Description

MECANISMO PARA ACCIONAMIENTO DE PUERTAS DE ASCENSOR. MECHANISM FOR THE OPERATION OF ELEVATOR DOORS.
Campo de la invenciónField of the Invention
The present invention relates to a mechanism for actuating telescopic elevator doors, and more specifically for actuating elevator doors that include two movable blades at different speeds, one blade that we will call low speed and another high speed.
In the mechanisms for the exposed purpose, each leaf is suspended from a carriage, one of high and another of low speed, which have rolling elements for its movement along corresponding rails. For the movement of the doors, the high-speed car is usually related to a drive motor, while the low-speed car is related to the high-speed car by means of a transmission cable that is mounted around two pulleys mounted on The low-speed car, whose cable is connected to the high-speed car and is also prevented from moving longitudinally, for which it is connected to a fixed point of the mechanism.
Antecedentes de Ia invención Mecanismos para el accionamiento de puertas telescópicas de ascensor se describen por ejemplo en la US 4073034, ES 2071772, US 5060763, EP 1176113, y EP 1621510.Background of the invention Mechanisms for actuating telescopic elevator doors are described for example in US 4073034, ES 2071772, US 5060763, EP 1176113, and EP 1621510.
En todos estos casos los elementos de rodadura de los carros de las puertas de alta y baja velocidad ruedan o se desplazan por un mismo carril Io cual exige que los elementos de rodamiento de uno y otro carros se encuentren separados una distancia igual, al menos, al desplazamiento de dichos elementos aIn all these cases, the rolling elements of the carriages of the high and low speed doors roll or move along the same lane, which requires that the bearing elements of both cars be separated by an equal distance, at least, to the displacement of said elements to
Io largo del carril.Long lane.
In ES 2071772 the rolling elements of the low speed door are separated along the rail a greater distance than the rolling elements of the high speed door, these rolling elements of the high speed door being located between the rolling elements of the low speed door.
A similar arrangement is given in ES 2064645, in which a special constitution of the rolling elements is described, and in US 560763, of content similar to ES 2071772. EP 1176113 describes a profile that defines a single lane for high and low speed door cars, as well as a special constitution of said cars.
In the same way, in EP 1621510 a modular opening system for automatic elevator doors is described, in which the wheels of the two doors run on the same rail, the rolling elements of the high-speed door being located between the rolling elements of the low speed door.
In summary, in all the cases analyzed, the wheels of the high and low speed cars run along the same lane. As the corresponding doors must remain, in the open position, located one in front of the other, the carriages must provide means for suspending the doors located in different planes and the corresponding doors are also located in different planes while the support means of the Gates on the rail, the rolling elements, are aligned on both doors. This circumstance causes, at least in one of the doors, a high tipping moment, which requires having compensation means that constantly keep the doors in an upright position.
Descripción de Ia invenciónDescription of the invention
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the exposed problems, by means of a mechanism in which the rolling elements of each door move on different rails within the same profile, so that there is no risk of interference between the rolling elements of over and over door
Another object of the invention is to achieve a mechanism in which the suspension means of each door can be located in the same vertical plane as the corresponding rolling elements, whereby the moment of overturning of the doors is eliminated or considerably reduced. As indicated, in the mechanism of the invention each suspension carriage runs on a different rail. Since the door is composed of two leaves, each with its corresponding carriage, one high and one low speed, there will be two lanes, which are formed in the same profile. The two lanes are located at a different height, the rolling elements of the high-speed carriage moving along the upper lane, while along the Lower rail travel elements of the low speed carriage.
The profile that forms the two rails mentioned further defines a raceway for a counter-roller, which is mounted or supported by the high-speed car. The same profile also defines an auxiliary raceway that is parallel to the lane of the low speed carriage and is located above the running elements of said carriage, close to them, in order to prevent the carriage and The door along the lane.
The rolling elements of the low speed carriage form coaxial pulleys, on which the transmission cable for driving said carriage runs.
Preferably the two rails will be located in different vertical planes, the upper lane being on which the high-speed car slides, located outside the cabin, with respect to the position of the lower lane. In this way the sheets can be placed in planes coinciding with the position of the rolling elements of each door, thus eliminating or reducing the moment of overturning.
