Abstract

La presente invención consiste en una mejora llevada a cabo sobre la patente 'Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura' correspondientes a la solicitud española P200202864 en los que se hacia uso de una lengüeta oculta que, tras la primera apertura quedaba expuesta sin posibilidad de recuperar la situación original. La presente invención mantiene una vinculación entre el tramo superior (7.1) e inferior (7.2) de la cápsula (7) impidiendo el giro relativo y aportando una evidencia sonora de la apertura.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES MODIFICADAS recibidas por Ia oficina Internacional el 18 de abril de 2008 (18.04.2008)
Ia.- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura consistentes al menos en un tapón (5) roscado para disponer sobre la boca de una botella (1), que dispone inferiormente de un anillo (6) ranurado vinculado mediante puentes rompibles (6.1) estando todo el conjunto cubierto por una cápsula (7) entallada a la altura del anillo (6) ranurado caracterizado por que el entallado es mediante corte discontinuo de tal modo que se distinguen dos tramos:
• los tramos cortados donde los labios de los bordes (7.1.1, 7.2.1) generados mantienen inferiormente el anillo (6) vinculado a la botella (1) y superiormente una lengüeta (6.4) flexionada hacia arriba y oculta; • y al menos un tramo (7.3) no cortado que vincula los tramos (7.1) superior e inferior (7.2) de la cápsula (7) evitando el giro relativo entre ambos,
2a.- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según la reivindicación 1 caracterizados porque incorporan medios de seguridad que evitan el rellenado fraudulento.
3a.- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según la reivindicación 2 caracterizados porque los medios de seguridad para evitar el rellenado fraudulento consisten en un vertedor (3) que incorpora una válvula (4) y un chasis (2) .
4a.- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según la reivindicación 3 caracterizado porque bajo válvula (4) hay una bola.
5a.- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según la reivindicación 3 caracterizado porque bajo la válvula (4) incorporan dos bolas.
6a,- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque los tramos 16
de vinculación entre la parte superior e inferior están equiespaciados .
7a.- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según la reivindicación 1 o 6 caracterizado porque los tramos de vinculación entre la parte superior e inferior son 3.
8a.- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque los tramos no cortados dan lugar a una evidencia sonora de apertura.
9a.- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según a reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque los tramos con corte son los tramos entallados.
10a.- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según a reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque tanto los tramos con corte como los tramos sin corte están entallados.
11a.- Medios de cierre de tapones para botellas con evidencia de apertura según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores caracterizado porque tras la primera apertura la lengüeta (6.4) se sitúa liberada cubriendo el borde (7.2.1) superior del tramo (7.2) inferior de la cápsula (7) y el borde (7.1.1) inferior del tramo (7.1) superior de la cápsula (7) se sitúa sobre la lengüeta (6.4) .
