Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'échange thermique (1) entre un produit et un milieu de transfert thermique, le système incluant au moins une chambre d'échange thermique (2). La chambre (2) inclut : - au moins un échangeur thermique ; - au moins un Dispositif de Transmission de Courant (CID) qui crée une vitesse et une direction d'écoulement au niveau du milieu de transfert thermique. Le système d'échange thermique (1) est caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'échange thermique (2) est partitionnée afin de réduire efficacement la zone à travers laquelle le CID doit procurer un écoulement au milieu de transfert thermique sans réduire significativement la totalité du volume de la chambre (2).
