Ballon de sport, formé d'un pneumatique 1 en matière élastique sphérique creuse gonflé avec de l'air comprimé, autour duquel est disposée une couche de fil de nylon 2; de deux couches de panneaux en tissu tissé 3 destinées à croiser les panneaux sur la surface et à éviter que la première et la seconde couches ne se superposent; d'une couche de fil de nylon 4 destinée à lisser la surface; d'une couche de caoutchouc 5 spongieux collée et finalement de deux panneaux extérieurs collés qui forment le revêtement 6 de la couche de caoutchouc 5 au moyen d'adhésif assurant l'adhésion des bords d'un panneau avec le panneau adjacent.
