发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是在于结合目前的技术,提供一种 具有动态灯光显示的旋动发光装置。 同时, 利用视觉后像的原理, 令 旋转的灯光可形成各种文字或图形。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用了如下的技术方案:其包括本 体、设置在本体表面上的旋转体、驱动旋转体转动的电路装置以及控 制电路装置电路断开与否的触发开关,所述电路装置在闭合状态下通
过马达带动旋转体旋转,且于旋转体表面设置有与电路装置连通的一 组发光体。
本发明中旋转体可通过电路装置实现运转,同时旋转体上的发光 体可随其转动而产生动态光亮, 令产品极具动态美感。
进一步而言, 所述的电路装置包括通过导线连接的马达、 电源、 喇叭、 电路板以及发光体。喇叭可产生音乐, 而发光体产生的光亮可 点缀整个产品, 以增加产品的趣味性和美感。
而牢发明中的触发开关包括弹性触压片以及设置于弹性触压片 端头的柱体,所述弹性触压片上凸设有一触点,触点其下方的设置有 可与其形成导电连接的导电片。使用时, 通过袋口对柱体的抵压, 令 触点与导电片脱离, 形成断路, 从而切断电源。
而本发明中的触发开关也可釆用与目前电子音乐贺卡类似的自 动触发式结构。该触发开关具有一绝缘连杆,该连杆一端与本体连动, 其末端开设有一个缺孔,该末端插于电路装置回路中一弹性触压片与 其触点之间,连杆在本体带动下令缺孔落入或偏离触压片与其触点之 间的位置。 当然, 触发开关也可直接采用按键式开关, 通过直接按压 开关切断或连通电路。
为了不影响产品的整体美感,所述电路装置中的元件固定在主体 的内面,马达的输出转轴通过主体表面开设的通孔伸出并与旋转体连 动。
所述旋转体背面具有一个可与马达输出转轴形成固定连接的配 合孔; 马达的输出转轴接入电源的一个电极, 在马达旁侧延伸有一个 接触电极, 该接触电极接入电路装置电源的另一个电极; 旋转体上发

旋转体 2根据产品整体设计风格可设计成花朵、 叶轮、风叶等各 种不同的形状, 并且旋转体可根据需要设计成平面造型或者立体造 型。 旋转体 2上的发光体 21呈 "S"字形设置在一电路板 20上。 当 然, 发光体 21不仅仅局限于 "S"字形, 其可以根据实际需要设置成 其他形状, 例如 "一"形、 弧形等等。 电路板 20固定在旋转体 2的 背面, 在旋转体 2上对应每个发光体 21的位置开设有通孔, 以令发 光体 21产生的光亮可显露出来。另外, 电路板 20上可以集成一控制 芯片, 由此控制芯片控制各个发光体 21的发光时间和频率。
旋转体 2背面具有一个可与马达 31输出转轴形成固定连接配合 孔 22, 通过配合孔 22与马达 31输出转轴的装配形成固定连接, 这 样当马达 31启动后其将带动旋转体 2—同旋转。 由于旋转体 2上设 置有发光体 21, 而发光体 21与电路装置 3之间的电连接是通过如下 方式形成: 首先马达 31的输出转轴接入电源 32的一个电极,而在马 达旁侧延伸有一个接触电极 36, 该接触电极 36接入电路装置 3电源 的另一个电极。旋转体 2的电路板 20上的一个电极与配合孔 22导接, 以与马达 31的输出转轴形成电连接; 而在旋转体 2上固定有一个电 极板 23, 输出马达 31的输出转轴穿过电极板 23上开设的通孔插入 装配孔 22, 电极板 23与输出转轴之间绝缘。 在旋转体 2与马达 31 装配完成后,接触电极 36的末端接触到电极板 23的表面,形成导电 接触,如此旋转体 2上的电路板 20就与电路装置 3中的电源 32接通, 即使在马达 31带动旋转体 2开始旋转时,接触电极 36仍将与电极板 23导电接触, 以保持电路板 20的正常工作以及发光体 21可以正常
发光。
使用本发明, 当打开本体 1袋口后, 触发开关 4被触发, 电路装 置 3的电源被接通, 整个电路处于闭合状态, 发光体 35、 马达 31开 始工作。 此时电路板 34内的音乐将通过喇叭 33播放出来。 与 此同时, 马达 31开始旋转, 同时马达 31带动旋转体 2开始旋转。旋 转体 2上的电路板 20也与电源 32连通, 发光体 21也开始在电路板 20上芯片的信号输出下点亮或熄灭。 由于控制芯片预先写入有控制 程序, 以控制发光体 21的发光时间, 这样由于视觉后像的原理, 人 们将看到的是连续、 稳定的光亮。 控制各个发光体 21的发光时间与 频率, 就可以令其形成各种图象, 例如 "HAPPY NEW YEAR", "I LOVE YOU"等等。如此, 使用者只要设定好控制芯片中的程序就可 达到所要呈现的其他图像。
见图 8、 9, 这是本发明应用于印刷品中的贺卡上的实施例。 本 体 1为一贺卡,该本体 1具有可折叠特性, 故可将电路装置 3设置在 折叠后本体 1所形成的夹层 10内, 这样就将电路装置 3隐藏起来, 不会影响产品整体的美感。 触发开关 4通过本体 1的开合形成连动, 从而触发电路装置 3电路断开与闭合。
上述触发开关 4具有一绝缘材料制作的连杆 40, 该连杆 40—端 连接在本体 1的一页面(未安装电路装置 3的页面)上, 其末端开设 有一个缺孔 401。该连杆 40末端位于电路装置 3中一弹性触压片 402 与其触点之间。当本体 1开启后,连杆 40随主体 1页面的翻转运动, 其末端的缺孔 401正好位于触压片 402与其触点接触的位置,由于缺 孔 401的存在,触压片 402将与其触点接触,整个电路装置 3的电路
