提供电子邮件通知的价值正如提供语音邮件通知。电子邮件通知将允许移 动用户在接收到邮件的情况下被通知有新邮件收到。通过将 "始终连接"的特点 提供给电子邮件,将已存在的因特网电子邮件与通知书特点连接起来, 为终端 用户创造出了附加价值的服务。
电子邮件通知的主要目标是调用相关设备来启动电子邮件客户端,后者可 以接收电子邮件,这将允许电子邮件服务器以一个标准方式发送通知书, 而无 须担心多种不同的电子邮件客户端的实现。指定通知书机制的附加价值在于它 能够通过电子邮件客户端对用户透明的做处理,例如,通过在通知用户前接收 电子邮件, 以便电子邮件可被直接浏览。
现有的一种邮件通知方案使用 Push (推送)架构, 请参阅图 1 , 其为现有 技术中的电子邮件通知 Push架构示意图。 当一封新邮件达到时, E-mail (电 子邮件)服务器 11作为 PI (推送发起方, Push Initiator )会生成一条 EMN (电 子邮件通知, E-Mail Notification )并交给 PPG12 (推送代理网关, Push Proxy Gateway ), PPG12将该电子邮件通知推送到 EMN UA13 (电子邮件通知用户 代理, EMN UserAgent ) (逻辑上 EMN UA和电子邮件客户端分开, 实际可整 合在一起共同设置于终端), EMN UA13解析出 EMN的内容, 然后向电子邮 件客户端 14通告 EMN, 即通知电子邮件客户端去 E-mail服务器 11上提取电 子邮件, 当电子邮件到达电子邮件客户端 14后, 会向用户提示 EMN。
如图 2所示,其为现有技术中在图 1所示 Push架构下电子邮件通知的处 理方法流程:
521、 电子邮件发送端将一封新电子邮件发送给电子邮件服务器 11;
522、 电子邮件服务器 11将生成的 EMN发送给 PPG12;
S23、 PPG将 EMN发送给电子邮件接收端,该电子邮件接收端即终端(包 括电子邮件通知用户代理 13和电子邮件客户端 14 );
S24、 电子邮件接收端根据 EMN中的信息, 使用电子邮件协议, 向电子 邮件服务器 11发送电子邮件提取请求;
S25、 电子邮件服务器 11下发电子邮件给电子邮件接收端, 然后电子邮件 接收端向用户提示电子邮件通知。
图 3 为现有技术中与 EMN 直接相关的各个功能模块的结构图。 EMN UA101中包括 EMN解析模块 102, 电子邮件服务器 103包括 EMN发送模块 104和 EMN生成模块 105。 其中, EMN生成模块 105用于生成 EMN, 并将 生成的 EMN交给 EMN发送模块 104, 由 EMN发送模块 104发送给 EMN解 析模块 102。
现有 EMN在消息中携带具有新邮件的邮箱 U I (通用资源定位符, Uniform Resource Identifier ), 该邮箱 URI用以指明邮件1 ^户, EMN的时间属 性保证客户端识别出哪封邮件通知是最新的。
在实现本发明过程中, 发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题: 目前, 用户往往具有多个邮箱帐户, 比如, 工作时间处理工作事件的企业邮箱和业余 时间处理个人事件的个人邮箱, 而采用前述现有 EMN的处理方法, 无论是电 例如, 采用前述现有 EMN的处理方法, 只要邮件服务器接收到发往该用 户某一邮箱(包括企业邮箱和个人邮箱 )的新邮件, 用户就会看到终端给出的 新邮件到达提示。 于是,用户在工作时间会看到大量涉及个人事件的新邮件到 达提示,也同样会在业余时间看到大量涉及工作事件的新邮件达到提示。但是 实际上,很多用户在工作时间一般只能有时间处理涉及工作的邮件、 而无暇顾 及涉及个人的邮件;在业余时间一般也不希望知道有涉及非重要工作的邮件到 达。
