Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour réticuler des mousses hautement poreuses de kératine S-sulfonée, et des mousses de kératine réticulées, hautement poreuses (par exemple des scaffolds) en tant que tels. De tels scaffolds (mousses) sont particulièrement utiles pour soigner les plaies. De telles mousses de kératine poreuses peuvent être obtenues par en remplaçant la solution aqueuse du réducteur comme milieu de réticulation par une solution alcoolique du même réducteur, et en remplaçant les procédures de lavage aqueux par une procédure similaire de lavage avec un alcool.
