Abstract

The system consists in the installation of a set of condensation control elements located in the back and lower part in the outer condensing units of air conditioning systems and is used for eliminating by evaporation the liquid produced in the conditioning process. The system is formed by an electric liquid-level detector connected to the container for collecting liquids in the base of the outer condensing equipment and which, depending on the water level in the container, activates the impulsion pump which raises the water to conduits fastened to the back ventilation grille which is discharged, by sprinklers located in the ends thereof, onto the condenser, thereby evaporating the condensed liquid and removing the necessity of installing pipes to drain away condensates and improving thermal performance since the unit is cooled by the ventilation grille of the condensing unit.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS.DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS.
To better understand the scope of this invention, we will describe it on the accompanying drawings in which a preferred design of the same given by way of example and without limitation has materialized.
Figure 2 shows a side view of it.
We can verify that, in the drawings, we have represented (1) the external condensing unit of an air conditioning unit, (2) container for condensed liquids, (3) liquid level sensor device, (4) drive pump , (5) ascending pipes, (6) sprinklers and (7). Ventilation grill.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓNPREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
As can be seen in the drawings, the invention is formed on a condensing unit of an air conditioning unit (1) and is constituted by a liquid level sensor (3) that detects the presence and level of liquid that accumulates in the container (2) for collecting condensed liquids that activates, in case of reaching an adequate level of liquid in the container, the electric discharge pump (4). This pump drives the condensed liquid to through the rear vertical pipes (5), anchored on the ventilation grid of the external condensing equipment and is emitted to the outside in the form of a fine rain thanks to the sprinklers (6). The water discharged by the sprinklers (6) falls directly on the rear ventilation grill (7) of the condensing unit (1) which, when in contact with it, evaporates rapidly, influencing both the temperature of the condenser and the effect of the internal condenser fan, as well as the humidity of the external environment.
Once the liquid level of the condensate collection container (2) is reduced, the sensor detects and stops the action of the pump and, therefore, of the sprinklers.
As can be seen, the invention is as effective as it is simple and original. This set of elements such as the sensor, the pump, pipes and sprinklers are simple to handle and install and economical.
With the invention, installation costs are even significantly reduced, which, as already mentioned, makes it unnecessary to install drainage pipes that, in many cases, affect the facades of buildings, as well as energy costs since Water poured by the sprinklers on the grid facilitates the elimination of heat and improves the thermal efficiency of the installation, as can be seen in the attached drawings. Within the essentiality of the invention, the detail variants are also protected, so that the type of level sensor, discharge pump, characteristics and quantity of discharge and sprinkler pipes, as well as the dimensions of the different parts of the device can vary system, and of course, the material used.
