Abstract

L'invention concerne une diviseuse automatique utilisée en boulangerie, servant à diviser un bloc de pâte en plusieurs parties selon le volume équivalent au poids sélectionné. Ladite machine comprend une trémie (1) contenant un bloc de pâte, extraite par un ensemble extracteur basculant pourvu d'un tambour rotatif (10) équipé de lames-piston (8) se déplaçant de manière radiale et angulaire guidées par deux rainures de guidage symétriques. La pâte est acheminée par l'entrée supérieure de l'ensemble volumétrique qui comprend des éléments identiques et qui est situé dans la partie inférieure de l'ensemble extracteur, différencié par la géométrie du canal volumétrique (31). La pâte se déplace par le canal (33) d'évacuation jusqu'à l'orifice (35) d'évacuation où l'ensemble lame tranchante pourvu d'une lame tranchante (36) divise la pâte en parties égales. L'invention est utilisée dans la fabrication de diviseuses de pâte utilisées en boulangerie industrielle.
