Abstract
La présente invention concerne un marqueur diagnostique comprenant une particule d'un diamètre compris entre 1 nm et 100 μm, sur la surface de laquelle se trouve un site doté d'une haute capacité de liaison spécifique à un antigène spécifique situé sur une membrane muqueuse d'un cancer gastro-intestinal et un site doté d'une faible capacité de liaison à une membrane muqueuse du système digestif, ladite particule incluant une substance différentiable.
