RNC或 UE为都存储和维护一个变量 "ESTABLISHED JRABS" (建立 的无线接入承载) 。 如图 2 所示, 该图表示一个或多个业务在变量 "ESTABLISHED_RABS" 中存贮的层次关系。 在这个变量中包括 RNC或 UE所建立的所有业务的标识及其配置信息, 每个业务, 也就是一个无线接 入承载( RAB, radio access bearer ) ,包括一个无线接入承载信息( RAB info ) 和一个无线承载信息 ( RB info, radio bearer information ) 。
这个无线接入承载信息包括其标识和对应的配置信息。这个无线接入承 载信息的标识由一个 RAB Identity和一个 CN domain identity (核心网的域 标识)共同地标识, 也是说一个 RAB Identit 和一个 CN domain identity可 以唯一地标识一个业务,也就是一个 RAB。不同的业务,也就是不同的 RAB, 如:一个 PS域的业务和一个 CS的业务,完全可以采用相同的 AB identity, 而通过不同的 CN domain identity ( PS域 ( Packet switched, 分组域) 中的业 务的域标识为 PS域, 而 CS域( Circuit Switched , 电路域) 中的业务的 域标识为 CS域)来区别。 这个无线接入承载信息的对应的配置信息包括: MBMS会话标识、 非接入层同步指示(NAS Synchronization Indicator )和重 建立定时器(Re-establishment timer)等。
这个无线承载信息包括一个或多个无线承载的信息,每个无线承载的信 息包括其标识和对应的配置信息。 这个无线承载的标识由 RB Identity (无线 承载标识)唯一指定, 这个无线承载的配置信息包括: 子流编号(Subflow ) 和 RB开始 /停止指示( B started/stopped )等。
在这个变量 "ESTABLISHED— ABS" 中, 每个业务的 RAB信息和若 千个 RB信息必须是同时存在的, 也就是说, 当 RNC或 UE新建一个业务 时, 需要在这个变量中同时增加对应这个业务的 RAB info和 RB信息; 而 当 RNC或 UE删除一个业务时, 需要在这个变量中同时删除对应这个业务 的 RAB info和 RB信息。 也就是说, 如果一个业务的所有 RB的信息(包括 每个 RB的标识及其对应的 RB配置信息)都没有了, 在变量中也需要删除 这个业务的 RAB信息。
为了更好支持 RNC ( radio network controller,无线网络控制器)为 UE建 立应用于选择业务的 P-T-P无线承载, 在目前的 3GPP协议中, 对于选择业 务相关的协议和消息进行了修改。主要表现为不同的选择业务的区别(也就 是不同 RAB的区别) 不再用无线接入承载标识 (RAB Identity), 而是采用选 择业务标识( selected service ID ) , 而且所有的选择业务都采用相同的 RAB Identity为 255。
而对于选择业务, 在 RNC 和 UE 也都同步更新和维护的变量 "ESTABLISHED— RABS" 中, 每个业务对应一个 RAB信息和 RB倌息, 每 个 RAB信息由一个 RAB Identity和 CN domain identity, 还必须有一个 MBMS service identity来唯一地共同标识。 也就是说 , 因为选择业务的 RAB Identity相同,所以每个选择业务 (每个 RAB )必须由 AB Identity N domain identity和 MBMS service identity共同标 、。
这样, 在选择业务的专用无线承载, 也就是 PTP无线承载的建立过程 中, 当 RNC为一个 UE建立多个选择业务, 如多个电视频道 PTP的专用无 线承载时, 以及当 UE接收到来自 RNC的专用无线 载建立的配置参数时, 都可以使用不同的 MBMS Service ldentity来区别不同的选择业务。显然, 选 择业务的专用无线承载建立、重配置和删除的方法和其他业务的专用无线 载建立的方法不同。
但是, 在目前的协议中, 对于选择业务的专用无线承载的释放, 仍然采 用和其他业务的专用无线承载的释放方法,也就是,当某个业务(某个 RAB ) 所包含的所有无线承载 (包括每个无^承载 RB identity及其对应的 RB配 置信息)被释放时, RNC删除变量 "ESTABLISHED JRABS" 中, 该业务所 对应的 RAB 的所有信息; 同时, 在 UE 中, 也必须删除变量 "ESTABLISHED_RABS" 中的该业务的 RAB的所有信息。
目前存在的问题是: 1. 虽然协议的 RAB信息 (RAB Info ) 中增加了选择业务标识, 但是没 有进一步指出如何使用和配置,特别在无线承载建立和重配置过程中如何实 现选择业务标识和无线接入承载的对应关系。
