Abstract

L'invention concerne l'industrie du tabac et notamment des dispositifs de formation d'un boudin de tabac. L'invention permet de prévenir des déplacements microscopiques et des irrégularités de distribution du tabac dans le boudin, d'augmenter la résistance à l'usure de la surface de travail du canal de formateur de boudin de tabac et d'améliorer la qualité des produits. Selon l'invention, un formateur de boudin de tabac comprend un corps avec des parois latérales de taille égale, un canal se rétrécissant depuis l'entrée vers la sortie, et un support dans lequel la surface de la partie d'entrée du canal s'épaissit de manière à passer ininterrompue vers la partie médiane et la partie de sortie à rayon arrondie; l'invention prévoit également que le formateur soit fabriqué d'un alliage dur.
