Description

Multistorey building with installations
Technical field
The present invention relates to a multistorey building comprising at least one vertical shaft extending through the multistorey building. More specifically the present invention relates to such a multistorey building in which installations are arranged horizontally between the vertical shaft and a connection point as well as to a method for arrangement of such installations.
Description of the prior art
During building of multistorey buildings shafts are built for vertical installations such as water pipes, drainpipes, heating pipes, electrical wires and ventilation ducts which are to be connected to each apartment. Usually the shafts are built on site by the building contractor while the installations are installed by staff from different installation contractors for each one of the above-mentioned installations. In the horizontal direction the installations are connected to an installation central or a connection to a building shaft. The installation central/building shaft connection is usually arranged in the top or the bottom of the multistorey building. Each installation contractor projects his own installations in the shafts and in the horizontal direction between each one of the shafts and the corresponding installation central/building shaft connection. In order to avoid excessive problems during the installation of the different installations in the shafts and in the horizontal direction between the shafts and the corresponding installation central/building shaft connection a lot of coordination is required between the installation contractors. Installation of the installations is also time demanding and complicated as it has to be performed in narrow spaces and uncomfortable working positions. The Swedish Patent SE 330 074 describes a building element with sections of in a building included pipe systems for for example water, drain, exhaust air, electrical power, heating etc. wherein the connected pipe sections of the elements essentially form rising mains in the finished building and thus extends from one floor to the other. Three different building elements are suggested to be used. Each building element comprises a frame structure in which the installations are fixed. After the arrangement of the building elements in the building installations in the shaft are connected to connection points outside the shaft.
The building elements according to SE 330 074 partially solves the problem according to the prior art. However, the problems with connecting installations in the horizontal direction to a connection point for further connection to an installation central/building shaft connection remain.
Summary of the invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a multistorey building which may be achieved in a more simple way than multistorey buildings according to the prior art, especially with regard to installations in the multistorey building.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a method for connecting installations of at least a first kind, in a first vertical shaft group, with a first connection point, which method is more simple than methods according to the prior art.
These objects are provided with a multistorey building and a method according to the appended independent claims.
Further advantages are provided with the features that are defined in the dependent claims.
A basic idea with the present invention is to provide modules in order to horizontally connect installations in the shaft with a connection point. By using modules prefabrication to a high degree is enabled and thereby a faster and more rational erection on the building site.
According to a first aspect of the present invention a multistorey building is provided comprising a first vertical shaft group comprising at least a shaft which extends through the multistorey building and a first shaft connection point, an installation of a first kind which extends through essentially the entire first vertical shaft group, a first connection point to which the installation of the first kind is connected via the first shaft connection point. The installation is chosen from the group comprising ventilation ducts, heating pipes, water pipes, electrical wires and drain pipes. The first shaft connection point and the first connection point are arranged on a common floor in the multistorey building. The multistorey building also comprises a first installation device with an installation of the first kind being connected to the installation of the first kind in the first vertical shaft group and which extends essentially horizontally within the common floor from the first shaft connection point to the first connection point. The multistorey building is characterized in that the installation of the first kind on the first installation device is connected to the installation of the first kind in the first vertical shaft group by means of a coupling device of a first kind, and that the first installation device comprises at least one installation module. Each one of said at least one installation module comprises a load-bearing platform, an installation of the first kind arranged on the platform, and at least one support device comprising a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is attached to the platform and the second end is arranged at a distance from the platform.
By arranging the installations on installation modules the installation of installations horizontally in the multistorey building is simplified. The installation modules, on which the installations are arranged, may be produced at a factory and be transported to the building site where they are coupled together in order to provide the finished installations in the horizontal direction between a shaft and a connection point. The installation device, which is formed by the installation modules, may be arranged in an arbitrary floor in the multistorey building but is preferably arranged in the attic or in the basement.
By providing at least one support device on the installation module the arrangement of the installation module on the building site is simplified.
The first connection point may be coupled to one or more installation centrals. The installation centrals may be arranged on the common floor and/or on another floor. In the case that an installation central is arranged on another floor it is connected to the common floor by a building shaft. The installation central may for example be an electrical central, a fan room, a water connection, a drain connection or a substation.
The installation device may comprise at least a first installation module and a second installation module, wherein the installation of the first kind in the first installation module is coupled to the installation of the first kind in the second installation module by means of a coupling device of the first kind.
By the installation device being divided in a first installation module and a second installation module the dimensions of the first installation module and the second installation module may be limited. The transport to the building site is thereby simplified. The coupling device of the first kind may be any type of coupling device which simplifies the coupling on the building site. Examples on coupling devices are slide muffs, screw connections or electro- fusion muffs.
Independent on whether the installation device comprises one or more installation modules the first vertical shaft group may also comprise an installation of a second kind chosen from the group comprising ventilation ducts, heating pipes, water pipes, electrical wires and drain pipes, wherein the installation device comprises an installation of the second kind being coupled to the installation of the second kind in the first shaft group by means of a coupling device of a second kind in the first shaft connection point.
By arranging more than one kind of installation on the installation device a further rationalized erection of the multistorey building is enabled.
The coupling device of the second kind is arranged to connect installations of the second kind.
Also when the installation device comprises a first and a second installation module, the first vertical shaft group may also comprise an installation of a second kind chosen from the group comprising ventilation ducts, heating pipes, water pipes, electrical wires and drain pipes, wherein the installation device comprises an installation of the second kind which is coupled to the installation of the second kind in the first shaft group by means of a coupling device of a second kind in the first shaft connection point and wherein the installation of the second kind in the first installation module is coupled to the installation of the second kind in the second installation module by means of a coupling device of the second kind.
The division of the installation device in at least two installation modules simplifies the transport of the installation modules to the building site.
The multistorey building may comprise a second vertical shaft group which comprises at least one shaft which extends through the multistorey building and a second shaft connection point which is arranged on the common floor, at least one installation of the first kind which extends through essentially the entire second vertical shaft group, and a second installation device which extends within the common floor from the second vertical shaft group to the first connection point and which comprises an installation of the first kind connected to the installation of the first kind in the second vertical shaft group in the second shaft connection point by means of a coupling device of the first kind. The second installation device may comprise at least one installation module, wherein each one of said at least one installation module comprises a load bearing platform and an installation of the first kind.
An arbitrary number of shaft groups may be connected to the first connection point. By connecting more than one shaft group to the first connection point a further rationalized installation of the installations in the multi-storey building is enabled. It is not necessary that all installation devices comprise the same installations. It is also possible that the first installation device comprises an installation of the first kind while the second installation device comprises an installation of the second kind.
Each one of the installation modules may comprise at least three support devices, the second ends of which define a plane at a distance from the platform. Thereby an installation module may be provided which may be placed stabily on a surface. This simplifies the arrangement of the installation module on the building site for the multistorey building.
Each one of the installation modules is arranged to be placed with the second ends of the support devices against a surface. The surface may for example be a floor, a wall or a roof.
In case the multistorey building comprises at least two installation devices it may comprise a main installation device with an installation of the first kind which is coupled to the installation of the first kind in the first connection point by means of a coupling device of the first kind and which extends from the first connection point to a second connection point. The main installation device may comprise at least one main installation module, wherein each one of said at least one main installation module comprises a load bearing platform and an installation of the first kind arranged on the platform. With such a main installation device the arrangement of installations in the multistorey building may be further rationalized. The first connection point may be situated for example in between the first shaft group and the second shaft group. The main installation device is common for both shaft groups from the first connection point to the second connection point.
The main installation device may be arranged on an arbitrary floor in the multistorey building but is preferably arranged on the attic or in the basement.
