Definitions
- the present invention relates to a smoothing and leveling device for floor surfaces, comprising a screed with a substantially flat base, a pulling device attached to the screed bar, by means of which the smoothing and leveling device can be pulled over the bottom surface in the drawing direction, and a vibration device which can be driven by a drive motor.
- Such smoothing and leveling devices are used in particular in the construction of floors, roadways or false ceilings in buildings, or for the preparation of documents for floors covered with floor panels.
- concrete or similar loose material is applied to the soil surface to be worked.
- smoothing and leveling devices are used in a second step in order to eliminate any unevenness in the surface.
- certain surface shapes and profiles can be produced.
- Such a device is disclosed in patent application EP 0 995 859.
- This device consists of a screed bar, which has a flat lower surface. At this screed a drag mechanism is attached, which can be operated by two handles.
- this device comprises a motor which drives a vibration device connected to the screed bar.
- the uneven ground surface is smoothed so that the pulling device is gradually pulled by a person.
- the trowel associated with the pulling device is moved over the soil surface.
- the vibration of the screed causes the floor surface to be smoothed.
- This device can be operated in the simplest way.
- this device has the particular disadvantage on that an accurate leveling of the unevenness in the smoothing concrete surface is very difficult to accomplish.
- This device follows namely the predetermined contour of the surface of the poured material (for example concrete) and only causes a smoothing of the surface.
- the surface of the bulk material must first be prepared accordingly. This preparation of the surface is associated with a considerable additional effort and additional resources required.
- devices for smoothing and leveling surfaces are known in which a corresponding height control for the screed bar is provided.
- a corresponding height control for the screed bar is provided.
- This device comprises, in particular, a support structure on which the screed bar is held vertically adjustable. The height of the screed is automatically adjusted by this support structure with respect to a reference height, this reference level being indicated by a rotating laser beam.
- Two support means are provided which support the support structure on both sides. These support devices are in turn placed on skids. In operation, these runners slide on a solid surface, for example on a reinforcing rod.
- This device has the particular disadvantage that it must be pulled in principle by means of a mechanical pulling device, since a part of it is in the concrete, so that the preference is much more difficult.
- Another disadvantage of this device is that the height adjustment of the screed a complex adjustment mechanism must be provided, which makes the operation and maintenance of such a device considerably more difficult.
- US 2004/0071509 and US 2005/0069385 publications describe smoothing and leveling devices which include height control devices.
- means for measuring the height are provided so that they can be adjusted in height relative to a vibrating beam.
- the document US 2004/0071509 on the one hand means for height and inclination measurement, and on the other hand facilities for altitude and Inclination indicator provided.
- These devices can be arranged on the screed bar so that the operator of the smoothing and leveling device at any time information about the height or the inclination of the screed has available so that he can run this screed optimally.
- the height and tilt control means are in the drawing direction in front of the screed bar, so that these devices have the same disadvantages as those in the other prior art.
- a control device is provided in the drawing direction after the screed bar, which control device comprises a base plate attached to the screed bar, as well as means for height and / or inclination measurement.
- This invention has the particular advantage that the control device at any time an accurate height and / or inclination measurement or display is guaranteed, which also allows an accurate smoothing and stabilization of the soil surface. light.
- the base plate of the control device, as well as the screed bar is supported floating on the surface to be processed. There are no further supporting devices necessary. When pulling the smoothing and balancing device by means of the pulling device, the smoothing bar and the base plate of the control direction (and thus also the entire control device) are pulled over the surface to be smoothed.
- unevenness in the surface to be processed by the means for height and / or inclination measurement of the control device can be determined directly.
- a corresponding correction can be made by the operator. Thereafter, this correction can be measured again by the control device and, if necessary, be corrected again until the desired height and / or inclination are achieved.
- the structure of this device is very simple and it can be operated very easily. Nevertheless, the surface to be machined can be very precisely smoothed or leveled out.
- the base plate extends over the entire length of the screed.
- the base plate is mounted by means of a loose bearing on the screed bar.
- the advantage of this embodiment lies in the fact that the vibration of the screed, which causes the smoothing of the soil surface, is not transmitted to the base plate of the control device.
