Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine DNA-Polymerase mit erhöhter Fehlpaarungsdiskriminierung, welche im Vergleich zur Wildtyp-Variante mindestens eine Mutation in ihrer Aminosäure-Sequenz aufweist, sowie eine Wirtszelle und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der DNA-Polymerase. Desweiteren betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung die Verwendung der DNA-Polymerase in diagnostischen und molekularbiologischen Verfahren und ein Kit, welches die DNA-Polymerase enthält.
