Abstract

La présente invention concerne une méthode de fabrication d'un acide dioïque ou d'un dérivé de cet acide par le biais d'une fermentation par un micro-organisme d'un substrat adapté, la méthode comprenant l'emploi d'un tensioactif dans le milieu de fermentation à une concentration supérieure à 500 parts par million.