再例如,按照现有 EMN的处理方法,只要电子邮件服务器一收到新邮件, 终端就会立刻去电子邮件服务器提取电子邮件,如果有大量新邮件同时到达电 子邮件服务器, 并且此时终端正在运行用户使用的其他重要程序, 那么终端也 必须要占用大量带宽资源去提取邮件,由此降低了正在运行的比较重要程序的 速度。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种电子邮件通知的处理方法、 系统及终端, 能够根据 用户的需求处理 EMN, 从而提高了处理 EMN设备的人性化程度。
本发明实施例提供了一种电子邮件通知的处理方法,终端获得用户的电子 邮件通知 EMN接收策略; 终端根据所述接收策略控制对 EMN的处理。
本发明实施例还提供了一种实现电子邮件通知处理的系统,包括终端和电 子邮件服务器, 所述终端包括 EMN策略设置模块, 用于获得用户的 EMN接 收策略; 所述系统还包括第一 EMN配置控制模块, 用于根据所述 EMN策略 设置模块提供的 EMN接收策略, 控制至少一个电子邮件服务器对 EMN的处 理。
本发明实施例还提供了一种实现电子邮件通知处理的终端 , 所述终端包 括: EMN策略设置模块, 用于获得用户的 EMN接收策略; EMN控制处理模 块, 用于根据所述 EMN接收策略控制对 EMN的处理。
本发明实施例还提供了一种实现电子邮件通知处理的系统,包括终端和用 于向终端发送 EMN的电子邮件服务器, 所述终端包括: EMN策略设置模块, 用于获得用户的 EMN接收策略; EMN控制处理模块, 用于根据所述 EMN接 收策略控制对来自所述电子邮件服务器的 EMN的处理。
通过本发明实施例, 在获得用户的电子邮件通知接收策略后; 能够根据 用户的这种接收策略控制对电子邮件通知的处理,提高了终端对电子邮件通知 处理的灵活性, 使得电子邮件的通信工具更加符合人性化的需求。

以下结合附图进一步说明本发明实施例的具体实施方式。
请参阅图 4, 其为本发明具体实施方式 1中包括电子邮件通知用户代理和 电子邮件服务器的系统结构示意图。 EMN UA201中不仅包括 EMN解析模块 202, 还包括 EMN策略设置模块 203; 电子邮件服务器 204中不仅包括 EMN 发送模块 205、 EMN生成模块 206, 而且包括 EMN配置控制模块 207。 以下 分别对具体实施方式 1中涉及的上述几个模块予以详细介绍。
EMN策略设置模块 203提供用户设置 EMN接收策略的操作接口 (具体 实现时提供给用户的可以是菜单), 并能够根据用户设置的 EMN接收策略生 成 EMN设置请求消息; 此外, 如果电子邮件服务器侧对该 EMN设置请求消 息进行回复,则 EMN策略设置模块 203还能够根据需要解析服务器侧对 EMN 设置请求回复的消息, 进而提示用户设置的结果, 提示结果可以使用喇叭、显 示器等工具, 釆用声音、 图标, 动画等任意组合的多种方式。
EMN配置控制模块 207能够解析 EMN UA发送的 EMN设置请求消息; 并能够判断 EMN设置请求消息中的设置规则是否可以接受(也可以没有此项 功能, 默认 EMN设置请求消息中的设置规则可以接受); 以及能够针对 EMN 设置请求相对应的邮箱帐户, 根据 EMN UA发送的 EMN设置请求消息, 控 制 EMN生成模块 206生成 EMN的内容和 /或控制 EMN发送模块 205发送 EMN 的时间。 具体而言, EM 配置控制模块 207可以包括 EMN内容配置控制模 块和 EMN发送配置控制模块, 其中, EMN内容配置控制模块用于根据 EMN 策略设置模块 203提供的 EMN接收策略, 控制电子邮件服务器中 EMN生成 模块 206生成的 EMN内容; EMN发送配置控制模块用于根据 EMN策略设置 模块 203提供的 EMN接收策略, 控制电子邮件服务器中 EMN发送模块 205 发送 EMN的时间。
