获取多媒体广播 /组播业务服务质量的方法和系统 技术领域 本发明涉及在无线蜂窝通信系统获知信道质量的方法,尤其涉及宽带码分 多址 ( WCDMA ) 移动通信系统的获取多媒体广播组播业务 ( Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service )月艮务质量的方法。 背景技术 多媒体广播 /組播业务 ( MBMS, Multimedia Broadcast/Multicast Service ) 是一种共享网络资源从一个数据源向多个目标传送数据的技术。 在传统移动网 络中, 小区广播业务允许低比特率数据通过小区公共信道向所有用户发送, 属 于消息类业务, 在 R99中只有短消息业务属于小区广播业务。 传统的组播业务 允许该业务的移动签约者接收, 但是该业务不允许多个签约用户共享无线侧和 核心网的资源, 即对于 N个用户在同一时刻接收相同数据内容的情况, 则无线 网络侧需要为其分配 N套有线和无线资源, 从资源利用率角度来说, 这种情况 对资源的使用非常浪费。 为了有效的利用有线和无线资源, 3GPP在 R6中提出 了多媒体广播 /组播业务技术, 该技术的特点是: Iu接口对于多个用户连接的多 媒体广播 /组播业务只需要一套有线资源承载, 即发送一次即可; 空口可以采用 辅助公共物理信道和专用物理信道进行传输, 这两种物理信道 7|载可以依据用 户数进行转换, 若采用公共物理信道传输, 也即多用户共享一套无线资源, 避 免空口资源的浪费。 基于现有的 3gpp标准协议, 当多媒体广播 /组播业务映射到公共传输信道 时, 无线网络控制器无法从用户设备获取业务的质量信息。 而引入多媒体广播 /组播业务技术之后, 由多媒体广播 /组播业务技术工作原理可知, 一个多媒体 广播 /组播业务是映射到固定的传输信道和固定的物理信道, 并且多媒体广播 / 组播业务可以是大数据量的分组业务, 即数据速率可高达 384kbps , 其功率资 源要求比较高,如果按照最差的某个点来分配功率资源,则功率资源比较浪费, 不利于系统的容量; 并且如果无线网络控制器无法得到 UE的接收质量, 则即 使用户处于信道质量差的状态,也无法调整该多媒体广播 /组播业务映射的物理 信道功率或者执行点到多点向点到点的承载改变, 从而无法保证所有用户的通 信质量。 发明内容 为了克服上述的缺陷, 本发明的目的在于提供一种获取多媒体广播 /組播 业务服务^:量的方法和系统, 便于无线网络控制器进行无线资源的管理。 才艮据本发明的获取多媒体广播 /组播业务服务质量的方法包括以下步骤: 第一步骤, 无线网络控制器在小区的系统广播信息中广播质量测量控制信息或 者在多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播质量测量控制信息; 第二步骤, 用户 设备在接收所述多媒体广播 /组播业务时接收所述质量测量控制信息,并根据所 述质量测量控制信息对传输信道进行质量测量; 第三步骤, 所述用户设备将所 述质量测量得到的质量信息 4艮告发送给所述无线网络控制器。 优选地,在本发明方法的上述第二步骤中, 所述用户设备包括处于空闲状 态以及无线资源控制连接模式下的非专用 ( CELL_PCH、 URA_PCH、 CELL— FACH )状态的用户设备。 在本发明的方法中,无线网络控制器在小区的系统广播信息中广播的质量 测量系统信息或者多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播的质量测量控制信息 包括质量报告量和报告规则。 在本发明的上述方法中,质量报告量包括需要测量的传输信道标识号和指 示报告传输信道的误块率, 所述报告规则包括事件方式的报告规则或周期方式 的报告规则。 在本发明的上述方法中,所述事件方式的报告规则中的事件包括 5a事件, 即接收到的循环冗余校验错误指示个数大于接收到的循环冗余校验错误指示 门限。 在本发明的上述方法中, 所述事件方式的报告规则包括传输信道标识号、 错误循环冗余校验指示计数的滑窗窗口、 错误循环冗余校验指示门限、 以及两 次相同事件触发的最小时间间隔。 在本发明的上述方法中, 当所述报告规则为事件方式的报告规则时, 满足 所述 4艮告条件包括: 满足所述 5a 事件, 且两次相同事件触发的时间间隔小于 质量测量系统信息中所指示的最小时间间隔。 