- the base plate of the control device always remains on the surface to be processed and therefore allows the transmission of exact measurement data.
- the storage is made of rubber.
- a reference signal can be received by means of the height measurement.
- This signal can be be used to indicate a particular height or distance to a particular point in space.
- the reference signal is embodied as a rotating laser beam determining a reference plane, wherein the means for measuring the height comprises a receiver for this laser beam.
- the means for height and / or inclination measurement are slidably mounted on a yardstick of the control device.
- This embodiment variant has, inter alia, the advantage that the desired processing level can be adjusted simply by moving the means.
- the device can be adapted to the needs of each operator (for example, in terms of body size and eye level). Also, if necessary, the height can be measured directly on the bar.
- control device comprises means for audible and / or visual warning display, wherein the warning display is triggered when a pre-definable altitude and / or tilt threshold is exceeded.
- the person operating the smoothing and leveling device does not have to constantly concentrate on the control device. Each time a predetermined minimum or maximum threshold value is exceeded, it can be informed by the corresponding warning display. This person can concentrate in particular on the surface to be processed. As a result, the machining precision can be further increased, while the processing time and risk of injury can be significantly reduced.
- the storage is interchangeable.
- the advantage of this embodiment lies in the fact that optimal storage can be used for each type of surface to be processed.
- the storage may be damaged or destroyed by the vibration of the screed over time. In such situations A new storage can be substituted so that the efficiency of the equipment can be kept high.
- the smoothing bar is interchangeable.
- the screed is bolted to the rest of the device so that this connection can be released as needed.
- other releasable fastening means are conceivable.
- the respectively most optimal screed bar with respect to the size of the lower surface and its configuration can be used.
- This embodiment variant has the particular advantage that optimum processing of the various surface types (for example concrete surface, surface with loose bulk material as a base for composite blocks or surface of other loose materials) can be ensured at any time.

- FIG. 1 shows a smoothing and leveling device 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
- This smoothing and leveling device 10 has a screed 11.
- This screed bar 11 in turn is formed from a profile which has a substantially flat base surface 12.
- a cap 33 is attached, through which the screed bar 11 is connected to a pulling device 20.
- This pulling device 20 consists of two connecting bars 22 and 23 and two handles 21 and 24 attached thereto.
- the smoothing and leveling device 10 can be pulled in the pulling direction, represented by arrow ZR, over the ground surface to be processed by the operator on the two handles 21 and 24 moves.
- a motor 31 is attached, which in known
- the engine 31 may be, for example, a gasoline engine, but also any other type of engine having the necessary characteristics.
- This vibration device 32 of the screed bar 11 is vibrated. On the one hand, this vibration makes it easier to pull the smoothing and leveling device 10 over the surface to be processed, and on the other hand it can thereby achieve a compression of the covering to be processed.
- the smoothing and leveling device 10 according to the invention may additionally comprise further elements which are not shown in FIG. 1, for example means for regulating the vibration speed or the like.
- a control device 50 is also provided downstream of the screed bar 11 in the pulling direction (arrow ZR).
- This control device 50 comprises in particular a base plate 54 which is attached to the screed bar 11.
- the connection between the base plate 54 and the screed bar 11 is by means of a loose position tion realized 55, as will be described later.
- the base plate 54 of the control device 50 is formed from a piece of sheet metal which extends over the entire length of the smoothing bar 11.
- the control device 50 in Figure 1 comprises a yardstick 51, which is supported on both sides by means of two symmetrical Abstützbarren 56. These Abstützbarren 56 also allow a better and more stable connection between the base plate 54 and the yardstick 51st
- Height and inclination measurement slidably mounted can in particular be designed such that they can each receive a specific reference signal.
- This reference signal may be, for example, a laser beam.
- This laser beam is shown in Figure 2 by a dashed line and provided with the reference symbol LS.
- This laser beam LS is radiated, for example, in a known manner from a transmitting station, not shown, fixed at a location, which emits this laser beam LS in a rotating manner. By this rotating laser beam LS, a plane is set. This plane can then be used as a reference plane.
- the means 53 for measuring the height of the control device 50 may comprise a receiver for the laser beam LS.
