Abstract

Disclosed is an apparatus for air-conditioning and/or monitoring building zones, comprising at least one vertically arranged housing which has a predefined height, is embodied as a hollow member in at least some sections, is composed of segments as required, and is used for concealingly accommodating parts/components for air-conditioning and/or monitoring the respective building zone. The housing is disposed in the respective building zone in such a way that the housing is stationary, the same being attached in the area of at least one of the faces thereof, or is movable by means of guiding means located in the area of at least one of the faces thereof. Furthermore, the housing is fitted with a vertical area extending along a predefined height of the bottom housing section in order to reinforce the housing.
