Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaumstoffmatratze (M), die eine durch zwei Längs- und zwei Querseiten vorgegebene Liegefläche (L) und eine darunter liegende Grundfläche (G) aufweist, die ferner einen Schichtaufbau aus wenigstens zwei, in einer zugehörigen Grenzfläche (4, 5) aneinandergrenzende Schaumstoffschichten (1, 2, 3) aufweist, deren Schaumstoffmaterial sich hinsichtlich der Stauchhärte unterscheidet. Diese ist ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Grenzfläche (4, 5) zwischen der Liegefläche (L) und der Grundfläche (G) verlaufend angeordnet ist und so ausgestaltet ist, dass sich die Dicken wenigstens zwei der Schichten (1, 2, 3) wenigstens abschnittsweise in der durch die Längsseiten vorgegebenen Richtung ändern.
