一种可升降人字梯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种独立式梯子, 特别是涉及一种可升降人字梯。
背景技术
早期的人字梯包括两固定梯及一设于两固定梯之间的定位装置,该两固定 梯顶端之间构成可转动连接,两固定梯之间可张开定位以形成人字梯或折合定位 以形成一字梯。该人字梯为独立式梯子应用广泛,但由于两固定梯在长度方向均 不能调整则使得该人字梯子存在有如下的缺点:只能应用于地面齐平场所,在阶 梯处或髙低不平处该人字梯的使用就受到极大的限制。
针对上述的缺点有人提出了解决方法:人字梯包括两固定梯及一设于两固 定梯之间的定位装置,该两固定梯顶端之间构成可转动连接,两固定梯之间可张 开定位以形成人字梯或折合定位以形成一字梯;其中,至少有一固定梯髙度可调 整以使得该人字梯可应用于阶梯处或其他不平场合。如中国专利数据库所介绍的
03274778,其中一固定梯下端部还折合联接有增髙梯,张该增髙梯可增高固定梯 髙度; 如中国专利数据库多介绍的 96237633, 其中一固定梯下端内设有可向下 伸缩的增高梯; 如中国专利数据库所介绍的 200320122477, 其中两固定梯下端 内均设有可向下伸缩的增高梯。该几个解决方案虽然都解决了使用场所受地面限 制的缺点,可以小范围内调整人字梯或一字梯髙度,但是由于该些解决方案的增 高梯只能向下升降以应用于阶梯处或地面不平处,而不能向上升降并伸出于固定 梯顶端,则使得升降髙度小,整个人字梯或一字梯的髙度调整范围小, 梯子应用 场所在髙度上受到一定限制。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可升降人字梯,其不但克服了现有技术的人字梯子只能应 用于地面齐平场所的缺点也克服了现有技术的梯子髙度调整范围小的缺点。
本发明的目的这样实现的: 一种可升降人字梯,包括固定梯、过渡梯和升 降梯, 固定梯上端和过渡梯上端之间构成可转动连接,升降梯和过渡梯之间构成 可上下滑动连接;其中,固定梯和过渡梯之间可张开定位以形成人字梯或折合定 位以形成一字梯, 升降梯相对过渡梯滑动以使其顶端部伸出于过渡梯顶端或 /和

确认本 ' 使其底端部伸出于过渡梯底端。
本发明的人字梯,所述的固定梯和过渡梯之间设置有定位装置,其包括第 一连接件和第二连接件,第一连接件的一端铰接于固定梯,第二连接件的一端铰 接于过渡梯, 第一连接件的另一端和第二连接件的另一端铰接连接。
本发明的人字梯,包括有锁接装置,其可选择锁接升降梯和过渡梯之间的 相对位置, 或, 锁接固定梯、 升降梯和过渡梯之间的相对位置。
本发明的人字梯,所述的锁接装置包括若干个上下排列并均匀间隔地开设 于升降梯的升降孔、一开设于过渡梯的第一固定孔及一拉手,该拉手锁接某一升 降孔及第一固定孔。
本发明的人字梯,所述的锁接装置包括一锁片和一拨片,锁片上部侧面开 设有匹配于固定梯踏板的卡槽, 该卡槽下部向外延伸成抵靠部; 其中,锁片下部 可转动连接于固定梯,锁片的卡槽卡接于固定梯踏板且抵靠部伸出于固定梯,折 合成一字梯时, 升降梯踏板下底面定位抵靠抵靠部。

本发明的人字梯,第二固定孔的开设位置对应于固定梯的踏板位置;各升 降孔的开设位置分别对应于升降梯的对应踏板位置。
本发明的人字梯, 所述的过渡梯长度为固定梯长度的 1/4-1/2, 升降梯长 度为固定梯长度的 1/2-1。
本发明的人字梯, 所述的过渡梯上开设有滑槽, 升降梯滑动连接于滑槽。 本发明的人字梯,所述的过渡梯的靠近于固定梯的侧面上开设有匹配于固 定梯侧部的容置槽。
