Abstract
Eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zum Fördern von flüssigen und/oder gasförmigen Medien, mit einer Anzahl von wenigstens zwei Pumpkammern, deren Volumen sich bei Arbeitsbetrieb periodisch ändern, wobei jede Pumpkammer wenigstens ein Zufluss- und Abflussventil hat und alle Pumpkammern einen gemeinsamen Hauptzufluss und einen gemeinsamen Hauptabfluss haben und den Pumpkammern wenigstens ein Antrieb zugeordnet ist, der derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Volumen der Pumpkammern sich mit einer Phasenverschiebung von 2π/Kammeranzahl ändern. Außerdem eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zum Fördern von flüssigen und/oder gasförmigen Medien, mit einer Anzahl von wenigstens zwei Pumpkammern, deren Volumen sich bei Arbeitsbetrieb periodisch ändern, wobei die Pumpkammem derart ausgebildet und angeordnet sind, dass wenigstens zwei benachbarte Pumpkammern eine gemeinsame Wand umfassen, die derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie zur Änderung des Volumens der benachbarten Pumpkammern dient. Außerdem ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren zum Fördern von flüssigen und/oder gasförmigen Medien unter Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen-Vorrichtung, wobei die Vorrichtung derart angesteuert wird, dass sich die Volumen der Pumpkammern mit einer Phasenverschiebung von 2π/Kammeranzahl ändern.
