Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung zumindest teilweise oberflächenverdichteter Werkstücke (7) mit einer konvexen (16); (17) oder/und konkaven Oberfläche (14; 15) aufweisend ein verdichtetes Sintermaterial oder ein gegossenes oder/und geschmiedetes Material, wobei zur Verbesserung einer Maßgenauigkeit insbesondere in Verbindung mit einer verbesserten Verschleißfestigkeit eine Vorform des Werkstückes (7) mit einem lokal selektiven Aufmaß bezogen auf ein Endmaß des Werkstückes (7) hergestellt wird und mittels wenigstens eines Walzwerkzeuges (2); (3) auf das Endmaß gewalzt wird. Insbesondere wird das Werkstück (7) dabei zumindest in einem Teilbereich seiner Oberfläche zur Erzeugung einer verdichteten Randschicht an einer Oberfläche lokal variiert verdichtet. Des Weiteren ist eine entsprechende Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zur Auslegung eines Walzwerkzeuges vorgesehen.
