Description
电磁振动器及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用电磁力产生机械振动的设备, 特别涉及一种电磁振动器及其制造方 法, 该种电磁振动器其与现有扬声器的电磁振动发声结构相似。 背景技术
现有的电磁振动器以公开日为 1999年 7月 7日的中国专利文献 CN2328129为代表, 其 主要由铁芯、 衔铁、 线圈、 共振弹簧、 机座或联接叉、 振动体或给料槽组成, 通过线圈通电 而产生电磁振动, 但其体积大、 振动频率小、 范围窄、 振动效率低, 不能充分将电能转化成 机械能, 限制了其使用场所, 特别是其应用于需要快速较高振幅的场所。
现有的扬声器其包括振动片、 悬边、 盆架和磁回系统, 采用振动片与悬边间采用胶水粘 接, 悬边与骨架也采用胶水连接, 因此胶水的量会影响振动片的重量, 由于振动片的重量对 整个产品的质量有很大影响。 胶水接着就化学观点来讲, 一般是以凡得瓦尔力或氢键结合, 甚少有化学键的结合, 于是常常会有接着可靠性的问题。 时间长了后由于胶水的氧化而容易 造成接着不牢而产生剥离现象。 而且整个产品要经过多道粘接过程, 由于胶接采用人为方式 进行, 因此制造复杂, 无法保障振动片的重量一致性和稳定性, 也无法保证整个产品的质量, 限制了其使用范围。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的上述缺陷而提供一种电磁振动器, 利用扬 声器的振动原理和结构, 但改良扬声器现有的结构和生产工艺, 使电磁振动器的结构简单、 性能稳定, 并能得到稳定的固有频率, 振动效率高。
本发明还提供一种电磁振动器的制造方法, 使其生产方便, 产品合格率高, 产品一致性 稳定。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
电磁振动器, 其由振动片、 悬边、 盆架、 磁回系统组成, 振动片背部面与音圈相连, 音 圈又置于磁回系统中, 所述的振动片和悬边成一体, 音圈导线通过振动片连接后再与盆架上 的端子片相连。

确认本
振动片可以直接注塑而成, 也可以在振动片内嵌导电片, 音圈导线与导电片连接后再通 过导线与盆架上的端子片相连, 从而增加振动片的重量, 方便导线的连接, 达到电磁振动器 所需的频率。
上述导电片可以为一圆型, 仅作加重片用, 也可以为间隔相对的构成一完整圆形的二片 导电片, 其作为整个电磁振动器的正负二极。
此振动器按照扬声器的磁回结构, 当输入正弦波讯号给振动器时, 振动器会上下振动。 而当输入一个固定的正弦波讯号给振动器, 此讯号的频率正好是振动器的自然共振频率时, 只需提供很小的一点电能给振动器, 就会让振动器产生最大振幅剧烈振动。
为制造上述电磁振动器, 采用如下方法-
( 1 )、 注塑出振动片;
(2)、 振动片与悬边一同射出成一体;
(3 )、 振动片的悬边再与盆架用超音波方法结合在一起;
(4)、 振动片的背面与音圈胶接, 并将音圈引线通过振动片与导电线连接, 导电线另一 端再与盆架上端子片相连;
(5 )、 磁回系统固定在盆架内。
为保障振动器的振动频率, 控制振动片的重量是最关键的一步。 通过上述振动片直接注 塑而成, 再与悬边注塑在一起, 可以保证其重量的一致性, 从而保证振动片的质量。
上述(2)中当振动片要求小又有一定的重量时, 在振动片中嵌入导电片外披覆一层塑料 材质 (如 PP等)绝缘,把导电片内含在振动片内,然后再经由特殊的模具,在注塑机射出悬边的 同时也将振动片熔接在一起射出变成一块带悬边的完整振动片。
上述导电片可以是相对间隔排列构成一完整圆形的二片导电片, 也可以为完整的一圆形 导电片, 导电片的材质可以用金属铜、 铝表面镀锡, 也可以用 PCB板材质, 使其起到导电和 加重的双重功效, 将导电片嵌入注塑在振动片内。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点在于- 电磁振动器采用改进的扬声器结构和利用其振动原理, 使其结构简单、 体积可大可小、 能得到稳定的固有频率和振动效率高、 易于大量生产。
由于整个振动片的制作无需胶水而用机器设备注塑完成, 因此能够保证振动片重量的一 致性和稳定性。其和盆架相连也打破了扬声器的传统工艺, 用超音波衔接的方式取代了胶水, 因为打胶的多与少会直接影响振动片的共振频率, 而无论是机器上胶或者人工上胶, 在胶量
要求非常小的时候, 多少都会有误差不精准的,而且用胶水长时间使用后容易因氧化而产生接 着不牢剥离现象,因此本发明克服了传统振动器其振动片与悬边采用胶接方法带来的弊端, 提 高了产品的质量和合格率, 从而减少了成本。