在本发明的上述方法中, 当所述报告规则为周期方式的报告规则时, 所述 质量信息报告中包括所述传输信道的误块率。 在本发明的上述方法中,所述周期方式的报告规则包括周期报告次数和周 期报告的时间间隔。 在本发明的上述方法中,优选地, 当所迷无线网络控制器指示的 ^艮告规则 为事件报告方式时, 则当所述用户设备监测到所指示的传输信道, 在统计的错 误循环冗余校验指示大于错误循环冗余校验指示门限时, 所述用户设备向所述 无线网络控制器发送所述质量信息。 在本发明的上述方法中,当所述无线网络控制器指示的报告规则为事件报 告方式时, 所述质量信息报告中包括触发的事件类型和指示的传输信道的误块 率。 在本发明的上述方法中,优选地,所述传输信道包括承载多媒体业务逻辑 信道的公共传输信道。 在本发明的上述方法中,还包括: 所述用户设备检测所述信道质量信息是 否有改变, 如果检测到所述改变, 则使用最新广播的信道质量测量控制信息。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种获取多媒体广播 /组播业务服务质量 的系统, 该系统包括: 无线网络控制器, 用于在小区的系统广播信息中广播质 量测量控制信息或者在多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播质量测量控制信 息; 用户设备, 用于在接收所述多媒体广播 /组播业务时接收所述质量测量控制 信息, 根据所述质量测量控制信息对传输信道进行质量测量, 并将所述质量测 量得到的质量信息 4艮告发送给所述无线网络控制器。 在本发明的上述系统中, 所述用户设备包括处于空闲状态、 CELL_PCH、 URA_PCH、 CELL— FACH状态的用户设备。 在本发明的上述系统中,所述无线网络控制器在小区的系统广播信息中广 播的质量测量系统信息或者多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播的质量测量 控制信息包括质量报告量和报告规则。 在本发明的上述系统中,所述质量报告量包括需要测量的传输信道标识号 和指示报告传输信道的误块率, 所述报告规则包括事件方式的报告规则或周期 方式的 艮告规则。 在本发明的上述系统中,所述事件方式的^ :艮告规则中的事件包括 5a事件, 即接收到的循环冗余校验错误指示个数大于接收到的循环冗余校验错误指示 门限。 在本发明的上述系统中, 所述事件方式的报告规则包括传输信道标识号、 错误循环冗余校验指示计数的滑窗窗口、 错误循环冗余校验指示门限、 以及两 次相同事件触发的最小时间间隔。 在本发明的上述系统中,所述周期方式的报告规则包括周期报告次数和周 期报告的时间间隔。 在本发明的上述系统中, 当所述报告规则为事件方式的报告规则时, 满足 所述报告条件包括: 满足所述 5a 事件, 且两次相同事件触发的时间间隔小于 质量测量系统信息中所指示的最小时间间隔。 在本发明的上述系统中, 当所述报告规则为周期方式的报告规则时, 满足 所述报告条件包括: 质量信息报告发送周期到时。 在本发明的上述系统中, 当所述 4艮告规则为周期方式的 4艮告规则时, 所述 质量信息报告中包括所述传输信道的误块率。 在本发明的上述系统中,当所述无线网络控制器指示的报告规则为事件报 告方式时, 则当所述用户设备监测到所指示的传输信道, 在统计的错误循环冗 余校验指示大于错误循环冗余校验指示门限时, 所述用户设备向所述无线网络 控制器发送所述质量信息。 在本发明的上述系统中,当所述无线网络控制器指示的报告规则为事件报 告方式时, 所述质量信息报告中包括触发的事件类型和指示的传输信道的质 量。 在本发明的上述系统中,优选地, 所述传输信道包括承载多媒体业务逻辑 信道的公共传输信道。 在本发明的上述系统中, 所述用户设备检测所述信道质量信息是否有改 变, 如果检测到所述改变, 则使用最新广播的信道质量测量控制信息。 如果小区的系统广播信息中或者多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上没有广 播质量测量系统信息, 则在空闲状态、 CELL_PCH、 URA__PCH、 CELL— FACH 状态的用户则无需进行质量测量和质量测量拫告。 