The present invention provides a contents administration system using a platform, in which a copyright management system in the platform is connected to an external copyright management server to distribute legal contents, such as photos, sound sources, images, and the like. Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a contents administration system using a platform, in which a copyright management system in the platform is connected to an external copyright management server to distribute legal contents, such as photos, sound sources, images, and the like. When a user connects to a sub-platform, and searches for and receives desired contents information, the user can download original data or receive location information through the platform at user's convenience. Users are allowed to connect or combine an existing copyright with additional information and store the combined information in the personal media category item of the sub- platform, and thus the users also can be secondary copyright holders. Even when there are numerous copyright holders, only additional contents, but contents the same as existing original data, are stored in the platform, and thus capacity of the platform is not affected by overload. [11] In order to accomplish the above objects of the invention, according to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a contents administration system using a platform comprising: a personal terminal (copyright holder) having a function of the copyright holder for acquiring authentication on original data of digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information from a watermarking system through the personal terminal and transmitting the original data to the platform, and a function for transmitting location information data of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information to the platform; a platform having a function for receiving the authenticated original data of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information and the location information data from the personal terminal (copyright holder), and a function for downloading the original data or transmitting the location information data from a management system to the personal terminal after making a payment at a payment system if a user connects to a sub-platform through the personal terminal and selects desired information from category items; a sub-platform having a function of the user for inquiring, searching for, and selecting desired information from the category items in the sub-platform through the personal terminal, and downloading the original data to the personal terminal through the interconnected platform or receiving the location information data, a function for allowing to perform the above-mentioned function, a function for allowing the user to execute desired contents by himself or herself at the sub-platform, and a function for allowing the user to connect or combine an existing copyright with additional information and store the combined information in a personal media category item of the sub-platform; and a personal terminal (user) having a function of the user for connecting to the sub- platform through the personal terminal, selecting desired information from the category items, making a payment at the payment system, and downloading the original data, i.e., desired information, and a function of the user for executing the location information data of a desired category item by himself or herself at the sub- platform.
[12] In the present invention, the platform includes a copyright management system for inquiring legality of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information received from the personal terminal of the copyright holder if the watermarking system requests, registering and storing the information and notifying the information to the payment system if the information is legal, and returning the information if the information is illegal, the payment system for acquiring authentication for payment information of the copyright holder through a financial institute/card company server and making a payment if the copyright management system transmits the legal information, and the contents management system for storing the information on the payment made at the payment system and transmitting information desired by the user. [13] In the present invention, when the copyright holder acquires authentication on the original data of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information from the watermarking system through the personal terminal, the information can be authenticated through the copyright management server connected to the copyright management system and then registered if the information is not registered in the copyright management system of the platform, and thus photos, sound sources, images, text, document files can be legally distributed.
[14] In the present invention, when the user connects to the sub-platform, and searches for and receives desired contents information, the user can download the original data or receive the location information through the platform at user's convenience.
[15] In the present invention, when the copyright holder transmits data to the platform and the user receives the data from the platform, the copyright holder transmits the data through the watermarking system, and the user receives the data through the contents management system, after acquiring authentication on payment information of the copyright holder and the user at the payment system in the platform through a financial institute/card company server.
[16] In the present invention, the personal terminals of the copyright holder and the user are connected to the website, and thus contents information desired by the copyright holder and the user can be searched for and provided.
[17] In the present invention, the personal terminal is a mobile device, such as a PDA, a cellular phone, a PMP, or an MP3 player, or a PC.
