Abstract

L'invention concerne des composés interagissant avec des canaux ioniques. L'invention concerne, notamment, des composés représentés par la formule (I), (II), (III), (IV), (V) ou (VI), des stéréoisomères, des tautomères, des racémiques, des promédicaments, des métabolites de ceux-ci ou un sel pharmaceutiquement et/ou un solvate de celui-ci. Dans la formule (I), (II), (III), (IV), (V) ou (VI), X1, X2, X3, X4, t, s, A1, L1, L2, R1, R2, et R4 ont la même signification que celle définie dans la revendication 1. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation desdits composés, des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant lesdits composés et l'utilisation de ces composés dans des méthodes de traitement du corps humain ou animal.