2. 对于选择业务的无线接入承载的释放, 不能采用与其他业务相同的 方法。 这是因为, 对于一个选择业务, 如一个电视频道的所有专用无线承载 被释放后,删除该业务的 RAB的所有信息时, 即删除由 RAB Identity和 CN domain identity标识的 RAB的所有信息,将会删除所有的选择业务的全部信 息, 如所有的电视频道的全部信息。 发明内容 5
针对以上不足, 本发明提供了一种选择业务的无线接入承载的建立、重 配置和删除方法,可以使得无线网絡控制器和移动终端使用选择业务标识即 选择业务的多某体广播和组播业务标识(MBMS Service Identity )来取代无 线接入承载标识, 以实现无线接入承载的建立、 重配置和删除。'
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种为选择业务建立专用无线接 入承载的方法,用于无线网络控制器为一个用户设备建立选择业务^无线接 入承载, 包括以下步骤:
步骤一、在无线网络控制器发送到用户设备的无线资源控制消息的无线 接入承载建立信息单元中,包括一个多媒体广播和组播业务标识和一个无线 接入承载标识; 其中每个选择业务的多媒体广播和组播业务标识都不相同; 而每个选择业务的无线接人承载标识相同;
步骤二、用户设备接收到所述无线资源控制消息后, 建立该选择业务的 无线接入^载。
进一步的,所述无线接入承载标识和固定的网络业务接入点标识是一一 对应的, 是用户设备和网络侧已知的固定值。
本发明还提供了一种为选择业务重配置专用无线接入承载的方法,用于 无线网络控制器为一个用户设备重配置选择业务的无线接入承载,包括以下 步 步骤 A、在无线网络控制器发送到用户设备的无线资源控制消息的无线 接入承载重配置信息单元中,包括一个多媒体广播和组播业务标识和一个无 线接入承载标识以及和该选择业务对应的非接入层同步指示; 其中,每个选 择业务的多媒体广播和组播业务标识都不相同, 用于区别不同的选择业务; 而每个选择业务的无线接入承载标识相同;
步骤 B、 用户设备接收到该无线资源控制消息后, 根据所述多媒体广播 和組播业务标识和非接入层同步指示,执行该选择业务的接入层和非接入层 的同步操作。
进一步的,所述无线接入承载标识和固定的网络业务接入点标识是一^ - 对应的, 是用户设备和网络侧已知的固定值。
本发明还提供了一种选择业务的无线接入承载的删除方法, 包括:
( a ) 当同一个选择业务的所有无线承载都被删除时, ,用户设备找到由 核心网的域标识、无线接入 7 载标识和多媒体广播和组播业务标识唯一标识 的对应于所述选择业务的无线接入承载;
( b )用户设备删除所述无线接入承载的所有信息。
进一步的, 步骤(a ) 中还包括: 无线网络控制器也找到由核心网的域 标识、无线接入承载标识和多媒体广播和組播业务标识唯一标识的对应于所 迷选择业务的无线接入承载; 相应的,
步骤(b )中还包括: 无线网络控制器也删除所述无线接入承载的所有 信息。
进一步的, 找到所 ¾无线接入承载, 并删除其所有信息是在变量 ESTABLISHED— RABS 中进行, 所述变量 ESTABLISHED— RABS 同时存储 在用户设备及 ^线网络控制器中,包含无线网络控制器或用户设备所建立的 所有业务的标识及其配置信息.。 . 进一步的, 步骤(a )前面还存在:
( al )无线网络控制器和用户设备之间互相发送无线资源拉制消息, 所 迷无线资源控制消息中包括无线承载释放信息;
( a2 )所迷用户设备和所述无线网络控制器分别接收到所述无线资源控 制消息后, 分别释放所述无线承载释放信息中指定的无线承载, 即删除指定 的无线承载的标识及其对应的配置信息。
进一步的, 步驟(al )中无线网络控制器发送到用户设备的无线资源控 制消息包括: 小区更新证实消息或无线承载斧放消息; 用户设备发送到无线 网络控制器的无线资源控制消息包括: 多 体广播和组播业务修改请求消 息。
进一步的, 步骤(al )中所述无线承载释放信息指定若干个无线承载标 识, 对应若干个无线 载; 相应的, 步骤(a2 ) 中无线网络控制器和用户设 备分别 #放所述若干个无线承载标识对应的若干个无线承载。
和现有技术相比,根据本发明提供的方法, R C可以使用 selected service
ID即 MBMS Service Identity以区别不同的选择业务,进而完成针对每个 UE 的无线接入承载的建立和重配置。同时本发明的技术方案符合选择业务的无 线接人承载信息的特点, 能够对选择业务针对性的进行删除, 而不会在释放 一个选择业务时将所有其它的选择业务一 删除。

下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案进行更详细的说明.。
下面对第一实施例及第二实施例的描述将结合图. 3和图 4所示进行。图 3为本发明中每个 P-T-P无线承载都配置一个相同的 NSAPI ID和一个相同 的 RAB ID的示意图; 图 4为本发明中无线接入承载的建立和重配置方法流 程的示意图。
第一实施例: .