Advantageous Effects
[18] As described above, the present invention relates to a contents administration system using a platform, in which a copyright management system in the platform is connected to an external copyright management server to distribute legal contents, such as photos, sound sources, images, and the like. When a user connects to a sub- platform, and searches for and receives desired contents information, the user can download original data or receive location information through the platform at user's convenience. Users are allowed to connect or combine an existing copyright with additional information and store the combined information in the personal media category item of the sub-platform, and thus the users also can be secondary copyright holders. Even when there are numerous copyright holders, only additional contents, but contents the same as existing original data, are stored in the platform, and thus capacity of the platform is not affected by overload. When a copyright holder transmits data to the platform and a user receives the data from the platform, the copyright holder transmits data through a watermarking system, and the user receives the data through the contents management system, after acquiring authentication on payment in- formation of the copyright holder and the user at the payment system in the platform through a financial institute/card company server. When data in the platform is desired to be deleted, original data is easily deleted, updated, and added. The contents management system can be connected to a website through a personal terminal of a copyright holder or a user. Brief Description of the Drawings

[26] The present invention will now be described in detail in connection with specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. In describing the present invention, in the case where detailed description of related known techniques or construction is determined to make unnecessarily unclear the gist of the present invention, detailed description thereof will be omitted. Terms to be described later on are ones defined in consideration of functions in the present invention. They may vary depending on users, the intention of an operator, customs or the like. Such definition should be based on contents covering the present specification to describe a contents administration system using a platform of the present invention.
[27] FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a contents administration system using a platform according to an embodiment of the invention, and FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing a contents administration system using a platform according to another embodiment of the invention.
[28] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a contents administration system using a platform according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a personal terminal (copyright holder) 100, a platform 200, a sub-platform 300, a personal terminal (user) 400, a website 500, a financial institute/card company server 600, a copyright management server 700, a watermarking system 210, a copyright management system 220, a payment system 230, and a contents management system 240.
[29] Functions of technical means configuring the contents administration system using a platform of the present invention are described below.
[30] The personal terminal (copyright holder) 100 has a function of a copyright holder for acquiring authentication on original data of digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information from the watermarking system through the personal terminal (copyright holder) and transmitting the original data to the platform, and a function for transmitting location information data of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information to the platform. Here, the personal terminal of the copyright holder is connected to the website, and thus contents information desired by the copyright holder can be searched for and provided.
[31] The platform 200 has a function for receiving the authenticated original data of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information and the location information data from the personal terminal (copyright holder), and a function for downloading the original data or transmitting the location information data from the contents management system to the personal terminal after making a payment at the payment system if a user connects to the sub-platform through the personal terminal and selects desired information from category items.
[32] Here, the platform 200 comprises the copyright management system 220 for inquiring legality of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information received from the personal terminal of a copyright holder if the watermarking system 210 requests, registering and storing the information and notifying the information to the payment system if the information is legal, and returning the information if the information is illegal, the payment system 230 for acquiring authentication through the financial institute/card company server 600 and making a payment if the copyright management system transmits the legal information, and the contents management system 240 for storing the information on the payment made at the payment system 230 and transmitting information desired by the user. In addition, when the copyright holder acquires authentication on the original data of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information from the watermarking system through the personal terminal, the information can be authenticated through the copyright management server connected to the copyright management system and then registered if the information is not registered in the copyright management system of the platform, and thus photos, sound sources, images, text, document files can be legally distributed. In addition, when the copyright holder transmits data to the platform, and the user receives the data from the platform, after acquiring authentication on payment information of the copyright holder and the user at the payment system in the platform through a financial institute/card company server, the copyright holder transmits the data through the watermarking system, and the user receives the data through the contents management system.
[33] The sub-platform 300 has a function of the user for inquiring, searching for, and selecting desired information from the category items in the sub-platform through the personal terminal, and downloading original data to the personal terminal through the interconnected platform or receiving the location information data, a function for allowing to perform the above-mentioned function, a function for allowing the user to execute desired contents by himself or herself at the sub-platform, and a function for allowing the user to connect or combine an existing copyright with additional information and store the combined information in the personal media category item of the sub-platform. Here, when the user connects to the sub-platform, and searches for and receives desired contents information, the user can download the original data or receive the location information through the platform at user's convenience.
