的步骤具体包括:
向所述边缘节点设备发送模板更新指令消息;
接收所述边缘节点设备根据所述模板更新指令消息发送的获取模板请 求;
向所述边缘节点设备发送所述模板;
7、 如权利要求 6所述模板更换方法, 其特征在于, 所述模板更新指令消 息包括: 模板名称、 模板物理存储位置、 获取物理文件的权限控制名称和密 码。
8、 如权利要求 6所述模板更换方法, 其特征在于, 所述向所述边缘节点 设备发送模板更新指令消息具体包括:
以加密方式或非加密方式向所述边缘节点设备发送模板更新指令消息。
9、 如权利要求 3所述模板更换方法, 其特征在于, 还包括步骤: 所述边 缘节点设备对当前存储的所有模板进行排序。
10、 一种模板更换方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
根据中心节点管理设备的指示向用户终端发送可选的模板信息; 接收用户终端发送的更换指定模版请求;
根据中心节点管理设备的指示向用户终端发送用户终端指定的模板。
11、 一种模板更换系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 中心节点管理设备和至少 一个边缘节点设备,
所述中心节点管理设备, 接收用户终端发送的更换模板请求, 并控制各 所述边缘节点设备为用户终端更换模板;
所述边缘节点设备, 在所述中心节点管理设备控制下存储模板并为用户 终端更换模板。
12、 如权利要求 11所述模板更换系统, 其特征在于, 所述中心节点管理 设备进一步用于向边缘节点设备更新和 /或删除所述模版;
13、 如权利要求 11所述模板更换系统, 其特征在于, 所述中心节点管理 设备进一步用于向边缘节点设备获取所述边缘节点设备的运行状况和 /或所述 边缘节点设备上模板的状态; 修复异常的边缘节点设备和 /或所述边缘节点设 备上存储的异常模板。
14、 一种中心节点管理设备, 其特征在于, 包括管理单元和存储单元, 所述管理单元, 接收用户终端发送的更换模板请求并控制各所述边缘节 点设备为用户终端更换模板; 所述存储单元, 存储模板并在所述管理单元控制下向各所述边缘节点设 备提供模板。
15、 如权利要求 14所述中心节点管理设备, 其特征在于, 所述管理单元 进一步用于向边缘节点设备更新和 /或删除所述的模板。
16、 如权利要求 14所述中心节点管理设备, 其特征在于, 所述管理单元 进一步包括边缘节点设备管理子单元和用户终端管理子单元。
所述边缘节点设备管理子单元, 维护和管理各边缘节点设备, 定时获取 各所述边缘节点设备的运行状态和各所述边缘节点设备上模板的状态;
所述用户终端管理子单元, 处理用户终端更换模板的请求。
17、 一种边缘节点设备, 其特征在于, 包括模板存储单元和模板加载单 元,
所述模板存储单元, 存储中心节点管理设备发送的模板;
所述模板加载单元, 在中心节点管理设备控制下为用户终端更换所述模 板存储单元中存储的模板。
18、 如权利要求 17所述边缘节点设备, 其特征在于, 所述模板加载单元 进一步用于对所述中心节点管理设备发送的所有模板进行排序。
19、 如权利要求 17所述边缘节点设备, 其特征在于, 所述模板加载单元 进一步用于根据用户终端根据心节点管理设备的指示向用户终端发送可选的 模板信息; 接收用户终端发送的更换指定模版请求; 根据心节点管理设备的 指示向用户终端发送用户终端指定的模板。
