( 1 )备份移动交换中心仿真接管发生容灾恢复后的主移动交换中心仿真, 备份移动交换中心仿真根据当前系统负荷情况决定发起用户周期登记时间间 隔的修改, 并发送触发消息给基站;
( 2 ) 基站接收来自备份移动交换中心仿真的触发消息, 并按照该触发消 息的指示修改当前的用户周期登记时间间隔;
( 3 ) 基站中的用户在修改后的用户周期登记时间间隔的一个周期时间内 随机发起周期性位置更新, 并通过基站发送位置更新登记消息到备份移动交换 中心仿真。 优选的, 所述步骤 ( 1 ) 具体为:
