Abstract

Dispositif pour la fabrication ou la préparation de pâte à papier, qui comporte une cuve essentiellement cylindrique destinée à recevoir la matière fibreuse à désagréger ou à traiter de la pâte à papier. Sur le fond de la cuve est placé un rotor rotatif essentiellement parallèle au fond, à l'aide duquel une phase aqueuse se trouvant dans la cuve peut être amenée en rotation rapide pour produire une suspension de la matière fibreuse ou préparer une suspension existante. La cuve possède un orifice de sortie pour la pâte à papier. L'objet de la présente invention est d'obtenir une teneur élevée en matière solide dans la pâte à papier, avec une réduction de la consommation de puissance. A cet effet, le rotor est entouré radialement d'une bague de stator, ladite bague de stator pouvant être conçue sous forme de bague périphérique continue. Ladite bague de stator peut s'élever environ jusqu'à la moitié de la hauteur des pales du rotor. Ledit dispositif peut être conçu sous forme de triturateur ou de classeur.