本技术方案和背景技术相比,具有如下的优点:升降梯相对过渡梯滑动以 使其顶端部伸出于过渡梯顶端或 /和使其底端部伸出于过渡梯底端, 可提髙整个 人字梯或一字梯的髙度,可使得人字梯适用于各种场所即使该场所地面不平或为 阶梯,本梯子的升降梯调整功能多样化而且梯子高度调整范围大;锁接装置可选 择:在梯子成人字梯状态时锁接升降梯和过渡梯之间的相对位置,或,在梯子 一字梯状态时锁接固定梯、升降梯和过渡梯之间的相对位置;折合并定位成一字 梯时, 由于锁片的卡槽卡接于固定梯踏板且抵靠部伸出于固定梯,升降梯踏板下 底面定位抵靠抵靠部顶面, 则可防止升降梯相对过渡梯向下滑动,锁接牢固; 各 升降孔的开设位置分别对应于升降梯的对应踏板位置,第二固定孔的开设位置对 应于固定梯的踏板位置,使得拉手和踏板可相邻靠,可便于用户上下梯子; 过渡 梯上开设有滑槽, 升降梯滑动连接于滑槽, 滑动方便, 调整方便, 锁接后牢固; 固定梯的靠近于过渡梯的侧面上开设有匹配于过渡梯侧部的容置槽,折合成一字 梯后, 占用空间小, 搬运收藏方便。

具体实施方式
实施例一
一种可升降人字梯, 如图 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7所示, 包括固定梯 1、 过 渡梯 2和升降梯 3, 固定梯 1上端和过渡梯 2上端之间构成可转动连接, 升降梯 2和过渡梯 3之间构成可上下滑动连接。其中, 过渡梯 2长度约为固定梯 1长度 的 1/3, 升降梯 3长度约等于固定梯 1长度。
如图 1、 8所示,固定梯 1包括两平行设置的固定腿管 11及若干个固定于 两固定腿管 11之间的踏板 12, 该些若干个踏板 12水平设置; 如图 11所示, 所 述的固定腿管 11水平横截面成类 R字形。 固定梯 1上开设有若干个第二固定孔 13, 该些第二固定孔 13上下均勾间隔而且轴线成水平线, 其中, 每个第二固定 孔 13均贯穿两固定腿管 11及一踏板 12中心。
如图 1所示, 固定腿管 11内侧设有支撑片 14, 如图 1、 12所示, 该支撑 片 14成 Z字形并包括一中间片 141及两侧片 142, 其中, 一侧片 142固定贴接 于固定腿管 11内侧, 另一侧片 142通过一枢轴连接在固定腿管 11。枢轴上还枢 接有锁片 15, 锁片 15下部夹于另一侧片 142和固定腿管 11之间。 如图 1、 13 所示, 锁片 15侧面开设有卡槽 151, 卡槽 151内部的部分吻合于踏板 12; 卡槽 151上部成钩形 152, 卡槽 151下部向外延伸成抵靠部 153, 抵靠部 153顶面成 抵靠平面 155且底面成斜面 154。 锁片 15下部可转动连接于固定梯的固定腿管 11,锁片 15的卡槽 151卡接于固定梯 1的踏板 12且抵靠部 153伸出于固定梯 1。 该钩形 152末端部处枢接有拨片 16, 拨片 16可用于封闭该卡槽 151, 而且拨片 16和钩形 152之间配有限位结构以使得其之间具有最大转动角度。 为了便于用 户携带、 搬运本梯子, 在一个固定腿管 11外侧凹设有提手部 17。
如图 1、 10所示, 过渡梯 2包括两平行设置的过渡腿管 21及固接于两过 渡腿管之间的固定杆, 其内并未设置有踏板; 如图 11所示, 所述的过渡腿管 21 左侧设有匹配于 R字形固定腿管 11的开口部的容置槽 22,右侧设有口小腹大的 滑槽 23。 过渡腿管 21上开设有一第一固定孔 211, 该第一固定孔 211贯穿滑槽 23而且第一固定孔 211轴线成水平线。
