Abstract

The invention relates to a garment with an inner bodice, which is intended for use during pregnancy and breast-feeding, and to the production method thereof. The invention comprises a single garment for women, essentially characterised in that the chest area of the garment is fitted with an inner front bodice or piece of fabric which is joined to the side seams of the garment and which can be removed at the lower end or sides thereof. According to the invention, one of the wearer's breasts can be uncovered by lowering the neck of the main garment and raising or removing the bodice which continues to cover the upper part of the woman's chest as well as her other breast. In this way, during breast-feeding, when the head of the infant is resting on the uncovered breast, the woman's breasts and chest remain hidden from view and protected from the cold. The invention also relates to the method for producing the garment.

Frente al modelo de utilidad U200301912 ( RODRÍGUEZ SILVA-LEDESMA) y la patente EPl 127499 (SEIPEL) la nueva patente se caracteriza por que en la invención propuesta el peto o prenda de lactancia interna queda oculto bajo un vestido exterior u otro cuerpo o prenda principal visible susceptible de sustentarse sobre los hombros sin perjudicar la calidad de diseño de dicho vestido o prenda principal y sin denotar de forma evidente que la vestimenta se destina a una mujer en período de lactancia mientras que en el modelo de utilidad U200301912 la pieza de vestido inferior e interior que es la prenda o vestido principal se sustenta sobre el pecho mediante un remate de goma de lado a lado por encima del pecho por ser independiente de la pieza superior, es interior respecto de la pieza superior de lactancia y queda oculta por esta, lo que impide presentar ante el espectador un vestido o prenda principal único del que la prenda superior de lactancia sea un accesorio oculto y tanto el modelo de utilidad U200301912 como la patente EPl 127499 (SEIPEL) siempre presentan una abertura visible a la altura de la base de los pechos que denota su destino a una mujer en período de lactancia y condiciona negativamente la libertad de diseño y la forma del vestido principal exterior de la usuaria.
