Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément de correction de cristaux liquides présentant une couche d'électrode permettant d'améliorer les caractéristiques de reproduction en corrigeant une pluralité de composants d'aberration de front d'onde à un niveau élevé. La structure d'électrode d'un élément de correction d'aberration comprend un premier motif d'électrode destiné à corriger un premier composant d'aberration de front d'onde, un second motif d'électrode destiné à corriger un second composant d'aberration de front d'onde et un troisième motif d'électrode destiné à corriger le premier composant d'aberration de front d'onde. Le second motif d'électrode est constitué d'une pluralité de segments d'électrode formés concentriquement dans une région située à l'extérieur des segments d'électrode du premier motif d'électrode, dans une région plane correspondant au diamètre effectif d'une lentille de focalisation. Le troisième motif d'électrode est constitué d'une pluralité de segments d'électrode formés à des positions en symétrie ponctuelle dans une région située à l'extérieur du second motif d'électrode, à l'intérieur d'une région plane.