通过本发明提供的方法和系统,通过无线网络控制器在小区的系统广播信 息中广播质量测量系统信息, 使得处于空闲状态、 CELLJPCH、 U A—PCH、 CELL_FACH 状态的用户在接收多媒体广播 /組播业务时可以接收质量测量控 制信息, 并依据质量测量控制信息对公共传输信道进行质量测量, 并依据质量 测量控制信息中的报告原则报告测量得到的质量信息给无线网络控制器。 通过 用户上报公共传输信道的质量信息, 使得无线网络控制器可以更加准确有效的 进行无线资源的管理, 提高系统的吞吐量和用户的无线质量。 附图说明 附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 并且构成说明书的一部分,与本发 明的实施例一起用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的限制。 在附图中:
( 图 1 是根据本发明的获取多媒体广播 /组播业务服务质量的方法的流程 图; 图 2 是根据本发明的一个实施例的无线网络控制器获取公共传输信道质 量方法的流程图; 图 3 是根据本发明的另一个实施例的无线网络控制器获取公共传输信道 质量方法的流程图; 以及 图 4 是根据本发明的获取多媒体广播 /組播业务服务质量的系统的示意 图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的 优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。 本发明是在原有的 3 Gpp协议标准基础上在小区系统广播信息中或者多媒 体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播质量测量信息来进行实施的。 本发明的核心思想如图 1 所示的流程: 在步骤 102 中, 无线网络控制器 在小区的系统广播信息中或者多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播质量测量 系统(控制)信息; 在步骤 104中, 用户设备监听系统广播信息或者多媒体广 播 /组播公共控制信道上的消息信令, 其中包括盾量测量系统信息; 在步骤 106 中, 用户对质量测量系统信息中所指示的传输信道进行质量测量; 在步骤 108 中, 当用户监测到满足质量测量报告条件时, 则向无线网络控制器报告质量测 量报告。 在本发明中,无线网络控制器在小区的系统广播信息中广播质量测量控制 信息或者多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播的质量测量控制信息包括下述 内容: 质量报告量: 包括需要测量的传输信道标识号和指示报告传输信道的误 块率; 报告规则: 包括事件方式的报告规则和周期报告规则。 其中, 广播的质 量测量系统信息中对事件方式的报告规则和周期报告规则两者选其一。 其中, 事件方式的报告规则包括下述事件: 5a 事件, 即接收到的循环冗 余校验错误指示个数大于接收到的循环冗余校验错误指示门限。 事件方式的 4艮 告规则包括下述内容: 传输信道标识号、 错误循环冗余校验指示计数的滑窗窗 口、 错误循环冗余校验指示门限、 两次相同事件触发的最小时间间隔。 而周期方式的报告规则包括周期 4艮告次数和周期报告的时间间隔。 其中, 用户设备需要依据质量测量系统信息中的测量报告信息和报告规 贝 ij , 测量所指示的传输信道的质量。 当无线网络控制器指示的报告规则为事件报告方式时,则当用户设备监测 到所指示的传输信道, 在错误循环冗余校验指示计数的滑窗窗口内统计的错误 循环冗余校验指示大于错误循环冗余校验指示门限时, 则用户设备向无线网络 控制器发起质量测量的测量报告消息。 其中, 当无线网络控制器指示的报告规则为事件报告方式时,则测量报告 中包括触发的事件类型和指示的传输信道的质量 (误块率)。 其中, 当无线网络控制器指示的报告规则为周期报告方式时, 则当测量报 告周期到时, 则用户向无线网络控制器发起质量测量的测量报告消息。 其中, 当无线网络控制器指示的报告规则为周期报告方式时,则测量报告 中包括指示的传输信道的质量(误块率)。 上述所提到的传输信道, 是承载多媒体业务逻辑信道(MTCH )的公共传 输信道。 