Abstract

Cette méthode améliorée de réalisation de fondations utilise un typ de fondations à nivelage dynamique et un support coplanaire de prénivelage lors de l'installation des fondations permanentes. Cette méthode commence quand une maison fabriquée parvient sur son site permanent. La maison fabriquée comporte un sol reposant par ses côtés sur des poutrelles ou des solives parallèles horizontales qui nécessitent des fondations fermement ancrées. L'étape de mise en place de l'appui provisoire fournit un appui de niveau provisoire pour la maison fabriquée. Quand l'appui provisoire est en place, la maison arrive de l'usine. L'appui provisoire préféré est un système d'appui à trois pieds qui peut être installé sous les murs latéraux et la poutrelle de refend. Le système d'appui comprend plusieurs trépieds présentant chacun un cadre triangulaire transversal soutenant une surface étendu de sous-basement. Chaque trépied a au moins deux points de contact séparés avec les poutrelles périphériques ou du refend, ce qui réduit le temps total d'utilisation de la main d'oeuvre.