如图 1、 15所示, 过渡腿管 21外侧面固定有固定片 24, 其部分伸出过渡 腿管 21右侧面; 固定片 24上开设有第一通孔 241和第二通孔 242, 其中, 第一 通孔 241和第一固定孔 211同轴而且同径, 第二通孔 242位于固定片 24的伸出 部分。
如图 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7所示, 上述的两个过渡腿管 21顶端分别枢接 于两固定腿管 11顶端,使得固定梯 1上端和过渡梯 2上端之间构成可转动连接。 过渡腿管 21和固定腿管 11之间还连接有定位装置, 其包括第一连接件 41和第 二连接件 42, 第一连接件 41的一端铰接于固定腿管 11, 第二连接件 42的一端 铰接于过渡腿管 21, 第一连接件 41的另一端和第二连接件 42的另一端铰接连 接; 使得过渡腿管 21、 固定腿管 11、 第一连接件 41和第二连接件 42之间构成 可折叠的四杆件组件。当展开固定梯 1和过渡梯 2成人字梯时,通过本定位装置 可定位固定梯 1和过渡梯 2之间的相对展开位置;折合固定梯 1和过渡梯 2成一 字梯时, R字形固定腿管 11的开口部位于过渡腿管 21左侧容置槽 22内以减少 折合后占用空间。
如图 1、 9所示,升降梯 3包括两平行设置的升降腿管 31及若干个固定于 两升降腿管 31之间的踏板 32, 该些若干个踏板 32 7j平设置。 如图 11所示, 所 述的升降腿管 31成类口字形,而且左部前后侧面内凹以使得升降腿管 31左部形 成匹配于滑槽 23的滑轨 33。 升降梯 3上开设有若干个升降孔 34, 该些升降孔 34上下均勾间隔而且轴线成水平线,其中,每个升降孔 34均贯穿两升降腿管 31 及一踏板 32中心, 而且该升降孔 34所处位置和固定片 24的第二通孔 242相对 应, 且直径相等。
如图 1、 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7所示, 上述的升降腿管 31的滑轨 33可滑动设 置于过渡腿管 21的滑槽 23内,使得升降腿管 31可相对过渡腿管 21滑动,也既 是升降梯 3相对过渡梯 2滑动以使其顶端部伸出于过渡梯 2顶端或使其底端部伸 出于过渡梯 2底端。 当然了也需要设置限位装置以防止升降腿管 31脱离于过渡 腿管 21。
另配有锁接装置具有以下功能:其一,展开固定梯 1和过渡梯 2成人字梯, 锁接装置可锁接升降腿管 31和过渡腿管 21之间的相对位置, 以防止升降腿管 31和过渡腿管 21之间相对滑动, 也既是锁接过渡梯 2和升降梯 3的相对位置, 松释该锁接即可滑动升降腿管 31; 其二, 折合固定梯 1和过渡梯 2成一字梯, 锁接装置可锁接固定腿管 11、升降腿管 31和过渡腿管 21之间的相对位置, 或, 锁接固定腿管 11和过渡腿管 21之间的相对位置, 以防止固定梯 1和过渡梯 2 展开, 以防止升降腿管 31和过渡腿管 21之间相对滑动或防止升降腿管 31相对 过渡腿管 21向下滑动, 松释该锁接即可滑动升降腿管 31或展开成人字梯。
本实施例中, 如图 16所示, 锁接装置除了上述的升降孔、 第一固定孔、 第二固定孔、锁片、拨片外还包括两个拉手 5, 拉手 5包括一手柄 51、一固定柱 52、一插销 53, 手柄 51工作侧面的尾部和中部分别向外凸出成第一连接部和第 二连接部,该插销 53和固定柱 52分别固接于两第一连接部和第二连接部,该种 结构可便于用户锁接或松释该锁接。固定柱 52长度等于踏板 12长度的二分之一, 固定柱 52匹配于第一固定孔 211, 插销 53匹配于第二固定孔 13、 升降孔 34。 其中,固定柱 52和插销 53长度不等,松释该锁接时无需全部拔出拉手使其完全 脱离人字梯, 则可防止该拉手丢失而且还便于锁接和松释。
