Abstract

Es besteht bei Dünnschicht-Solarstrom-Modulen die grundsätzliche Problematik, dass die Sperrwirkung der Frontfolie bei lang dauernder Einwirkung von Nässe ein Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit in den Zwischenraum zwischen Solarzelle und Deckfolie nicht verhindert. Zur Lösung des Problems wird folgender Schichtaufbau, ausgehend von der Solarzelle (6) vorgeschlagen: Vorderseitig: eine anorganische Barriereschicht (2), eine anorganisch-organische Hybridpolymer-Barriereschicht (3), eine transparente Klebe-Schicht (4a), eine transparente Abdeckfolie (1b); Rückseitig: eine transparente Klebe-Schicht (4b), eine Standard-Rückseitenfolie (7b).
