本发明涉及一种具有透气和保温功能的护理床,适用于长期卧床 的瘫痪病人使用。
背景技术:
现有病床功能单调, 包括有床架和安放在床架上的床垫,床垫一 般直接采用具有保温的材料制成, 夏季可在床垫上再铺设凉席等, 以 期降温, 但对于久卧病床的患者来说, 无论如何, 压迫在床垫一侧的 身体透气性较差, ,病人往往会长褥疮或者冻疮等; 另外, 卧床病人行 动不便, 生活不能自理, 常常将大小便拉在床上, 难以彻底清洗, 留 有异味, 影响病房生活环境。本人在先申请的卫生护理床, 提出采用 网孔片状体作为床垫, 解决透气和排便冲洗问题, 但也有其缺陷, 如 网孔漏风保温又成了问题, 秋冬季节难以适应, 如何解决即成本发明 研究的对象。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是设计一种既有透气、易清洗, 又具 保温功能的 卫生护理床。
本发明技术方案是这样实现的: 一种保温式卫生护理床, 包括 床框和支撑脚, 床框上沿绷紧有网孔片状体, 其中床框下沿固定有保 温底罩,对网孔片状体底部进行保温,而人体上部即由棉被等物覆盖, 两者对夹着人体, 构成必要的保暖, 而网孔片状体又具有透气和易冲 洗的特点。
所述的底罩位于臀部成下凹漏斗状结构,并在漏斗最低位开设有

确认本 排水口, 方便冲洗水等集中排出。
所述的保温底罩至少包括有加强层、保温材料层和处于内表面的 防水层。加强层可使保温材料层附着牢囱, 不易在清洗操作中拉扯损 坏, 防水层可有效防止污水污染或腐蚀加强层和保温材料层。
本发明具有设计合理, 结构简单, 有效解决了传统病床患者久 卧, 背部不透气, 以致生褥疮等, 再者也为病床冲洗提供便利, 污水 可直接通过底部排水口将其集中收集排出,若在保温层所形成的空间 内, 与空气调节器连通, 不但可做到冷热任意调节, 且还可对内部空 气进行除湿, 保持患者背部干爽, 不易患褥疮等皮肤病, 也能减轻护 理工作的难度。

参照图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4和图 5, 一种保温式 01生护理床, 包 括床框 1和支撑脚 2, 床框 1上沿绷紧有网孔片状体 3, 其中床框 1 下沿固定有保温底罩 4, 底罩 4与网孔片状体 3间具有一定的空间, 不但可让空气流通, 且还可安装各种治疗设备。底罩 4位于臀部位呈 下凹漏斗状结构 41, 并在漏斗最低位开设有排水口 40, 可将网孔片 状体的污水集中排放。
另外, 漏斗状结构 41的空间内装设有喷淋头, 可直接从网孔片 状体 3底部向上喷淋冲洗, 形成上下两面冲洗, 不留卫生死角。
参照图 4, 保温底罩 4至少包括有加强层 42、 保温材料层 43和 处于内表面的防水层 44。 加强层 42为不锈钢板材、 塑胶网格或者金 属网格等材料制成, 具有耐腐蚀, 而外表面附着有保温材料层 43, 内表面附着有防水层 44, 有效避免污水污染加强层 42和保温材料层 43, 而且防水层为可拆式结构附着在不锈钢板等加强层表面,提供随 时更换的方便。
参照图 1、 图 3和图 4, 床框 1两侧设有对应的轨道 11, 轨道 11 间安装有一机械手平台 12。 为了操作方便, 机械手平台 12由内置电 机 13驱动, 借助电机 13驱动机械手平台 12上下移动。 机械手平台 12 提供各种治疗设备放置, 如可在平台上安装按摩理疗设备、 红外 线仪器, 可对患者背部进行必要的治疗。床框网孔片状体 3与保温底 罩 4形成的空间连通有空气调节器 5, 利用空气调节器调节床框内的 环境温度和湿度, 保持对人体最适宜的干燥度和温度,以利于患者的 健康。
另, 所述的网孔片状体 3的网孔可以是冲压成型, 可以为圆孔、 矩形孔、六角形或者八角形等几何形, 网孔的直径或者最大对角线小 于 30腿。
网孔片状体 3由纤维线交织而成,同样可以编织成具有圆形网孔 或者各种几何形,所述网孔的直径或者最大对角线小于经纬线直径的 30倍。 .
而构成网孔片状体 3的材料是透明或者半透明材料,以利于观察 保温底罩内部空间以及透过红外线和紫外线等光谱,构成网孔片状体 的材料越柔软越好。
为了便于行动不便的患者排泄大小便,在网孔片状体位于臀部位 设有以利排便的通孔 45, 设置了该通孔后, 行动不便患者可直接通 过该通孔进行排便, 便了护理工作, 同时又不会弄脏网孔片状体, 大大减少了网孔片状体清洗的工作。
