Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß für einen Behälter insbesondere Getränkeflasche, mit einem Deckel (20), einer mit dem Deckel (20) gelenkig verbundenen Scharnierlasche (21) und einer Erstöffnungsgarantie (22, 23), sowie einen Behälter mit einem solchen Verschluß. Ziel der Erfindung ist ein Verschluß, der sich auf einfache Weise durch Aufprellen am Behältnis anbringen lässt, dennoch dichtend wiederverschließbar ist und eine Erstöffnungsgarantie aufweist. Zu diesem Zweck ist der erfindungsgemäße Verschluß dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scharnierlasche (21) und die Erstöffnungsgarantie (22, 23) mittels Klebung oder Siegelung mit dem Behältnis verbunden sind.
