Abstract

Es werden ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines zum Formhärten geeigneten Blechhalbzeugs, das ein verbessertes Verhältnis von Festigkeit zu Zähigkeit hat, ein nach dem Verfahren hergestelltes Blechhalbzeug und ein mit dem Blechhalbzeug hergestelltes Bauteil, insbesondere ein Kraftfahrzeug-Karosserie-Bauteil beschrieben. Das Verfahren enthält die folgenden Verfahrensschritte: Herstellung eines Vormaterials aus Vergütungsstahl, dem in vorgewählten Mengen Mikrolegierungselemente hinzugefügt sind, Verarbeitung des Vormaterials in einer Warmwalz- oder Gießwalzstraße zu dem Blechhalbzeug, Behandlung des Vormaterials zunächst bei einer im Bereich der Lösungstemperatur der Mikrolegierungselemente liegenden Temperatur, Abkühlung des Vormaterials zur Auscheidung zumindest eines Teils der Mikrolegierungselemente auf eine unterhalb von deren Ausscheidungstemperatur (TAUSS) liegende Temperatur, Walzen des Vormaterials zur Bildung des Blechhalbzeugs, und Steuerung der Temperatur und Zeitintervalle in verschiedenen Walzzonen und ggf. auch danach so, daß das fertige Blechhalbzeug eine hohe Kornfeinheit und einen vorgewählten Rekristallisationsgrad (α ± RX) aufweist.