下面结合使用例子具体说明本梯子的使用方法:
如图 1、 2、 5所示, 展开固定梯 1和过渡梯 2成人字梯, 该人字梯的展开 角度通过定位装置定位;滑动升降梯 3以使其匹配于阶梯处或不平处,调整好升 降梯 3和过渡梯 2的相对位置; 两拉手 5分别相向移动, 拉手 5的固定柱 52穿 过固定片 24的第一通孔 241和过渡梯 2的第一固定孔 211,插销 53穿过固定片 24的第二通孔 242和升降梯 3的某一个升降孔 34, 以锁接升降梯 3和过渡梯 2。
如图 3、 4、 6、 7所示, 折合固定梯 1和过渡梯 2成一字梯, 两拉手 5分 别相向移动,拉手 5的固定柱 52穿过固定片 24的第一通孔 241和过渡梯 2的第 一固定孔 211,插销 53穿过固定腿管 11的第二固定孔 13, 以锁接固定梯 1和过 渡梯 2。 滑动升降梯 3以调整一字梯髙度: 如图 18所示, 当升降梯 3向上滑动 时,踏板 32顶开拨片 16, 拨片 16转动到最大角度后,踏板 32就会通过拨片 16 带动锁片 15向外稍微转动使得抵靠部 153向固定梯 1内活动, 以供用户升起升 降梯 3; 或, 如图 19所示, 当当升降梯 3向上滑动时, 踏板 32顶在锁片 15的 斜面 154,踏板 32就会带动锁片 15向外稍微转动使得抵靠部 153向固定梯 1内 活动, 以供用户升起升降梯 3; 向下滑动时候, 需要用户手动向外转动锁片 15 以供用户升起升降梯 3; 调整好升降梯 3和过渡梯 2的相对位置后, 如图 17所 示, 锁片 15的卡槽 151卡接并抵靠于固定梯 1的踏板 12, 同时抵靠部 153伸出 于固定梯 1;升降梯 3踏板 32下底面定位抵靠抵靠部 153的抵靠平面 155, 以防 止升降梯 3向下滑动。 然后拨片 16自然落下并封闭该卡槽 151。
实施例二
本实施例和实施例一不同之处在于:如图 20所示,所述的固定腿管 11水 平横截面成类 R字形;所述的过渡腿管 21结构和固定腿管 11结构相同,水平横 截面也为类 R字形, 该 R字形过渡腿管 21的开口端成滑槽 23; 所述的升降腿管 31成类口字形, 该升降腿管 31成滑轨。 升降腿管 31滑动连接于滑槽 23内。 实施例三
本实施例和实施例一不同之处在于:如图 21所示,所述的固定腿管 11水 平横截面成口字形; 所述的过渡腿管 21 7J平横截面包括口字部和 U字部, 其中 口字部侧边和 U字部的侧边重合,该 U字部开口向内缩口, 以使该 U字部内成滑 槽 23; 所述的升降腿管 31成类口字形, 该升降腿管 31成滑轨。 升降腿管 31滑 动连接于滑槽 23内。
实施例四
本实施例和实施例一不同之处在于:如图 22所示,所述的固定腿管 11水 平横截面成口字形; 所述的过渡腿管 21水平横截面包括口字部和 U字部, 其中 口字部侧边和 U字部的侧边重合,该 U字部开口向内缩口, 以使该 U字部内成滑 槽 23; 所述的升降腿管 31水平横截面包括口字部和倒 U字部, 其中口字部侧边 和倒 U字部的侧边重合, 倒 U字部开口处缩口, 以使得倒 U字部成导轨 33。 导 轨 33滑动连接于滑槽 23内。
实施例五
本实施例和实施例一不同之处在于:如图 23所示,所述的固定腿管 11水 平横截面成侧 U字形。 所述的过渡腿管 21水平横截面包括口字部和倒 U字部, 其中口字部侧边和倒 U字部的侧边重合, 该倒 U字部开口向内缩口, 以使该倒 U 字部内成滑槽 23; 固定腿管 11的侧 U字形和过渡腿管 21的口字部相匹配, 折 合成一字梯时过渡腿管 21的口字部位于固定腿管 11的侧 U字形内。所述的升降 腿管 31水平横截面成侧 L字形, L字形升降腿管 31的短部成导轨 33。 导轨 33 滑动连接于滑槽 23内。