在本发明中, 如果小区的系统广播信息中或者多媒体广播 /组播公共控制 信道上没有广播质量测量系统信息, 则在空闲状态、 CELL_PCH、 URAJPCH、 CELL— FACH状态的用户则无需进行质量测量和质量测量 告。 如果小区的系统广播信息中或者多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播了 质量测量系统信息,则用户在空闲状态、 CELL_PCH、 URA_PCH、 CELL_FACH 状态需要从广播信息中监测信道质量质量信息是否改变, 若改变, 则需要用最 新广播的信道质量信息。 图 2 是根据本发明的一个实施例的无线网络控制器获取公共传输信道质 量方法的流程图, 其中给出了周期报告方式的情况。 在本实施例中,提供了一种在系统广播信息中广播质量测量控制信息,周 期报告方式下无线网络控制器获取公共传输信道质量方法。 如图 2所示, 该方 法中包括以下步骤: 步骤 202: 无线网络控制器在小区的系统广搐 M言息中广播质量测量控制信 息, 其中测量报告规则为周期报告方式; 步骤 204: 用户监听系统广播信息, 其中包括质量测量系统信息; 步驟 206: 用户对质量测量系统信息中所指示的传输言道进行质量测量; 步骤 208: 判断质量测量报告周期是否到, 如果是, 则执行步骤 210; 否 则继续步骤 204; 步骤 210, 用户向无线网络控制器报告质量测量报告。 图 3 是根据本发明的另一个实施例的无线网络控制器获取公共传输信道 质量方法的流程图, 其中示出了事件报告方式的情况。 在本实施例中,提供了一种在系统广播信息中广播质量测量控制信息,事 件报告方式下无线网络控制器获取公共传输信道质量方法, 如图 3所示, 该方 法中包括以下步 : 步骤 302: 无线网絡控制器在小区的系统广播信息中广播质量测量系统信 息, 其中测量报告规则为事件报告方式; 步骤 304: 用户监听系统广播信息, 其中包括质量测量系统信息; 步驟 306: 用户对质量测量系统信息中所指示的传输信道进行质量测量; 步骤 308: 当 5a事件满足, 且两次相同事件触发的时间间隔小于质量测 量系统信息中所指示的最小时间间隔时, 则执行步 ¾ 310; 否则继续步赛 304; 步骤 310, 用户向无线网络控制器报告质量测量报告。 图 4 是根据本发明的获取多媒体广播 /組播业务服务质量的系统的示意 图。 如图 4所示, 系统 400包括无线网络控制器 402 , 用于在小区的系统广播 信息中广播质量测量控制信息或者在多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播质 量测量控制信息; 以及用户设备 404, 用于在接收多媒体广播 /組播业务时接收 质量测量控制信息, 根据质量测量控制信息对传输信道进行质量测量, 并在监 测到满足报告条件时, 将质量测量得到的质量信息报告发送给无线网络控制器 402。 在本发明中, 如果用户监测到当前小区正在广播 /組播其感兴趣的业务, 但是其在接收业务的时间段内未接收到业务数据, 则认为当前信道质量太差, 并把信道质量信息反馈给无线网络控制器。 本发明提供的方法和系统通过无线网络控制器在小区的系统广播信息中 广播质量测量系统信息, 4吏得处于空闲状态、 CELL— PCH、 URAJPCH、 CELL_FACH 状态的用户在接收多媒体广播 /組播业务时可以接收质量测量控 制信息, 并依据质量测量控制信息对公共传输信道进行质量测量, 并依据质量 测量控制信息中的报告原则报告测量得到的质量信息给无线网络控制器, 便于 无线网络控制器进行无线资源的管理。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之 内。

Claims

一种获取多媒体广播 /组播业务服务盾量的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下 步骤:
第一步骤,无线网络控制器在小区的系统广播信息中广播质量测量 控制信息或者在多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播质量测量控制信 息;
第二步骤, 用户设权备在接收所述多媒体广播 /组播业务时接收所述 质量测量控制信息, 并根据所述质量测量控制信息对传输信道进行质量 测量; 以及