需要说明的是, EMN配置控制模块 207也可以不设置在某个具体电子邮 件服务器中而单独存在, 进而, 该 EMN配置控制模块 207可以用来控制多个 电子邮件服务器中的 EMN发送模块和 EMN生成模块。 这种情况下, 用户可 以使用一条 EMN设置请求消息设置不同服务器上的不同帐号。 具体而言, 用 户将一条 EMN设置请求消息发送给 EMN配置控制模块, EMN配置控制模块 将该消息解析后, 发给不同的电子邮件服务器, 控制不同的 EMN发送模块和 EMN生成模块去处理不同的帐号。

通过上述步骤 S51至 S57可以看出,本具体实施方式中,包括 EMN UA201 的终端根据 EMN策略设置模块 203获得的用户的 EMN接收策略, 控制电子 邮件服务器生成 EMN的内容和 /或发送 EMN的时间, 从而达到按照用户需求 提取新电子邮件或向用户提示 EMN的目的。
请参阅图 6,其为本发明具体实施方式 1中的 EMN设置请求消息示意图, 本示例中的 EMN设置请求消息包括信息头 (Header )和信息体(Body )。 其 中,
信息头主要包括以下内容:
1、 邮件服务器(或 EMN相应模块所在服务器) 的地址(图中未示出);
2、 时间戳 (TimeStamp) (这里的时间戳应为用户侧的时间, 一方面邮件月 务器侧可通过时间戳确认出最新的 EMN设置请求消息, 另一方面, 当用户侧 同邮件服务器侧时间不同步时,可利用该时间戳的时间和邮件服务器侧的时间 比较, 进而确定出时间差);
3、 邮箱帐户 (Account ) 以及用于唯一标识邮箱帐户的信息(如 Mailbox URI
此外,在信息头中还可以有邮箱帐户认证信息 (用于邮件服务器侧权限 _验 证)。
信息体主要包括 EMN设置规则, 该 EMN设置规则可以具有多项内容, 例如, 允许发送的时间表(开始时间 StartTime和结束时间 End Time )、相应时 间内允许 EMN中携带的信息、 允许接收 EMN的种类、 邮件信息以及使能条 件等。 EMN设置规则中还可以包括 EMN UA拒绝接收的电子邮件发送端的地 址,这样当电子邮件服务器接收到该地址发来的电子邮件时,便会将其自动删 除屏蔽掉。 需要说明的是, 信息体中的各部分内容相互独立, 可以单独设置其 中的任一项或几项。
在实际使用时, 用户使用 EMN设置请求消息设置邮箱帐户接收策略的具 体实现方式有多种, 以下仅给出几种示例性的情况。
(1)用户使用一条消息设置一个电子邮件服务器上的一个邮箱帐户, 如 表 1所示:

信息头可以包含如下内容: 能够找到 EMN UA所在终端的地址; 用于唯 一标识邮箱帐户的信息(如, Mailbox URI ); 以及时间戳 (邮件服务器侧时间, 用于确认消息是最新的)。
信息体可以包含状态 (Status )码(说明设置的结果成功 /失败等);
下面以一个具体示例描述如何完成电子邮件通知的接收过程。
用户具有两个邮箱, 工作邮箱: zhangsan@work .com 和个人由 箱: " zhangsan@life.com。 用户希望的 EMN接收策略是:
周一至周五的 9: 00 - 18: 00, 接收工作邮箱的全部 EMN, EMN的内容 包括邮件标题和发件人, 在此期间不接收来自个人邮箱的 EMN;
周一至周五的 19: 00 - 22: 00, 接收来自个人邮箱的全部 EMN, 仅接收 工作邮箱中紧急 Email邮件的 EMN, EMN的内容均包括邮件标题;
周六, 周日的 10: 00 - 20: 00, 接收来自个人邮箱中紧急 Email邮件的 EMN, EMN的内容包括邮件标题和发件人, 不接收来自工作邮箱的 EMN; 其它时间段为休息时间, 不接收任何 EMN。
用户在菜单中设定了上述接收策略后, EMN策略设置模块 203根据用户 设置的接收策略, 对应两个邮箱各自生成一条 EMN设置请求消息, 并发送到 对应的 Email服务器;
EMN设置请求消息如下:

( 1 )如果提示模块 305设置于 EMN UA301中(如图 8所示), 那么提示 模块 305给出的提示一般是针对 EMN达到的一种提示, 并会在提示内容中请 用户指示是否提取电子邮件。 如果用户看到该提示内容后指示提取电子邮件, '则提示模块 305会继续向电子邮件客户端通告 EMN, 即通知电子邮件客户端 到电子邮件服务器上提取新电子邮件;如果用户看到该提示内容后指示不提取 电子邮件,那么提示模块 305就不会再通知电子邮件客户端到电子邮件服务器 上提取新电子邮件。 对应于这种情况, 在 EMN到达 EMN UA301后, EMN 配置控制模块 304会根据 EMN策略设置模块 303提供的接收策略, 能够控制 提示模块 305向用户提示 EMN的内容和 /或时间。
由于 EMN配置控制模块 304能够控制提示模块 305向用户提示 EMN的 时间,而提示模块 305只有在给出用户提示后才有可能通知电子邮件客户端到 电子邮件服务器提取电子邮件, 因此在这种情况下, EMN配置控制模块 304 既相当于直接控制了提示模块 305提示 EMN的时间和 /或内容,也相当于控制 了 EMN UA301向电子邮件客户端通告 EMN的时间, 从而达到控制电子邮件 客户端到电子邮件服务器提取新电子邮件的目的。
( 2 )如果提示模块设置于电子邮件客户端, 那么提示模块向用户的提示 一般是针对用户终端已经提取到新电子邮件的一种提示。电子邮件通知用户代 理收到 EMN并解析其内容后, 会及时通知电子邮件客户端从电子邮件服务器 提取新电子邮件。 当电子邮件客户端提取到对应的新电子邮件后, EMN配置 控制模块会 EMN策略设置模块提供的接收策略直接控制提示模块向用户提示 EMN的时间和 /或内容。
综合上述两种情况可知, EMN配置控制模块能够根据用户给出的接收策 略直接控制向用户提示 EMN的时间和 /或内容, 也可以通过控制 EMN UA向 电子邮件客户端通告 EMN的时间 , 来达到控制终端提取新电子邮件的目的。
请参阅图 10, 其为本发明的一种终端实施例结构示意图。 本实施例的终 端 401包括 EMN解析模块 402、 EMN策略设置模块 403以及含有 EMN配置 控制模块 404和提示模块 405的 EMN控制处理模块, 另外还包括电子邮件客 户端 406。
其中, EMN解析模块 402用于解析来自电子邮件服务器的 EMN; EMN 策略设置模块 403用于获得用户的 EMN接收策略; EMN控制处理模块用于 根据 EMN策略设置模块 403提供的 EMN接收策略控制对 EMN的处理。 EMN 控制处理模块具体包括 EMN配置控制模块 404和提示模块 405的 EMN控制 处理模块, 其中, 提示模块 405用于根据 EMN解析模块 402提供的 EMN解 析内容向用户提示 EMN; EMN配置控制模块 404用于根据 EMN策略设置 模块 403提供的接收策略控制提示模块 405向用户提示 EMN。
由于前文已经对提示模块设置于不同位置时, EMN配置控制模块如何控 制提示模块向用户提示 EMN进行过详细描述, 因而此处不再赘述, 而是综合 性的论述。 下面结合图 10所示用户终端处理 EMN的工作原理, 进一步介绍 其内部结构。
用户终端通过 EMN策略设置模块 403获得用户的 EMN接收策略后, 将 该接收策略告知 EMN配置控制模块 404。 进而, 当终端收到来自电子邮件服 务器的 EMN后, 先通过 EMN解析模块 402解析出 EMN的内容, 然后告知 提示模块 405 , 以便提示模块 405能够在 EMN配置控制模块 404的控制下, 据此向用户提示 EMN。
通过以上本发明各实施例看出, 可以通过获得用户的 EMN接收策略后, 根据接收策略控制电子邮件服务器生成 EMN的内容和发送 EMN的时间, 来 达到间接控制用户终端向用户提示 EMN的目的, 使得电子邮件服务器和用户 终端能够更加满足用户对他们人性化的需求;也可以不针对电子邮件服务器做 任何改变, 只是利用用户终端根据用户的 EMN接收策略来直接或间接控制用 户终端向用户提示 EMN的内容和 /或时间,达到提高用户终端人性化程度的目 的。