被导通而开始工作。 反之, 当本体 1合拢时, 连杆 41随主体 1页面 的翻转运动,其末端的缺孔 401偏离触压片 402与其触点接触的位置, 触压片 402与其触点之间被连杆 40隔离, 整个电路装置 3的电路形 成断路,停止工作。这样通过本触发开关 4就可实现自动开启或关闭 广 P
使用本发明, 当打开本体 1后, 本体 1在开启的过程中, 触发开 关 4被拉动,电路装置 3的电源被接通,整个电路处于闭合状态, 发 光体 35、 马达 31开始工作。 此时电路板 34内的音乐将通过喇叭 33 播放出来。 与 同时, 马达 31开始旋转, 同时马达 31带动旋转体 2 开始旋转。 旋转体 2上的电路板 20也与电源 32连通, 发光体 21也 开始在电路板 20上芯片的信号输出下点亮或熄灭。 由于控制芯片预 先写入有控制程序, 以控制发光体 21的发光时间, 这样由于视觉后 像的原理, 人们将看到的是连续、 稳定的光亮。 控制各个发光体 21 的发光时间与频率, 就可以令其形成各种图象。如此, 使用者只要设 定好控制芯片中的程序就可达到所要呈现的其他图像。
上述的两种触发开关 4仅仅为本发明的二个具体实施例而已,其 也可以釆用其他结构,例如直接采用触压开关。使用者需要开启电路 装置时, 只需要按压开关按键即可。
当然, 以上所述仅仅为本发明一个实例而已, 并非来限制本发明 实施范围, 例如, 上述实施例中的袋、包产品可以为任意造型、 款式 的产品; 上述实施例中的贺卡也可替代为书籍、笔记本等其他类似印 刷品。故, 凡依本发明申请专利范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的 等效变化或修饰, 均应包括于本发明申请专利范围内。
Claims
1、 一种旋动发光装置, 包括: 本体(1 )、 设置在本体 (1 ) 表面上的旋转体(2)、 驱动旋转体(2)转动的电路装置(3) 以及控 制电路装置 (3) 电路断开与否的触发开关 (4), 其特征在于: 所述 电路装置(3)在闭合状态下通过马达 (31 )带动旋转体 (2) 旋转, 且于旋转体(2)表面设置有与电路装置(3)连通的一组发光体(21 )。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的旋动发光装置, 其特征在于: 所 述的电路装置 (3) 包括通过导线连接的马达(31 )、 电源 (32 )、 喇 叭 (33)、 电路板 (34) 以及发光体(35)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的旋动发光装置, 其特征在于: 所 述的触发开关(4)包括弹性触压片(41 )以及设置于弹性触压片(41 ) 端头的柱体(42), 所述弹性触压片(41 )上凸设有一触点(43), 触 点 (43)下方设置有可与其形成导电连接的导电片 (44)。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的旋动发光印刷品 , 其特征在于: 所述的触发开关(4)具有一绝缘连杆(40), 该连杆(40) —端与本 体 (1 ) 连动, 其末端开设有一个缺孔 (401 ), 该末端插于电路装置
(3)回路中一弹性触压片(402)与其触点之间, 连杆(40)在本体 ( 1 ) 带动下令缺孔 (401 ) 落入或偏离触压片 (402) 与其触点之间 的位置。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的旋动发光装置, 其特征在于: 所 述的触发开关(4) 为按键式开关。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的旋动发光装置, 其特征在于: 所 述电路装置 (3)中的马达(31)、电源(32)、喇叭(33)、电路板 (34)
固定在主体(1)的内面, 马达(31) 的输出转轴通过主体(1 )表面 开设的通孔伸出, 并与旋转体 (2)连动。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的旋动发光装置, 其特征在于: 所 述旋转体(2) 背面具有一个可与马达 (31 )输出转轴形成固定连接 的配合孔(22); 马达 (31 ) 的输出转轴接入电源(32)的一个电极, 在马达 (31 ) 旁侧延伸有一个接触电极 (36), 该接触电极 (36) 接 入电路装置(3) 电源的另一个电极; 旋转体(2)上发光体(21) 的 一个电极与配合孔(22)导接, 发光体(21 ) 的另一个电极与固定在 旋转体(2)上、 并与接触电极(36)末端接触的电极板(23)导接。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的旋动发光装置, 其特征在于: 所 述旋转体(2)上的一组发光体 (21 )呈弧形、 或 "一"字形排列, 并且发光体(21 )设置在一与旋转体(2) 固定的电路板 (20)上。
9、 根据权利要求 2~7中任意一条所述的旋动发光装置, 其 特征在于: 所述的发光体(21、 35) 为发光二极管。
10、 根据权利要求 2~7中任意一条所述的旋动发光装置, 其 特征在于: 所述的本体(1 ) 为书籍、 贺卡类印刷品, 或者, 所述的 本体(1 ) 为包装袋、 包。
