- the main garment dress can be used by the woman during the period of pregnancy prior to breastfeeding because the essential novelty of the invention is that the dress does not denote by its shape or visible external appearance its destination for the purpose of Breastfeeding an infant, so that purses are included in the main dress or garment so that the main dress or garment progressively adapts to the abdominal perimeter of the pregnant woman at each stage of her pregnancy.
- the inner breastplate can be raised or be equipped with semicircular cuts applied to the side seams of the main garment or garment in which case it must be removed by moving the breastplate towards the center of the chest until the semicircular cut coincides with the breast through which it breastfeed the infant
- said inner bib can be permanently attached or sewn to the main dress or simply joined by square brackets or sailboats to allow independent washing or replacement with other bibs with different designs on the same dress allowing to increase the freedom of clothing of the user and the quality of her dress.
- Said bib can also simulate being a blouse with its own design on the visible part, saving a part of its structure which makes it possible to reduce its cost and increase the cooling produced by the garment in hot weather. * '

- said inner breastplate can be of greater length and join in its lower part with the bottom of the main dress being in that case removed laterally at the time of breastfeeding, for the woman who is in an advanced state of gestation, in order to prevent the bib and the main dress disengage and remain at different heights.
- the skirt of the inner breastplate is also of greater length and that it remains loose with respect to the skirt of the main dress in order to allow the woman to enter inside the waist of a skirt or pants the bottom of the breastplate in order to avoid being at discovered your body during exercise and yet keep the bottom of the main dress on the outside to conceal your abdomen as much as possible.

- a main dress or garment is claimed that at the height of the breasts is equipped with half hemisphere of plastic or other consistent material that by its upper edge fits in the middle of another hemisphere attached to the breastplate at the height of each chest, so that in each breast both half hemispheres form a concavity that prevents contact of the affected nipples with clothes and that can be separated at the time of breastfeeding by separating the neckline of the main dress and the breastplate.
- the inner breastplate can be of two pieces joined together by ties or hooks and separated by a central opening to facilitate the independent movement or withdrawal of the part of the breastplate that covers each breast for which the infant is to be breastfed keeping the other breast covered and it can also be a crossed band that runs along the back of the neck and descends on each breast joining at its ends to the side seams of the main dress to facilitate its removal on the chosen breast by a simple movement of the hand on the band without using tapes or hooks.

- bib that covers or covers the neckline and the chest of the woman leaving the main dress totally or partially superimposed on said bib, this being of the same fabric as the main dress or of a lighter fabric so that a woman can expose a breast to breastfeed a child in public by lowering the neck of the main outer dress and raising the inner breastplate so that said breastplate cover the upper part of the woman's breast at the time of breastfeeding while keeping the infant's head resting on the bare breast so that neither breast is visible by a spectator and that both are mostly protected from the cold.
- the described invention has an industrial application as a garment in the textile manufacturing industry.