第三步骤, 当所述用户设备监测到满足报告条件时, 将所述质量测 量得到的质量信息报告发送给所述无线网书络控制器。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述第二步骤中, 所述用 户设备包括处于空闲模式以及无线资源控制连接模式下的非专用状态的 用户设备。 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述无线网络控制器在小区 的系统广播信息中广播的质量测量系统信息或者多媒体广播 /组播公共 控制信道上广播的质量测量控制信息包括质量报告量和报告规则。 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述质量报告量包括需要测 量的传输信道标识号和指示报告传输信道的误块率, 所述报告规则包括 事件方式的报告规则或周期方式的报告规则。 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述事件方式的报告规则中 的事件包括 5a事件,即接收到的循环冗余校验错误指示个数大于接收到 的循环冗余校验错误指示门限; 所述事件方式的报告规则包括传输信道 标识号、 错误循环冗余校验指示计数的滑窗窗口、 错误循环冗余校睑指 示门限、 以及两次相同事件触发的最小时间间隔。 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述 4艮告规则为事件方式 的报告规则时, 满足所述报告条件包括: 满足所述 5a事件, 且两次相同 事件触发的时间间隔小于质量测量系统信息中所指示的最小时间间隔; 当所述报告规则为周期方式的报告规则时, 满足所述报告条件包括: 质 量信息报告发送周期到时
7. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述报告规则为周期方式 的报告规则时, 所述质量信息报告中包括所述传输信道的误块率, 所述 周期方式的报告规则包括周期报告次数和周期报告的时间间隔。
8. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述无线网络控制器指示 的^ -告规则为事件报告方式时,
当所述用户设备监测到所指示的传输信道,在统计的错误循环冗余 校验指示大于错误循环冗余校验指示门限时, 所述用户设备向所述无线 网络控制器发送所述质量信息;
所述质量信息报告中包括触发的事件类型和所述传输信道的误块 率。
9. 根据权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述传输信道 包括承载多媒体业务逻辑信道的公共传输信道。
10. 一种获取多媒体广播 /组播业务服务质量的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 无线网络控制器,用于在小区的系统广播信息中广播质量测量控制 信息或者在多媒体广播 /组播公共控制信道上广播质量测量控制信息; 以 及
用户设备, 用于在接收所述多媒体广播 /组播业务时接收所述质量 测量控制信息, 根据所述质量测量控制信息对传输信道进行质量测量, 并在监测到满足报告条件时, 将所述质量测量得到的质量信息报告发送 给所述无线网络控制器。
1 1. 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户设备包括处于空闲 状态以及无线资源控制连接模式下的非专用状态的用户设备。
12. 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 当为事件方式的报告时, 满 足所述报告条件包括: 满足 5a事件, 且两次相同事件触发的时间间隔小 于质量测量系统信息中所指示的最小时间间隔。
13. 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 当为周期方式的报告时, 满 足所述报告条件包括: 质量信息报告发送周期到时。
14. 根据权利要求 10至 13中任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述传输信 道包括承载多媒体业务逻辑信道的公共传输信道。
