Abstract

Dans ce système et ce procédé d'encouragement à l'exercice physique, les informations relatives à l'exercice physique et la santé sont partagées entre les personnes aux fins de stimuler un esprit de compétition et encourager l'exercice physique de façon que les personnes, soit les utilisateurs s'intéressent à l'exercice et à la santé dans la vie quotidienne. Les informations relatives à l'exercice physique ou les informations d'ordre physiologique reçues des capteurs fournis aux utilisateurs sont gérées et transmises à ces utilisateurs en format de message instantané. En conséquence, l'utilisateur peut verifier les informations relatives à l'exercice physique de l'utilisateur ou des autres utilisateurs en temps réel, ce qui l'amène à s'intéresser à la santé.