The profile from which the two rails for the high and low speed cars are obtained, is C-section and has the side branches of different width, both of which are finished in two longitudinal folds that make up as many inverted grooves that remain the convex side raised with respect to the corresponding branches. These folds or grooves determine, by the upper or outer surface, that is to say on the convex side, the two rails for the high and low speed cars. The fold of the upper branch further defines on the concave side the raceway for the counter-roller. That is to say that with a simple section profile the rails for the rolling elements of the high and low speed carriage are formed, the raceway for a roll roll and also an auxiliary raceway, on which the elements can rest superiorly of rolling of the low speed car, to avoid the pitching of said car and the corresponding door along the lane.
Breve descripción de los dibujosMoreover, the mechanism of the invention will include the traditional components or elements of these mechanisms, such as an electrical safety contact, lock trigger, a roll or unlocking roller, a closing spring for manual opening, etc. Brief description of the drawings
The constitution, characteristics and advantages of the mechanism of the invention may be better understood with the following description, made with the help of the attached drawings, in which a non-limiting embodiment example is shown and in which:

OF AN EMBODIMENT In Figures 1 and 2 the mechanism for actuating telescopic elevator doors, constituted in accordance with the invention, is shown, which comprises a profile 1 on which the high-speed carriage 2 moves and the low speed carriage 3, by means of the corresponding rolling elements, constituted by two rollers 4 for the high speed carriage and as many rollers 5 for the low speed carriage 3.
As best seen in Figure 2, the profile 1 is of section in C, whose lateral branches 6 and 7 are of different width, both being topped in as many longitudinal folds 8 and 9 that form inverted grooves, which protrude superiorly with respect to The corresponding branch. The fold or groove 9 of the branch of smaller width 7 constitutes by its convex surface the raceway of the wheels or rollers 5 of the low speed carriage 3. On the other hand, the fold or groove 8 of the smaller branch 6 configures for its convex surface the rail for the wheels or rollers 4 of the high speed carriage 2.
As can be seen in Figure 2, being the branch 6 of greater width, the rail 8 and the rolling elements 4 of the high-speed carriage 2 are displaced towards the outside of the door, with respect to the position of the rollers 5 and carriage 3 of low speed.
With this configuration, the high speed blade, which is suspended from the carriage 2, can be in the same vertical plane as the roller or rolling element 4 of the carriage 2. Similarly, the low speed blade, suspended from the carriage 3 , may be located in the same vertical plane as the corresponding roller or rolling element 5.
In this way, both the low speed blade and the high speed blade can be located in the same vertical plane as the corresponding rolling elements, so that the moment of overturning of these doors is eliminated or reduced. In spite of this possibility, the high-speed carriage 2 can have a counter-roller or roll roller 10 mounted on the concave surface of the fold or groove 8, which thus configures a track where it would hit the roll or roll roller 10 in the case of pitching to avoid derailment. In addition, the lateral branch 6 of greater width of the profile 1 is located close to the surface of the roller or rolling element 5 of the low speed carriage 3, so that it serves as an auxiliary raceway on which the rollers or elements will occasionally support of rolling 5, to prevent the pitching of the carriage 3 and corresponding door along the rail 9. As can also be seen in Figure 2, the rolling elements 5 of the low speed carriage 3 each form a pulley 11 that is displaced towards the outside, with respect to the rail 9. Of the pulleys 11 of the two rollers or rolling elements 5 a transmission cable 12 is mounted, which is anchored to the profile 1 by means of a plate 13, as shown in figures 1 and 3, so that it is prevented from moving longitudinally. In addition, the cable 12 is connected to the high-speed carriage 2, for example by means of a pin 14 with a threaded end for attachment to the carriage 2.
As usual in this type of mechanism, the carriage of the invention 2 is a carrier of an interlocking trigger 15, interlockable in the housing 16, integral with the profile 1, and which is a carrier of an electrical safety contact 17. The trigger 15 It is also the carrier of an unlocking sheave 18. The low-speed carriage 3 is connected to the structure of the door by means of a spring 19 that serves as a closing element in case of manual opening of the doors.
Figure 4 shows the sheets in the open position, in which the high speed blade is superimposed with the low speed blade. Both leaves are displaced with their corresponding cars outside the opening 21 of access to the elevator car. When closing the leaves, as shown in Figure 5, the carriages 2 and 3 are displaced to the left, with the locking trigger 15 inside the corresponding housing 16, closing the high and low speed sheets 20 and 22 the hole 21 for access to the elevator car.
For the movement of the leaves, the high speed car 2 is driven by a motor and the high speed car 2 transmits the movement to the low speed car 3 via the cable 12 which, when connected to the high speed car 2 by means of the pin 14 and being prevented from longitudinal displacement by the anchor plate 13, causes the carriage 3 to move at a speed equal to half of the carriage 2 travel speed.