此外, 还有其他的具体实施方式, 例如, 可以在终端本地完成对 EMN 提示时间和设置 EMN内容两个属性之一的控制, 具体过程与具体实施方式 2 相类似; 而把另一个属性通过终端与电子邮件服务器交互设置的方式进行控 制,具体过程与具体实施方式 1相类似。当然也可以只对 EMN提示时间和 EMN 内容两个属性中的一个进行控制, 另一个不进行控制, 比如只在终端本地完成 对 EMN提示时间的控制, 而不对 EMN内容进行控制。
通过以上本发明多个实施例可以看出, 通过终端获得用户的 EMN接收策 略, 进而终端根据所述接收策略控制对 EMN的处理, 比如控制电子邮件服务 器生成 EMN的内容和 /或时间,或者控制终端到电子邮件服务器提取新电子邮 件, 再或者控制终端向用户提示 EMN, 均使得用户可以控制终端-终端控制 EMN, 改变了现有技术中新邮件控制 EMN - EMN控制终端-终端控制用户 的被动处理 EMN方式, 从而提高了终端处理 EMN的灵活性, 也使得终端等 设备更加符合人性化的需求。
例如,采用本发明实施例的技术方案,就可以使得终端能够按照用户需要 的方式向其提示 EMN, 进而就可以实现用户在工作时间只看到涉及工作事件 的新邮件到达提示, 而不会看到涉及个人事件的新邮件到达提示。
再例如, 由于采用本发明的实施例,可以达到按照用户需要控制终端到电 子邮件服务器提取电子邮件的目的,使得用户不需要接收新邮件时, 即使新邮 件已经到达电子邮件服务器, 终端也不会去提取, 进而使得终端和服务器之间 的带宽资源利用更为合理, 能够更好的为用户服务。
此外, 需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 用于获得用户 EMN接收策略 的终端与根据所述接收策略控制对 EMN处理的终端可以是同一执行主体, 也 可以是不同执行主体。

1、 一种电子邮件通知的处理方法, 其特征在于,
终端获得用户的电子邮件通知 EMN接收策略;
终端根据所述接收策略控制对 EMN的处理。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端 ^艮据所述接收策略 控制对 EMN的处理包括:
终端根据所述接收策略控制电子邮件服务器对 EMN的处理。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端根据所述接收策略 控制电子邮件服务器对 EMN的处理具体包括:
终端将所述接收策略发送给电子邮件服务器;
电子邮件服务器根据所述接收策略生成 EMN和 /或向终端发送 EMN。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端根 据所述接收策略控制对 EMN的处理包括:
终端根据所述接收策略控制自身对 EMN的处理。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括 EMN用户代 理和电子邮件客户端, 所述终端根据所述接收策略控制自身对 EMN的处理具 体包括:
EMN用户代理解析来自电子邮件服务器的 EMN后, 根据所述接收策略 控制向电子邮件客户端通告 EMN的时间。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端根据所述接收策略 控制自身对 EMN的处理具体包括:
终端解析来自电子邮件服务器的 EMN后, 控制向用户提示 EMN的时间 和 /或内容。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括 EMN用户代 理和电子邮件客户端, 所述终端解析来自电子邮件服务器的 EMN后, 控制向 用户提示 EMN的时间和 /或内容的过程具体包括:
EMN用户代理解析来自电子邮件服务器的 EMN后, 控制向用户提示 EMN的时间和 /或内容; 或者 EMN用户代理解析来自电子邮件服务器的 EMN后, 向电子邮件客户端 通告 EMN; 电子邮件客户端从所述电子邮件服务器提取到电子邮件后, 控制 向用户提示 EMN的时间和 /或内容。
