上述已公开美国专利的前案, 其导引区具有两部份, 由二铝挤型杆组成, 该二 铝挤型杆的形体不一, 需由二组模具进行生产, 其导引区的制造成本昂贵, 显然不 符合产业利用性, 且组成导引区的二铝挤型杆, 亦使整体结构强度降低, 造成产品 使用寿命短容易损毁的使用瓶颈; 另, 上述前案的导引区二侧各设一槽口, 且螺紋 转轴被导引区所环绕, 并螺纹转轴的表面布满润滑油, 当调整装置与坐仰式家俱连 结,其坐仰式家俱掉落的棉絮或空气中的灰尘, 容易经由二侧槽口进入导引区内部 包覆螺紋转轴, 则螺纹转轴的作动与功效, 常因为棉絮或灰尘的屯积而进行困难, 此实际使用的弊端, 极待相关业者致力改善。
本实用新型创作人有鉴于已公开前案的导引区,系由二铝挤型对应组成使得成 本偏高, 及棉絮或灰尘容易经二槽口进入导引区内部, 造成屯积的使用瓶颈, 特创 新设计以导引区仅由一铝挤型构成,可使制造成本降低及使调整装置的结构强度增 进的坐仰式家俱的调整装置改良。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于, 提供一种坐仰式家倶的调整装置,其导引区由单一铝 挤型杆构成, 可显著降低生产制造成本, 且导引区的槽口通过保护板遮蔽, 可防止 棉絮灰尘进入导引区内部, 并调整体内部通过羊毛毡, 可对运转中的螺纹转轴添加 润滑油, 其生产制造成本降低、 功效增进, 充份符合产业利用性的调整装置创新。
本实用新型坐仰式家俱的调整装置,包含一基本壳体、一螺紋转轴、一导引区、 一调整体及侧盖; 基本壳体的侧边连结有马达; 一可受马达驱动而旋转的螺紋转轴 一端固定在基本壳体内部, 另一端与侧盖相枢合连结; 导引区一端嵌固在基本壳体 内部、另一端与侧盖套固连结, 且导引区环绕在螺纹转轴外部; 调整体内部具有一 可供导引区穿贯的导引区穿孔, 且导引区穿孔内部具有一带有螺紋孔的滑块, 其螺 紋孔与螺纹转轴相螺合; 侧盖套组在导引区另一端;
其特征在于:
导引区为一体成型的中空管体, 导引区上端面开有一槽口;
调整体内部的滑块具有一连结部, 其与导引区穿孔的上壁相结合, 该连结部具 有与导引区槽口宽度相适配的宽度,且连结部的中心处具有一可供保护板穿贯以遮 蔽导引区槽口的穿板孔。
其中,调整体上端面对应穿板孔的位置开有一由外而内可供含有润滑油的羊毛 毡容置的容室。
其中, 侧盖的内壁具有可供轴承嵌入的轴承室, 该轴承室内嵌有轴承, 且轴承 与螺紋转轴的端部相枢合。
本实用新型有益效果:
1、 本实用新型坐仰式家俱的调整装置, 其导引区上端面开设一槽口, 通过保 护板穿贯连结部的穿板孔可产生遮蔽槽口的功效, 则掉落的棉絮或空气中的灰尘, 不易经由槽口进入导引区内部影响螺纹转轴的旋转运作。
2、 本实用新型坐仰式家俱的调整装置, 其调整体上端面对应穿板孔的位置由 外而内开设一容室, 此容室可供羊毛毡容置, 此羊毛毡含有润滑油, 在调整体受螺 紋转轴驱动移位时, 该含有润滑油的羊毛毡可对转动的螺纹转轴上油, 从而增进螺 紋转轴的运转润滑。
3、 本实用新型坐仰式家俱的调整装置, 其侧盖的内壁具有轴承室, 该轴承室 可供轴承嵌入, 且轴承与螺纹转轴的端部枢合, 则螺紋转轴的传动功效与使用寿命 可显著增进。
4、 本实用新型坐仰式家倶的调整装置, 其通过一体成型的导引区, 可使调整 装置的整体结构强度增进, 则调整装置的使用寿命延长, 且产品的使用功效可大幅 增进。