[34] The personal terminal (user) 400 has a function of the user for connecting to the sub-platform through the personal terminal, selecting desired information from the category items, making a payment at the payment system, and downloading the original data, i.e., desired information, and a function of the user for executing the location information data of a desired category item by himself or herself at the sub- platform. Here, the personal terminal of the user is connected to the website, and thus contents information desired by the user can be searched for and provided.
[35] The personal terminal is a mobile device, such as a personal digital assistant (PDA), a cellular phone, a personal multi-media player (PMP), an MP3 player, or the like, or a personal computer (PC).
[36] FIGS. 3 and 4 are views illustrating the platform of a contents administration system using a platform of the invention.
[37] As shown in FIG. 3, contents of a variety of forms (music, photo, and the like) uploaded to be serviced have a value as soon as being registered in the platform. The platform should have enough rooms to upload the contents to sell or use, and the rooms can be expanded by purchasing a new platform. In addition, there are various forms of platforms, and background screens, design of objects, overall design, or the like of the platforms are incompatible with each other.
[38] In addition as shown in FIG 4, a music file uploaded by an individual can be played back by only the individual himself or herself, and other people can playback only a portion of the uploaded music file. In order to use the music file for a private purpose, it should be used through a warehouse. In addition, if a music file that is not uploaded by the user is registered in a music database (DB), the user can store the music file in a personal music warehouse and used the music file for various forms of media, such as a personal media, PMP, album, cellular phone, or the like.
[39] FIG. 5 is a view illustrating a watermarking system in the platform of a contents administration system using a platform of the invention.
[40] As shown in FIG. 5, all materials uploaded in the personal media are original copies, and copyrights of all digital contents are protected through the watermarking system. All source data, i.e., original data, and mirror data, i.e., location information data, are watermarked.
[41] FIG. 6 is a view showing category items in the sub-platform of a contents administration system using a platform of the invention.
[42] As shown in FIG. 6, the category items in the sub-platform includes personal media, club, user creative contents, C2C, C2B, and B2C market, and the like. Services of the items exist only in the form of a platform, and they are a kind of services in which numerous forms of expanded modules and systems are connected to the platform. Major functions of the personal media among the category items will be described below.
[43] First, a bulletin board is divided into a list type, a portion-of-contents post type, an entire-contents post type, and a mixed type, and a photo album includes a general album type, a portion-of-contents post type, an entire-contents post type, a mixed type, and a surfing type. A music album includes a background music registration, a story insertion, and a contents joint update, and a guestbook can be basically confirmed only by a writer or a media owner. A show room is divided into a single photo type, a slide show type, and movie clip post type, and a title box displays a title of the personal media and a URL for direct connection. In addition, a personal information display displays basic information, such as a personal display window (avatar, photo, or multimedia), birth date, sex, e-mail, and the like, and a state board related to the personal media shows a state related to an owner's level, owner's reputation, users, contents including a scrap, the number of currently connected users, or the like. A today's one word is a space for posting owner's greetings to visitors, which are displayed as an icon representing a mood of a user, and a shop is a space for purchasing items that can be sold among the owner's contents. An import area is a space for integrating and managing imported external objects.
[44] Hereinafter, a process of registering data in the platform through the personal terminal by a copyright holder and downloading original data or receiving location information data through the personal terminal by the user in the contents administration system using a platform according to the present invention is described.
[45] First, through the personal terminal, a copyright holder transmits original data of digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information to the platform after acquiring authentication on the original data from the watermarking system or transmits location information data of the original data to the platform without acquiring the authentication from the watermarking system. Then, the platform receives and stores the original data and the location information data. Separately from the above step, a user connects to the sub-platform connected to the platform through the personal terminal, selects desired information from the category items, makes a payment at the payment system in the platform, and downloads the original data, i.e., desired information, or executes by himself or herself the location information data of the category item desired by the user to listen or view at the sub-platform.

