Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil (10) de secours d'urgence portable et compact qui fournit des instructions CPR (réanimation cardio-respiratoire) vocales accessibles en plusieurs langues et sur plusieurs localisations du site de la situation d'urgence. Un boîtier compact (11) est muni de plusieurs entrées et sorties (12) audios et visuelles (13) et d'une alimentation (23) électrique par batterie située dans le boîtier (11). Une puce (30) mémoire semi-conductrice, telle qu'une EEPROM, est utilisée pour stocker sous forme numérique des instructions d'urgence en plusieurs langues et en format compressé. Un processeur de signal numérique (26) ou DSP est couplé à la puce (30) mémoire semi-conductrice pour sélectionner et traiter les instructions d'urgence stockées. Le DSP (26) décompresse les instructions stockées et convertit les instructions en un signal analogique pour l'appliquer à un circuit audio (32, 33). Le circuit audio (32, 33) est connecté à la sortie audio pour recevoir les instructions audio extraites et les produire de manière audible par l'intermédiaire d'un haut-parleur (34) ou d'un écouteur (35). Un récepteur GPS (27) est couplé à une sortie visuelle pour déterminer la localisation d'une situation d'urgence.