通过嵌入导电片可以调节振动片的重量, 从而调整振动器的固有频率, 因此极易与外界 供给电流的交流讯号频率相同而发生共振, 这时只需提供很小的一点能量, 也就是提供很小 的电压给振动器, 就会让振动器剧烈振动, 产生最大振幅, 使其能发挥出最大的振动能量。
由于电磁振动器体积可以视情况任意调整, 振动效率高, 生产工艺独特性以保障其性能 稳定, 一致性好, 成本低, 因此可以广泛应用于各种需用电磁产生振动的产品中, 如扬声器 等。 附图说明

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1、 图 3、 图 4所示, 电磁振动器, 其由振动片 2、 悬边 3、 盆架 5、 磁回系统 7组 成, 振动片 2内密封由相对间隔排列的构成一完整圆形的二片导电片 1, 振动片 2与悬边 3 连接后与垫片 4连接, 再与整个扬声器的盆架 5相连, 悬边 3下侧面与音圈 6相连, 音圈 6 另一侧悬挂于整个磁回系统 7的永磁铁上, 磁回系统 7固定在盆架 5内。
上述二导电片 1通过导线 8分别与固定在骨架二侧的接线架 9相连, 二导电片 1分别通 过导线 10与音圈 6相连。
上述电磁振动器通过以下方法制成:
( 1 )、 注塑出振动片 2;
(2)、 将导电片 1嵌入振动片 2注塑在振动片 2内;
(3 )、 振动片 2与悬边 3—同射出成一体;
(4)、 振动片 2的悬边 3再与盆架 5用超音波方法结合在一起;
(5)、 振动片 2的背面与音圈 6胶接, 并将音圈引线 10通过导电片 1与导电线 8连接, 导电线 8另一端再与盆架上端子片 9相连;
(6)、 磁回系统 7固定在盆架 5内。
经过上述方法制得如图 2所示的电磁振动器。
上述(4)振动片 2的悬边 3还可先与垫片 4一同注塑在一体,再与盆架 5用超音波连接, 可以防止振动片的滑动, 而且能更方便准确的使之连接。
振动片 2可以直接注塑而成, 也可以经由嵌入射出导电片的方式, 导电片可以是相对排 列构成一完整圆形的二片导电片材质可以用金属铜、 铝表面镀锡, 也可以用 PCB板材质, 可 起到导电和加重的双重功效, 外披覆一层塑料材质 (如 PP等)绝缘,把导电片内含在振动片内, 然后再经由特殊的模具, 在注塑机射出悬边的同时也将振动片熔接在一起射出变成一块带悬 边的完整振动片。
上述导电片可为金属片, 如铝、 铜表面镀锡, 也可以为 PCB材质。
上述二相对的导电片设为 "S"形 (或称太极型), 这样可以防止振动片共振时导电片产 生不对应使二个导电片突起而不在一个平面上, 影响整个产品的质量。
上述导电片 1既增加了振动片 2的重量, 调整振动片 2的固有频率, 容易与通入电流的 频率相同而产生共振, 又作为连接音圈 6的导电线 10的介质, 方便电流的输入。
Claims
1、 电磁振动器, 其由振动片、 悬边、 盆架、 磁回系统组成, 振动片背部面与音圈相连, 音圈又置于磁回系统中, 其特征在于;所述的振动片和悬边注塑成一体, 所述的悬边与盆架间 用超音波方式连接, 音圈导线通过振动片连接后再与盆架上的端子片相连。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的电磁振动器, 其特征在于: 所述的悬边与盆架间有垫片, 所述的 振动片和悬边及垫片用一体注塑的方式熔接在一起。
3、如权利要求 1或 2所述的电磁振动器, 其特征在于: 所述的振动片内嵌导电片注塑而 成, 音圈导线与导电片导线连接后再与盆架上的端子片相连。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的电磁振动器, 其特征在于: 所述的导电片为金属片或 PCB材质。
5、 如权利要求 3或 4所述的电磁振动器, 其特征在于: 所述的导电片分成左右间隔相对 的二片。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的电磁振动器, 其特征在于: 所述的导电片成" S "形。
7、 电磁振动器的制造方法, 其特征在于: 由以下步骤构成:
( 1 )、 注塑出振动片;
(2)、 振动片与悬边一同射出成一体;
(3 )、 振动片的悬边再与盆架用超音波方法结合在一起;
(4)、 振动片的背面与音圈胶接, 并将音圈引线通过振动片与导电线连接, 导电线另一 端再与盆架上端子片相连;
(5 )、 磁回系统固定在盆架内。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电磁振动器的制造方法, 其特征在于: 所述的步骤 (2) 中将加 重片嵌入振动片注塑在振动片内, 振动片与悬边及垫片经由一同射出成一体。
9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的电磁振动器的制造方法, 其特征在于: 所述的步骤 (3 ) 中 振动片盆架通过超音波连接。
