Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour gazéifier et/ou dégazer des récipients (2) à sceller avec un film (4), dans lesquels on introduit notamment des aliments (5) ou similaires, comprenant une plaque de scellement (7) agissant sur la surface extérieure du film (4) et fermant celui-ci de manière étanche à l'air avec la région de bord (3) du récipient (4). Conformément à l'invention, la gazéification ou le dégazage des récipients (4) doivent être considérablement accrus par rapport aux temps de cycles connus jusqu'à présent, et en même temps, les frais de l'installation pour un tel dispositif (1) doivent être réduits. Ceci est réalisé par le fait qu'on peut insérer un schnorchel (11) entre le film (4) et la région de bord (3) du récipient (2), que la plaque de scellement (7) présente un évidement (14) s'étendant dans la région du schnorchel (11) et que le film (4) est connecté dans la région du schnorchel (11) après son enlèvement, au moyen d'une matrice de scellement (15) de manière étanche à l'air à la région de bord (3) du récipient (2) ou qu'une soupape (21) est disposée dans le récipient (2) ou dans le film (4), que l'on peut insérer depuis l'extérieur un schnorchel (11) dans la soupape (21) et qu'après ou pendant l'opération de scellement par rapport à la plaque de scellement (7), l'espace fermé par le film (4) et le récipient (2) puisse être évacué et/ou gazéifié par le biais du schnorchel (11).