本实用新型坐仰式家俱的调整装置 (请参阅图 1及图 2) , 包含一内部容纳有 机动装置的基本壳体 1、 一螺纹转轴 2、 一导引区 3、 一调整体 4及侧盖 5; 其中, 基本壳体 1的侧边连结有马达 11;
螺紋转轴 2—端定位于基本壳体 1内部、另端与侧盖 5枢合连结, 其螺紋转轴 2受马达 11驱动而旋转;

调整体 4内部的滑块 41藉以连结部 42与导引区穿孔 43的上壁结合, 此连结 部 42的宽度与导引区 3的槽口 31宽度相适配 (请参阅图 5 ) , 且连结部 42中心 处设一穿板孔 421可供保护板 44穿贯,并调整体 4上端面由上而下开设一容室 45, 此容室 45可供羊毛毡 46容置 (请参阅图 6及图 7) , 另滑块 41的中心处设一螺 纹孔 411 (请参阅图 2及图 5) , 此螺纹孔 411与嫘紋转轴 2螺合 (请参阅图 3), 且导引区穿孔 43可供导引区 3穿贯 (请参阅图 6) ;
侧盖 5套组于导引区 3端部(请参阅图 1及图 3) , 其内壁具有轴承室 51, 该 轴承室 51可供轴承 52嵌入, 且轴承 52与螺纹转轴 2的端部枢合。
使用实施本实用新型调整装置, 其导引区 3由单一铝挤型杆构成, 只需由一组 模具生产制造,此一体成型的导引区 3构造可降低产业成本及使调整装置的结构强 度增进, 且导引区 3的槽口 31通过穿贯调整体 4的保护板 44遮蔽, 以防止棉絮、 灰尘经槽口 31进入导引区 3内部, 并调整体 4内部含有润滑油的羊毛毡 46, 可对 运转中的螺纹转轴 2添加润滑油, 并刷除沾附于螺紋转轴 2的棉絮、 灰尘。
上述改良的坐仰式家俱的调整装置使用及实施例,为本实用新型较佳实施例之 一,并非用以局限本实用新型的特征, 举凡利用本实用新型相关的技术手段、 创设 原理的再创作, 均应属本实用新型的创设目的及申请专利范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种坐仰式家俱的调整装置, 包含一基本壳体、 一螺紋转轴、 一导引区、 一调整体及侧盖;基本壳体的侧边连结有马达;一可受马达驱动而旋转的螺紋转轴 一端固定在基本壳体内部,另一端与侧盖相枢合连结; 导引区一端嵌固在基本壳体 内部、另一端与侧盖套固连结, 且导引区环绕在螺纹转轴外部; 调整体内部具有一 可供导引区穿贯的导引区穿孔,且导引区穿孔内部具有一带有螺紋孔的滑块,其螺 纹孔与螺纹转轴相螺合; 侧盖套组在导引区另一端;
其特征在于- 导引区为一体成型的中空管体, 导引区上端面开有一槽口;
调整体内部的滑块具有一连结部,其与导引区穿孔的上壁相结合,该连结部具 有与导引区槽口宽度相适配的宽度,且连结部的中心处具有一可供保护板穿贯以遮 蔽导引区槽口的穿板孔。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的坐仰式家俱的调整装置, 其特征在于: 调整体上端面 对应穿板孔的位置幵有一由外而内可供含有润滑油的羊毛毡容置的容室。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的坐仰式家俱的调整装置, 其特征在于: 侧盖的内壁具 有可供轴承嵌入的轴承室,该轴承室内嵌有轴承,且轴承与螺紋转轴的端部相枢合。
