  • protrusions will operate as engaging means adapted to position the holding means 200in a longitudinally desirable position inside the main elongated body 100.
  • Elastic materials such as rubber can be used to increase friction between the holding means 200 and the groove or slot 101 , whereas materials known for their low friction coefficient such as PTFE, polyethylene etc can be used to reduce friction between said elements 200,101.
  • the assembly for drawing is further specified in that: a) the main elongated body 100 is longer than the width and the width is bigger than the depth, and elongated slot 101 is oriented in its longitudinal direction, and b) the holding means 200 comprises two parts a first upper part 220, a second part 210 having a groove with overhanging sides 211 in its longitudinal direction adapted to cooperate with the first upper part 220.
  • the first upper part 220 is adapted to slide inside the second part 210 in a longitudinal direction with reference to the first 220 and second part 210.
  • the surfaces within the gap 201 can be adapted to fix the marking elements in a wanted position, holding the marking elements firmly fixed in a sideway direction with reference to the longitudinal side of the holding means 200 and further to give a suitable friction between the surface and the marking elements. Further adjustments of the characteristically friction between the marking elements and its holding means is achieved in that the first upper part 220 is adapted to hold the marking elements 3 with a force dependent on the relative position of the first upper part 220 with respect to the second part 210. By studying figure 2-5 it will be evident that the friction between the holding means 200 and the marking elements can be precisely tuned by sliding the upper part 220 in a to-and-fro movement.
  • an optional elastic element fixed at point e By moving the upper part 220 backwards relative to the second part 210 an optional elastic element fixed at point e will increase its pressure towards the second part 210 and hence also against the marking elements. Contrary moving the upper part in the opposite direction will decrease the pressure between the optional elastic element e and the second part/marking elements.
  • the elastic element fixed at e can be of any suitable type of rubber, plastic or any other elastic compound that is suitable for use according to the present invention.
  • the elastic means and or the surface of the gap 201 can be provided with small longitudinal grooves adapted to further fix the marking element in a longitudinal direction with respect to the holding means 200.
  • the second part is provided with a number of recesses in the overhanging sidewalls 211 , these recesses may be used as default positions for protrusions in the upper part 220 to engage with the second part 210.
  • the recesses are adapted to suit different thicknesses of the marking elements.
  • the holding means 200 will be described with support in the enclosed drawings. It is to be understood that other designs of the holding means are possible using the principle of a number of parallel marking elements hence the holding means 200 can have a number of other designs.
  • the first upper part 220 is designed as a sheet that is longer than its width, a midsection at a first end of the sheet is bent backward 90 to 180 degrees, the first bend, with a buckling point a approximately centred between the sheets endpoints and substantially normal to the longitudinal direction of the sheet, the backward bent part is further bent 0 to 90 degrees, the second bend, around buckling point b in the same direction as the first bend, the backward bent part is still further bent in an opposite direction of the second bend with 90 to 180 degrees around the buckling point f, the third bend, finally a fourth bend is introduced around the buckling point c in the same direction as the third bend, at a second end or substantially at the second end e of the sheet an elastic element is attached where the elastic element has a length approximately identical to the width of the sheet.
  • the main body 100 comprising all its sub elements, hence being a complete drawing assembly, can adopt a number of shapes these shapes will be governed by use and by ergonomically needs by the artist. A number of different materials can be used so as to increase friction between the drawing hand and the drawing assembly 100 - the multipencil.

  • the holding means 2 can be separated into two parts a top part and a bottom part, in the two flats facing each other one can have recesses adapted for at least two marking elements.
  • the recesses can be replaced by an elastic compound such as rubber and when the bottom part and the upper part are mounted there is a mutual pressure between them caused by the elastic compound.
  • the holding means 2 can be fixed into a main elongated body 1 either because the main body 1 can be divided into two in its longitudinal direction, or one can have internal spring members in the main body 1 which make it possible to slide the holding means 2 into the main body 1 by force in its longitudinal opening at one of the ends of the main body 1. These internal spring members can fix the holding means 2 into a wanted positions, or one may additionally have engaging means internal in the main body 1 that engages with the holding means 2. These engaging means can e.g. be designed as is known from universal knifes with retractable blade or as it is known from "brake off 1 blade knifes.   • the subject matter according to the present invention is in its most basic embodiment characterised as a versatile drawing tool where at last two marking elements suitable for applying lines to a substrate are adapted to be in contact with a substrate at the same time.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un ensemble permettant de dessiner, l'ensemble comportant au moins un moyen de retenue (2, 200), au moins un élément de marquage (3), et en variante un corps allongé principal (1, 100). L'ensemble est un outil polyvalent permettant de dessiner à la main, un certain nombre d'éléments de marquage, tels que des mines de crayon, étant montés de manière adjacente les uns aux autres en parallèle et étant adaptés pour tracer de manière simultanée un certain nombre de traits.