本发明的为选择业务建立无线接入承载的方法, 包括:
( 1 ) 当 RNC为一个 UE建立应用于选择业务的无线接入承载日†, 在
RNC发送到 UE的 RRC ( radio resource control 无线资源控制) 消息的信息 单元 RAB information for setu 中, 包括 1个 selected service ID即 MBMS service identity和一个 RAB ID以及和该选择业务对应的其他无线承载建立 信息。
每个选择业务的 selected service ID即 MBMS service identity都不相同, 用于区别不同的选择业务;每个选择业务的 RAB ID相同,指选择业务类型, 而不是指具体的某个选择业务, 这个 RAB标识和固定的网络业务接入点标 识(NSAPI )是——对应的, 是 UE和网络侧已知的固定值;
这些 RRC消息, 包括: 无线承载建立消息( RADIO BEARER SETUP ) 或切换到其他接入网命令的消息( HANDOVER TO UTRAN COMMAND ); 这些 RRC消息中的信息单元 RAB information for setu 都包括一个相同的 PS 域标识。
RNC使用不同的 selected service ID即 MBMS service identity来区别不同 的选择业务, 而不再使用 RAB ID来区别。 在信息单元 RAB information for setu 中的无线承载建立信息也是对应于每个选择业务标识的, 该信息单元 中的每个选择业务(每个移动电视频道)有相同的 PS域标 相同的 RAB ID, 但 selected service ID即 MBMS service identity不能相同, 否则 UE接收 到这个消息后无法建立无线接入承载和无线;承载。
( 2 ) UE接收到到的该消息后, 根据信息单元 RAB info for setu 中所 配置的 selected service ID即 MBMS service identity和其它无线^载建立倌 息, 建立该选择业务的无线接入承载。 第二实施例: 本发明的为选择业务重配置无线接入承载的方法, 包括:
( 1 ) 当 RNC为一个 UE重配置应用于选择业务的无线接入承载时, 在 RNC发送到该 UE的 RRC消息的信息单元 RAB information to reconfigure中, 包括 1个 selected service ID即 MBMS service identity和一个 RAB ID以及和 该选择业务对应的 NAS synchronization indicator (非接入层同步指示) 。
每个选择业务的 selected service ID即 MBMS service identity都不相同, 用于区别不同的选择业务;每个选择业务的 RAB ID相同,指选择业务类型, 而不是指具体的某个选择业务,这个 RAB标识和固定的 NSAPI标识是—— 对应的, 是 UE和网络侧已知的固定值;
这些 RRC消息, 包括: 无线承载建立消息 (RADIO BEARER SETUP ) 或无线承载重配置消息(RADIO BEARER RECONFIGURATION )或无线承 载释放消息 ( RADIO BEARER RELEASE ) 。 这些 RRC消息中的信息单元 RAB information to reconfigure都包括一个相同的 PS:^戈标识。
RNC使用不同的 selected service ID即 MBMS service identity来区别不同 的选择业务, 而不再使用 RAB ID来区别。 :在信息单元 RAB information to reconfigure中的无线承载建立信息也是对应于每个选择业务标识的,该信息 单元中的每个选择业务(每个移动电视频道)有相同的 PS域标识, 相同的 RAB ID, 但 selected service ID即 MBMS service identity不能相同, 否则 UE 接收到这个消息后无法重配置无线接入承载。
( 2 ) UE接收到到的该消息后,根据信息单元 RAB info for reconfmgrate 中所配置的 selected service ID 即 MBMS service identity 和 NAS synchronization indicator, 执行该选择业务的接入层和非接入层的同步操作。 第三实施例:
如图 5所示,为本发明的实施例中删除选择业务的无线接入^载的流程 图。 选择业务的无线接入承载的删除方涤包括:
RRC消息包括 RNC (无线网络控制器 )发送到用户 备( UE )的消息, 如: "CELL UPDATE CONFIRM (小区更新证实消息),,或 "RADIO BEARER RELEASEC无线承载释放消息),,,及 UE发送到 RNC的 "MBMS Modification request ( MBMS修改请求消息),, 等, 当 RRC消息里包括 IE ( information element信息单元 ) : "RB information to release (无线承载的释放信息) " 时, UE或者 RNC根据这个 IE "RB information to release "中所指明的 RB Identity (无线承载标识 ) , 释放相应的无线承载; 所述 IE"RB information to release"中可以包括若干个 B Identity, 对应若干个无线:承载。
当属于同一个选择业务的所有无线承载都被释放时, RNC和 UE在其存 储的变量 "ESTABLISHED— RABS" 中, 找到由 CN domain identity, RAB Identity和 MBMS service identity所唯一标识的这个选择业务的无线接入承 载; 并删除所述变量 "ESTABLISHED_RABS" 中的该无线接入 载的所有 信息, 因为 RB信息已经被删除, 所以删除一个 RAB的所有信息', 就是删 除 RAB信息, 即 RAB的信息。 所述变量 ESTABLISHED— RABS包含有无 线网络控制器 RNC或移动终端 UE所建立 ^所有业务的标识及其配置信息, 该变量由 RNC和 UE同步维护和更新, 这里所说的同步是指一方更新了该 变量时, 另一方也必须相应更新, 并不包含 "必须在同一时间点更新"这层 意思。 在实际应用中, 该变量也可以使用其它的名字, 但实质不变。

步骤一、在无线网络控制器发送到用户设备的无线资源控制消息的无线 接入承载建立信息单元中,包括一个多媒体广播和组播业务标识和一个无线 接入承载标识; 其中每个选择业务的多媒体广播和组播业务标识都不相同; 而每个选择业务的无线接入承载标识相同;
步骤二、 用户设备接收到所述无线资源控制消息后, 建立该选择业务的 无线接入承载。

步骤 B、 用户设备接收到该无线资源控制消息后, 根据所述多媒体广播 和组播业务标识和非接入层同步指示,执行该选择业务的接入层和非接入层 的同步操作。 4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所迷无线接入承载标识和 固定的网络业务接入点标识是——对应的,是用户设备和网终侧已知的固定 值。 5、 一种选择业务的无线接入承载的删除方法, 其特征在于, 包括:

7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于: 找到所述无线接入承载, 并删除其所有信息是在变量 ESTABLISHED一 RABS 中进行, 所述变量 ESTABLISHED— RABS同时存储在用户设备及无线网络控制器中,包含无线 网络控制器或用户设备所建立的所有业务的标识及其配置信息。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的 ^法, 其特征在于, 步骤(a )前面还存在:
( al )无线网络控制器和用户设备之间互相发送无线资源控制消息, 所 述无线资源控制消息中包括无线承载释放信息;
( a2 )所述用户设备和所述无线网络控制器分别接收到所述无线资源控 制消息后,分别释放所述无线承载释放信息'中指定的无线承载, 即删除指定 的无线承载的标识及其对应的配置信息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于,
步骤( al )中无线网络控制器发送到用户设备的无线资源控制消息包括: 小区更新证实消息或无线承载释放消息;用户设备发送到无线网络控制器的 无线资源控制消息包括: 多媒体广播和组^业务修改请求消息。 10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的方法,.其特征在于, 步骤( al )中所述无 线承载释放信息指定若干个无线承载标识, ,对应若干个无线承载; 相.应的, 步骤(a2 )中无线网络控制器和用户设备分别释;^所述若干个无线承载标识 对应的若干个无线承载。