- This receiver makes it possible to determine the relative height of the height measurement means 53 with respect to the reference plane formed by the laser beam LS. Thus, it can be determined at any time whether the height measuring means 53 is at the correct level, or whether it is too high or too low.
- the means 53 for height measurement is not firmly connected to the staff 51, but can be displaced. As a result, the means 53 can be adjusted to the correct height with respect to the reference plane. This height, i. the distance between the reference plane formed by the rotating laser beam LS and the surface to be processed is also shown in FIG.
- the inclination of the ground surface to be processed can be determined by means 52 for inclination measurement.
- the means 52 may be implemented, for example, as a simple mechanical gauge, or as an electronic inclinometer. It is basically also possible to determine the inclination of the surface to be processed by an external reference signal.
- the inclination measuring means 52 can also be made adjustable in height on the measuring staff 51 as required. As a result, for example, the fact can be taken into account that different operators can have different body sizes.
- the measurement accuracy in the measurement of the height and / or inclination of the machined surface with the smoothing and compensating device according to the invention depends inter alia substantially on the stability of the base plate 54 of the control device 50. Since the bar 51 is attached and fixed to the base plate 54, all movements of the base plate 54 are transmitted to the yardstick 51, and thus also to the means 52, 53 for height and / or inclination measurement. Since the base plate 54 of the control device 50 in turn is connected to the vibrating screed 11, these vibrations of the screed 11 should normally be transmitted directly to the base plate 54 of the control device 50. However, in one embodiment of the present invention, the base plate 54 of the control device 50 is connected to the screed 11 by means of a loose bearing 55.
- a rubber storage which of course other storage is possible, by means of which the vibrations of the screed 11 either not at all, or only to a small extent to the base plate 54 of the control device 50 are transmitted. Thanks to this loose bearing 55, the base plate 54 of the control device 50 is basically separated from the screed bar 11, so that it is at any time on the surface to be machined despite the vibration of the screed 11. Thus, an exact measurement can be guaranteed at any time.
- both the screed bar 11 and the base plate 53 of the control device 50 are supported on the surface to be processed.
- the surface is smoothed by the leveling bar 11 at a certain level.
- the basic plate 54 of the control device 50 drawn over this smoothed surface, the height and / or inclination of which can be measured by means 52, 53. The operator can then read the height or inclination of the smoothed surface and, if necessary, correct the height and / or inclination.
- the control device 50 of the smoothing and compensating device 10 may in particular also comprise means for audible and / or visual warning indication. These means can in particular also be integrated in the means 52, 53 for height and / or inclination measurement, but also be designed as independent means.
- the warning display can be triggered, for example, if a pre-definable altitude and / or tilt threshold is exceeded. This warning display can be triggered automatically, in particular in connection with the reference plane defined by the laser beam LS.
- optical means such as a flashing light, or acoustic means such as a siren or a corresponding predefined sound.
- FIG. 3 illustrates the smoothing and leveling device 10 according to an embodiment variant of the present invention in one of the two working positions.
- the operator pushes up the pulling device 20 by means of the two handles 21 and 24.
- This printing direction is shown in FIG. 3 by the arrow AR.
- the lower surface of the screed 11 is brought into a position which causes an increase in the surface level.
- the base plate 54 of the control device 50 is again pulled over the smoothed surface, so that the change in height and / or inclination by means of the measuring means 52, 53 can be measured.
- the opposite situation is shown in FIG.
- the level of the surface to be processed is too high.
- the pulling device 20 is pressed by means of the two handles 21 and 24 by the operator down, which is illustrated by the arrow DR.
- the screed bar 11 is adjusted so that the excess material is stripped thereby.
- the height and / or tilt correction can be controlled by the measuring means 52, 53 of the control device 50.
- raised floor surfaces can be leveled and smoothed very precisely and in the simplest and most optimal manner. In this case, accuracies of the level of the surfaces are achievable, which lie in a tolerance, which is smaller than ⁇ 2mm.
- the bulk material for the ground surface may be virtually arbitrary, such as concrete, tar, gravel, sand, SpNt or soil or a mixture thereof, said device is floating supported by the support beam on the material to be leveled.
