Definitions
- the Invention Patent referred to in this Report is intended to guarantee the exclusive exploitation and ownership, throughout the national territory, of an automatic evaporation system of the condensed liquid of cooling and cooling devices.
- This invention has its application within the needs of temperature and humidity exchange, especially the evaporation of the condensed liquid during the air conditioning process (F25), which are generated in the evaporators by the condensation.
- This invention has two important purposes: On the one hand it solves one of the most important problems of domestic air conditioning installations such as -is the current need to have complicated drainage channels of condensed liquids and on the other hand substantially increase the thermal performance of the equipment and a decrease in electricity consumption.
- air conditioning is the most complete process of ambient air treatment, consisting of regulating the conditions regarding temperature (heating or cooling), humidity and quality (renewal, filtering).
- the invention consists in the adaptation on the external condensing unit so that by installing, the condensed water collection device in the air conditioning process, in which a simple electric condensate pump, a liquid level sensor and a set are located of small ascending pipes by way of pipes with sprayers at their ends, the condensed water is pumped onto the condenser of the outdoor unit, and thanks to the high temperature of the latter and the action of the equipment fan along with the humidity exchange, the Condensed liquid evaporates in the outdoor environment, eliminating the need for drainage pipes and / or placement of containers for liquid collection condensed
- Figure 1 shows a rear view of an outdoor condensing unit with the invention installed
- Figure 2 shows a side view of it.
- the invention is formed on a condensing unit of an air conditioning unit (1) and is constituted by a liquid level sensor (3) that detects the presence and level of liquid that accumulates in the container (2) for collecting condensed liquids that activates, in case of reaching an adequate level of liquid in the container, the electric discharge pump (4).
- This pump drives the condensed liquid to through the rear vertical pipes (5), anchored on the ventilation grid of the external condensing equipment and is emitted to the outside in the form of a fine rain thanks to the sprinklers (6).
- the water discharged by the sprinklers (6) falls directly on the rear ventilation grill (7) of the condensing unit (1) which, when in contact with it, evaporates rapidly, influencing both the temperature of the condenser and the effect of the internal condenser fan, as well as the humidity of the external environment.
- the sensor detects and stops the action of the pump and, therefore, of the sprinklers.
- the invention is as effective as it is simple and original.
- This set of elements such as the sensor, the pump, pipes and sprinklers are simple to handle and install and economical.
