随着科技的进步, 传统的显像管电视逐渐地会被液晶显示器所取代, 主要 原因在于液晶显示器的液晶面板(LCD)较薄使得整体体积较传统显像管电视 小, 加以制造技术的成熟, 使价格降低, 进而吸引消费者的购买欲, 因此液晶 显示器的市场未来将蓬勃发展。
如图 8所示, 现今的显示器结构, 其包括有: 一机壳, 由前框 91及后盖 92组成; 及一液晶面板(LCD) 93, 包覆有金属固定板 94 以通过金属固定板 94 而设于前框 91 ; 及一电路板 95, 结合一电磁波防护网 96, 设于金属固定板 94 上。 由于机壳的前框 91、 后盖 92 皆采用塑料材料制成, 在耐热、 冲击强度及 抗拉强度上都较脆弱, 因此机壳不便直接与显示器内所设构件装配, 故显示器 内所设构件需附带有金属固定件方能进行固定, 如此不但组装繁琐且增加组装 的费用。
综上所述, 由于现今的显示器的机壳均采用塑料材料制成, 其至少具有如 下的不足:
1.在价格方面: 未来石油日渐枯竭, 产量越来越吃紧, 原油价飙高, 影响 塑料原料供应短缺, 致价格飞涨, 需优先考虑取代的物质。
2.在物理特性方面: 日本的 M公司所作实验, 证明塑料材料对电磁波屏 蔽效果为零, 除非是电镀或金属层; 且由于塑料材料不能导电, 无法排除静电, 故常有静电残留。
3.在强度方面: 在耐热、 冲击强度及抗拉强度上, 塑料机壳较脆弱, 若突 然受尖锐外力冲击时就会有脆裂、 崩裂现象产生。
4.在熔点方面: ABS熔点 90°C, PC为 16CTC不耐热, 易产生有毒物质。 5.在环保回收方面: 使用塑料机壳经证实会产生有毒物质, 因具有溴化阻 燃剂会产生多溴二苯醚, 有致癌性, 经长期使用发热, 逸散污染室内空气, 故 白领阶级被污染最深。
6.在国际组织要求方面:塑料机壳回收较困难,并增加回收成本污染环境, 最终对人类健康造成危害,欧盟于今年 2006年 7月 1 日开始实施有害物质禁制 令 (RoHS), 强调限制使用有毒物质, (WEEE)的指令强调产品生命周期终端的问 题, 使用有害物质对环境及健康造成不利。

由以上所述可知, 现有显示器机壳构造上未达到理想状态, 因而需要改良 。 基于以上的原因, 本发明人积极寻求改进方法, 经由无数次的设计、 实验, 得到了本发明。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于获得一种可节省显示器内的金属固定件及电磁波防护 网, 并具有环保、 强度佳、 可排除静电、 吸热散热快、 美观、 制造成本低等功 效的以镁合金 /铝合金压铸的液晶电视、 等离子电视及桌上型显示器等显示器 用的机壳。
构造上包括有:前框、 后盖, 其以镁合金或铝合金为材料压铸制成, 于预 定处设有螺接结构, 用以固定显示器内所设构件; 其材质强度佳、 耐撞不易碎 且耐热, 可直接与显示器内所设构件装配, 以节省现有塑料壳显示器为了装配 构件所附带的金属固定件, 可快速组装及节省组装费用, 且通过材料特性而衍 生许多特殊功效; 此外, 机壳设有接地线以连接于接地极, 用以排除静电。

机壳 10由前框 11及后盖 12组成, 其以镁合金或铝合金为材料, 经由压 铸加工方式制成, 预定处设有数个螺接结构 30 ; 该螺接结构 30为机壳 10的前 框 11及后盖 12上设有螺纹孔座 31、 32。
显示器内所设构件 20包括:液晶面板 21, 位于机壳 10内, 侧边相对于螺 接结构 30处设有定位板 23, 定位板 23上设有孔 33, 以配合螺件 35固定于机 壳 10的前框 11上; 及电路板 22, 位于机壳 10内, 侧边相对于螺紋孔座 32处 设有孔 34, 以配合螺件 36固定于机壳 10的后盖 12上。
由于机壳 10 以镁合金或铝合金为材料压铸制成, 故可通过其强度佳、 耐 撞不易碎及耐热等材料特性,直接与显示器内所设构件 20装配, 以节省现有塑 料壳显示器为了装配构件所附带的金属固定件, 而达到快速组装及减少组装费 用的功效。
且由于机壳 10具有导电性, 而可设一接地线 13以连接于接地极 14, 用以 排除静电。

4.如权利要求 2 所述的以镁合金 /铝合金压铸的液晶电视、 等离子电视及 桌上型显示器等显示器用的机壳, 其特征在于:
该螺接结构为: 机壳预定处设有孔, 显示器内所设构件的相对处设有孔, 该二孔间设有二端具有螺孔的连接件, 以配合二螺件将显示器内所设构件固定 于机壳上。
5.如权利要求 2 所述的以镁合金 /铝合金压铸的液晶电视、 等¾子电视及 桌上型显示器等显示器用的机壳, 其特征在于:
该螺接结构为: 机壳预定处设有螺孔座, 显示器内所设构件的相对处设有 孔, 该螺孔座与孔之间设有一端具有外螺紋, 另一端具有螺孔的连接件, 该连 接件的外螺紋螺设于螺孔座以配合螺件将显示器内所设构件固定于机壳上。
6.如权利要求 1 所述的以镁合金 /铝合金压铸的液晶电视、 等离子电视及 桌上型显示器等显示器用的机壳, 其特征在于:
该电路板设于后盖上。
7.如权利要求 1 所述的以镁合金 /铝合金压铸的液晶电视、 等离子电视及 桌上型显示器等显示器用的机壳, 其特征在于:
该电路板具有一固定板, 该固定板大致与液晶面板平行, 其下缘向下凸出 于液晶面板而固定于前框。
8.如权利要求 1 所述的以镁合金 /铝合金压铸的液晶电视、 等离子电视及 桌上型显示器等显示器用的机壳, 其特征在于:
该液晶面板的周缘设有数个迫紧结构; 该迫紧结构包括: 一螺纹孔座, 设 于前框的预定处; 及一定位片, 其顶于液晶面板, 其相对于螺紋孔座处设有一 孔; 及一螺件, 其穿过孔而螺设于螺紋孔座, 用以将液晶面板向前框迫紧固定
9.如权利要求 1 所述的以镁合金 /铝合金压铸的液晶电视、 等离子电视及 桌上型显示器等显示器用的机壳, 其特征在于:
该机壳的后盖设有至少一个固定挂勾, 并于预定挂设处设有一挂条, 该挂 条上具有相对于固定挂勾的挂吊部, 该固定挂勾挂设于挂条的挂吊部。
