Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung mit zumindest einer mit biologischem Gewebe und/oder Flüssigkeit in Kontakt kommenden Oberfläche, welche zumindest teilweise mit einer Substanz beschichtet ist, die die Bindung von mesenchymalen Stammzellen (MSC) vermittelt, ein Verfahren zur Bindung und/oder Isolierung von MSC aus biologischem Gewebe und/oder Flüssigkeit, ein Nucleinsäuremolekül, das selektiv und hochspezifisch an MSC bindet, die Verwendung des Nucleinsäuremoleküls zur Bindung und/oder Isolierung von MSC aus biologischem Gewebe und/oder Flüssigkeit, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer eingangs genannten Vorrichtung.
