Mode for the Invention [36] FIG.1 shows a straw with a reservoir according to a detailed embodiment of the present invention. [37] As shown in FIG.l, a reservoir 200 is disposed along the lower outer periphery of a body 100, in such a manner as to have the same diameter as that of the straw body 100
(see FIG.l) or have a smaller diameter than that of the straw body 100 by the formation of a groove portion reduced inwardly toward the straw body 100 (see
FIG.2). [38] Further, the straw of the present invention has a closing protrusion 110 disposed along each of the top and bottom end peripheries of the reservoir 200. [39] A cover 300 is of a generally cylindrical tube and slides upwardly and downwardly along the straw body 100 at a state of being fitted along the straw body 100, such that the reservoir 200 is opened and closed. [40] At the state where the cover 300 is closed, the inner periphery of the cover 300 comes into close contact with the closing protrusions 110 and thus keeps its air tightness, such that the food contained in the reservoir 200 cannot be exposed to the outside.
[41] FIG.2 shows another detailed embodiment of the present invention.
[42] In the same manner as shown in FIG.l, the straw of the present invention as shown in FIG.2 has the reservoir 200 disposed along the lower outer periphery of the straw body 100, in such a manner as to have the same diameter as that of the straw body 100
(see FIG.3) or have a smaller diameter than that of the straw body 100 by the formation of a groove portion reduced inwardly toward the straw body 100 (see
FIG.4). [43] As shown in FIG.2, a guiding protrusion 120 is spaced apart from the reservoir 200
(that is, from the top side closing protrusion 110). [44] The guiding protrusion 120 is formed along the outer periphery of the straw body
100 like the closing protrusion 110. [45] A stopping protrusion 130 is spaced apart from the guiding protrusion 120 and
disposed along the outer periphery of the straw body 100.
[46] In the case where the guiding protrusion 120 and the stopping protrusion 130 are further provided, at the state where the cover 300 is closed the inner periphery of the cover 300 comes into close contact with the closing protrusions 110 and thus keeps its air tightness, and the top end inner periphery of the cover 300 abuts with the guiding protrusion 120. On the other hand, if the cover 300 is moved upwardly to open the reservoir 200, the top end inner periphery of the cover 300 is passed over the guiding protrusion 120 to come into contact with the stopping protrusion 130, thereby maintaining the opened state.
[47] The length of the cover 300 is determined in accordance with the lengths of the guiding protrusion 120 and the stopping protrusion 110, and if the length of the cover 300 is extended to pull the top end portion thereof upwardly, the reservoir 200 can be opened, without any direct contact with the portion of the drinking straw being into the beverage.
[48] FIG.5 shows a tea bag 11 contained in the reservoir 200.
[49] As shown in FIG.5, the tea bag 11 is contained in the reservoir 200, and in this case, the tea bag 11 may include
[50] all kinds of tea like green tea, black tea, edible flower tea, red tea, herb tea, Oriental medical tea, and coffee.
[51] The tea bag 11 can be separated from the straw, as shown in FIG.5, if the cover 300 is completely opened at the state where the tea bag 11 is contained in the reservoir 200, and contrarily, even though not shown in the drawing, it can be fixed in the reservoir 200 by means of attaching means like a band or tape.
[52] A method for fixing the tea bag 11 is not limited as in FIG.5, and it is freely adopted.
[53] At the state where the tea bag 11 is provided in the reservoir 200, if the cover 300 is opened to drink the beverage, the contents in the tea bag 11 are dissolved into the beverage and are drunk together with the beverage.
[54] That is, if a carbonated beverage is sucked up by using the drinking straw of the present invention, a user can drink the carbonated beverage containing the green tea- contents therein.
[55] FIG.6 shows powder as health supplement food contained in the reservoir 200 of the drinking straw of the present invention.
[56] As shown in FIG.6, the power type of health supplement food 22 is contained in the reservoir 200, and in this case, the health supplement food 22 may include all kinds of health supplement food that can be manufactured in a power shape, such as green tea, vitamin, yeast, pollen, enzyme, lactobacillus, chlorella, embryo bud, mushroom, cordyceps, chitosan, glucosamine, Ginseng, steamed red Ginseng, herb, calcium,
selenium, and aloe.
[57] Like this, at the state where the power type of health supplement food 22 is provided in the reservoir 200, if the cover 300 is opened and the beverage into which the power is poured is mixed by using the drinking straw, the contents in the health supplement food 22 are dissolved in the beverage and are drunk together with the beverage, such that a user can drink the beverage containing the health supplement food 22 therein.
[58] FIG.7 shows a non- woven fabric 33 rolled in the reservoir 200 of the drinking straw of the present invention.
