技术领域
本发明属于医药用包装材料, 具体涉及一种大输液软袋包装用接口。
背景技术
' 现有大输液软袋用硬接口,配药与输液均通过拉环式组合盖 6的同一个组合盖胶塞 62 (如图 8所示), 由于配药与用药的时间及地点都不同, 组合盖胶塞 62裸露在空气中 而受到污染, 输液时输液器的针头易将附在组合盖胶塞 62上的病菌带入药液中, 从而 易引起输液的安全事故。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种将配药口与输液 口分开, 使配药及输液方便、 安全, 避免药液受到污染, 同时又可通过其直接将药灌入 装药袋中、 结构及生产工艺简单、 生产成本低的大输液软袋用带配药嘴的硬双口管。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用下述技术方案: 本发明的大输液软袋用带配药嘴 的硬双口管, 其特征在于它由可将药灌入软袋及将药液输出的硬双接口、及通过其可配 药的配药嘴组成; 所述硬双接口由灌药接口、与灌药接口并列设置的配药接口和将两接 口连接成整体的连接座组成,配药接口与配药嘴密封连接; 所述配药嘴设有可利于配药 用的注射器针筒剌穿同时又可在针筒拔出后自收缩密封的胶塞。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述灌药接口由灌药通道和置于灌药通道上端的灌药接 口连接环组成, 所述配药接口由配药通道和置于配药通道上端的配药接口连接环组成, 配药接口连接环与配药嘴焊接密封连接或压合密封连接。
作为本发明的更进一步改进, 所述设有胶塞的配药嘴包括外盖, 胶塞置于外盖内, 外盖顶部设有折断后可露出胶塞的易折帽,外盖与配药接口所设配药接口连接环焊接密 封连接或压合密封连接。进一步, 外盖的下部可套于配药接口外, 外盖与配药接口的接 合部设有压合凹台, 配药接口的配药接口连接环上相对应处设有压合凸台, 外盖与配药 接口连接环压合密封连接。

作为本发明的又一更进一步改进', 所述设有胶塞的配药嘴包括连接盖及外盖, 所述 外盖与连接盖上部相连, 连接盖的内腔中设有一可由针筒穿刺的盖密封膜, 胶塞密封于 连接盖的盖密封膜与外盖之间, 外盖顶部设有一折断后可露出胶塞的易折帽, 连接盖下 部与配药接口焯接密封连接。所述连接盖的底部设有一盖连接环, 盖连接环与配药接口 所设配药接口连接环焊接密封连接, 连接盖上部与外盖焊接密封连接或压合密封连接。
所述连接座上与大输液软袋的袋膜相焊接的焊接面为易焊接的唇形焊接面。
本发明与大输液软袋组合, 可通过配药接口配药, 通过灌药接口输液, 解决了配药 与输液共用同一通道的问题, 使配药及输液方便、 安全, 避免药液受到污染。其结构简 单, 成本低。本发明通过灌药通道可直接给输液袋的装药袋灌药, 使带本发明的硬双口 管的大输液软袋包装与原有硬单口管大输液软袋包装生产工艺相近, 生产设备相对简 单, 生产工艺简单、 生产成本低。 本发明的配药嘴由外盖、 胶塞组成或由外盖、 胶塞及 连接盖组成, 并采用外盖上的易折帽代替现有技术中外盖的拉环, 使原材料价格便宜, 内胶塞相对原有结构减小可 约成本, 整个配药嘴结构简单, 成本却大大降低。

图 3、 4示出了本发明的实施例 2, 本实施例与实施例 1不同之处在于外盖 21的下 部套于配药接口 12外, 外盖 21与配药接口连接环 121压合密封连接。 为使外盖 21与 配药接口 12结合紧密,在外盖 21与配药接口 12的接合部设有压合凹台 212,配药接口 12的配药接口连接环 121上相对应处设有压合凸台 1211, 同时在灌药接口连接环 111 上还设有灌药接口压合凸台 1111。

Claims

2、 根据权利要求 1所述的大输液软袋用带配药嘴的硬双口管, 其特征在于所述灌 药接口 (11 ) 由灌药通道(112)和置于灌药通道(112)上端的灌药接口连接环(111 ) 组成, 所述配药接口 (12) 由配药通道(122)和置于配药通道(122)上端的配药接口 连接环 (121 ) 组成, 配药接口连接环 (121 )与配药嘴 (2)焊接密封连接或压合密封 连接。
.3、 根据权利要求 2所述的大输液软袋用带配药嘴的硬双口管, 其特征在于所述设 有胶塞(22) 的配药嘴(2)包括外盖(21), 胶塞(22)置于外盖(21) 内, 外盖(21) 顶部设有折断后可露出胶塞 (22)的易折帽 (211 ), 外盖(21 )与配药接口 (12)所设 配药接口连接环(121)焊接密封连接或压合密封连接。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的大输液软袋用带配药嘴的硬双口管, 其特征在于所述外 盖(21) 的下部套于配药接口 (12)外, 外盖(21 ) 与配药接口 (12) 的接合部设有压 合凹台(212),配药接口(12)的配药接口连接环(121)上相对应处设有压合凸台(1211), 外盖 (21) 与配药接口连接环(121)压合密封连接。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4所述的大输液软袋用带配药嘴的硬双口管, 其特征在 于所述配药通道 ( 122) 内腔的上端设置有可防止药液与配药嘴(2) 的胶塞 (22)接触 同时配药时又易于注射器针头刺穿的密封膜(1221)。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的大输液软袋用带配药嘴的硬双口管, 其特征在于所述设 有胶塞 (22) 的配药嘴(2)包括连接盖 (23)及外盖(21 ), 所述外盖 (21 )与连接盖
(23)上部相连, 连接盖(23) 的内腔中设有一可由针筒穿刺的盖密封膜(231 ), 胶塞 (22)密封于连接盖 (23) 的盖密封膜(231 ) 与外盖 (21 ) 之间, 外盖 (21 )顶部设 有一折断后可露出胶塞(22) 的易折帽 (211), 连接盖(23)下部与配药接口 (12)焊 接密封连接。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的大输液软袋用带配药嘴的硬双口管, 其特征在于所述连 接盖(23) 的底部设有一盖连接环 (232), 盖连接环 (232) 与配药接口 (12)所设配 药接口连接环 (121 )焊接密封连接, 连接盖(23)上部与外盖(21 )悍接密封连接或 压合密封连接。
8、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3、 4、 6或 7所述的大输液软袋用带配药嘴的硬双口管, 其特征在于所述连接座 ( 13)上与大输液软袋袋膜相焊接的焊接面为易焊接的唇形焊接 面(131 )。