Various modifications and variations may occur to those skilled in the art, without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Industrial Applicability
[47] As described above, the present invention relates to a contents administration system using a platform, in which a copyright management system in the platform is connected to an external copyright management server to distribute legal contents, such as photos, sound sources, images, and the like. When a user connects to a sub- platform, and searches for and receives desired contents information, the user can download original data or receive location information through the platform at user's convenience. Users are allowed to connect or combine an existing copyright with additional information and store the combined information in the personal media category item of the sub-platform, and thus the users also can be secondary copyright holders. Even when there are numerous copyright holders, only additional contents, but contents the same as existing original data, are stored in the platform, and thus capacity of the platform is not affected by overload. When a copyright holder transmits data to the platform and a user receives the data from the platform, the copyright holder transmits data through a watermarking system, and the user receives the data through the contents management system, after acquiring authentication on payment information of the copyright holder and the user at the payment system in the platform through a financial institute/card company server. When data in the platform is desired to be deleted, original data is easily deleted, updated, and added. The contents management system can be connected to a website through a personal terminal of a copyright holder or a user.

Claims
[1] A contents administration system using a platform, the system comprising: a personal terminal (copyright holder) having a function of the copyright holder for acquiring authentication on original data of digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information from a watermarking system through the personal terminal and transmitting the original data to the platform, and a function for transmitting location information data of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information to the platform; a platform having a function for receiving the authenticated original data of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information and the location information data from the personal terminal (copyright holder), and a function for downloading the original data or transmitting the location information data from a management system to the personal terminal after making a payment at a payment system if a user connects to a sub-platform through the personal terminal and selects desired information from category items; a sub-platform having a function of the user for inquiring, searching for, and selecting desired information from the category items in the sub-platform through the personal terminal, and downloading the original data to the personal terminal through the interconnected platform or receiving the location information data, a function for allowing to perform the above-mentioned function, a function for allowing the user to execute desired contents by himself or herself at the sub-platform, and a function for allowing the user to connect or combine an existing copyright with additional information and store the combined information in a personal media category item of the sub-platform; and a personal terminal (user) having a function of the user for connecting to the sub- platform through the personal terminal, selecting desired information from the category items, making a payment at the payment system, and downloading the original data, i.e., desired information, and a function of the user for executing the location information data of a desired category item by himself or herself at the sub-platform.
[2] The system according to claim 1, wherein the platform includes a copyright management system for inquiring legality of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information received from the personal terminal of the copyright holder if the watermarking system requests, registering and storing the information and notifying the information to the payment system if the information is legal, and returning the information if the information is illegal, the payment system for acquiring authentication for payment information of the copyright holder through a financial institute/card company server and making a payment if the copyright management system transmits the legal information, and the contents management system for storing the information on the payment made at the payment system and transmitting information desired by the user.
[3] The system according to claim 1, wherein when the copyright holder acquires authentication on the original data of the digital contents, voice, image, text, or document file information from the watermarking system through the personal terminal, the information can be authenticated through the copyright management server connected to the copyright management system and then registered if the information is not registered in the copyright management system of the platform, and thus photos, sound sources, images, text, document files can be legally distributed.
[4] The system according to claim 1, wherein when the user connects to the sub- platform, and searches for and receives desired contents information, the user can download the original data or receive the location information through the platform at user's convenience.
[5] The system according to claim 1, wherein when the copyright holder transmits data to the platform and the user receives the data from the platform, the copyright holder transmits the data through the watermarking system, and the user receives the data through the contents management system, after acquiring authentication on payment information of the copyright holder and the user at the payment system in the platform through a financial institute/card company server.
[6] The system according to claim 1, wherein the personal terminals of the copyright holder and the user are connected to the website, and thus contents information desired by the copyright holder and the user can be searched for and provided.
[7] The system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the personal terminal is a mobile device, such as a PDA, a cellular phone, a PMP, or an MP3 player, or a PC.