实施例六
本实施例和实施例一不同之处在于:如图 24所示,所述的固定腿管 11水 平横截面成口字形。 所述的过渡腿管 21水平横截面包括侧 U部、 口字部和 U字 部,其中侧 U部右侧边和口字部的左侧边重合, 口字部右侧边和 U字部左侧边重 合, 该 U字部开口向内缩口, 以使该 U字部内成滑槽 23; 固定腿管 11的右部匹 配于过渡腿管 21的侧 U部。 所述的升降腿管 31水平横截面包括口字部和倒 U 字部,其中口字部侧边和倒 U字部的侧边重合,倒 U字部开口处缩口, 以使得倒 U字部成导轨 33。 导轨 33滑动连接于滑槽 23内。
实施例七
本实施例和实施例一不同之处在于:如图 25所示,所述的固定腿管 11水 平横截面成侧 L字形。 所述的过渡腿管 21水平横截面也成侧 L字形, 过渡腿管 21侧 L字形短边向内缩口形成滑槽 23。所述的升降腿管 31 7平横截面也成侧 L 字形, 升降腿管 31侧 L字形和过渡腿管 21侧 L字形相向, 该升降腿管 31侧 L 字形短边成导轨 33。 导轨 33滑动连接于滑槽 23内。
实施例八
本实施例和实施例一不同之处在于: 如图 26、 27、 28、 29所示, 所述的 两固定腿管 11并未平行设置,该两固定腿管 11之间的间距上小下大, 以增加稳 定性。

1. 一种可升降人字梯, 其特征是: 包括固定梯、 过渡梯和升降梯, 固定 梯上端和过渡梯上端之间构成可转动连接,升降梯和过渡梯之间构成可上下滑 动连接;其中, 固定梯和过渡梯之间可张开定位以形成人字梯或折合定位以形 成一字梯, 升降梯相对过渡梯滑动以使其顶端部伸出于过渡梯顶端或 /和使其 底端部伸出于过渡梯底端。

5. 根据权利要求 3所述的一种可升降人字梯, 其特征是: 所述的锁接装 置包括一锁片和一拨片, 锁片上部侧面开设有匹配于固定梯踏板的卡槽, 该卡 槽下部向外延伸成抵靠部; 其中, 锁片下部可转动连接于固定梯, 锁片的卡槽 卡接于固定梯踏板且抵靠部伸出于固定梯,折合成一字梯时,升降梯踏板下底 面定位抵靠抵靠部。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的一种可升降人字梯, 其特征是: 所述的锁接装 置还包括若干个上下排列并均匀间隔地开设于升降梯的升降孔、一开设于过渡 梯的第一固定孔、一开设于固定梯的第二固定孔及一拉手; 其中, 该拉手可选 择锁接某一升降孔和第一固定孔或锁接第一固定孔和第二固定孔。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的一种可升降人字梯, 其特征是: 所述的第二固 定孔的开设位置对应于固定梯的踏板位置;各升降孔的开设位置分别对应于升 降梯的对应踏板位置。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可升降人字梯, 其特征是: 所述的过渡梯 长度为固定梯长度的 1/4-1/2, 升降梯长度为固定梯长度的 1/2 - 1。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可升降人字梯, 其特征是: 所述的过渡梯- 上开设有滑槽, 升降梯滑动连接于滑槽。
10.根据权利要求 1所述的一种可升降人字梯,其特征是:所述的过渡梯 的靠近于固定梯的侧面上开设有匹配于固定梯侧部的容置槽。