8、 如权利要求 1至 3 中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 EMN 接收策略中包括用户所需的 EMN内容和 /或接收 EMN的时间。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 EMN接收策略中还包 括用户拒绝接收的电子邮件发送端的地址。
10、 如权利要求 1至 3中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获得用 户 EMN接收策略的终端与根据所述接收策略控制对 EMN处理的终端为同一 执行主体, 或者为不同执行主体。
11、 一种实现电子邮件通知处理的系统, 包括终端和电子邮件服务器, 其 特征在于,
所述终端包括 EMN策略设置模块, 用于获得用户的 EMN接收策略; 所述系统还包括第一 EMN配置控制模块, 用于才艮据所述 EMN策略设置 模块提供的 EMN接收策略, 控制至少一个电子邮件服务器对 EMN的处理。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述电子邮件服务器具体 包括用于在新邮件到达时生成 EMN的 EMN生成模块和用于将所述 EMN发 送给终端的 EMN发送模块, 所述笫一 EMN配置控制模块具体包括:
EMN内容配置控制模块, 用于才艮据所述 EMN策略设置模块提供的 EMN 接收策略, 控制至少一个电子邮件服务器中所述 EMN生成模块生成的 EMN 内容;
和 /或
EMN发送配置控制模块, 用于根据所述 EMN策略设置模块提供的 EMN 接收策略, 控制至少一个电子邮件服务器中所述 EMN发送模块发送 EMN的 时间。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括:
EMN解析模块, 用于解析来自电子邮件服务器的 EMN;
提示模块, 用于根据所述 EMN解析模块提供的 EMN 内容向用户提示 EMN;
第二 EMN配置控制模块,用于根据所述 EMN策略设置模块提供的 EMN 接收策略控制所述提示模块向用户提示 EMN的内容和 /或时间。
14、如权利要求 11至 13中任意一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述 EMN 接收策略中包括用户所需的 EMN内容和 /或接收 EMN的时间。
15、 如权利要求 11至 13中任意一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述第一 EMN配置控制模块位于所述电子邮件服务器的内部或外部。
16、 一种实现电子邮件通知处理的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括: EMN策略设置模块, 用于获得用户的 EMN接收策略;
EMN控制处理模块, 用于根据所述 EMN接收策略控制对 EMN的处理。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括用于解析 来自电子邮件服务器的 EMN的 EMN解析模块, 所述 EMN控制处理模块具 体包括电子 EMN配置控制模块和提示模块, 其中,

19、如权利要求 16至 18中任意一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述 EMN 接收策略中包括用户所需的 EMN内容和 /或接收 EMN的时间。
20、一种实现电子邮件通知处理的系统,包括终端和用于向终端发送 EMN 的电子邮件服务器, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
EMN策略设置模块, 用于获得用户的 EMN接收策略;
EMN控制处理模块, 用于根据所述 EMN接收策略控制对来自所述电子 邮件服务器的 EMN的处理。
